What a great location in beautiful Florence! Emmanuel helped us with our luggage as there is a steep climb but worth it. He also gave us dining tips which were exceptional. Great experience!

Fantastic location, excellent communication with host, he was very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and go. We were able to walk to almost everything. The apartment is on the 4th floor so be ready for steps, lol. Patio on roof was a great view.

Emanuele was a fantastic host going above and beyond service. He recommended restaurants, tours, directions and got us more than 1 taxi. He made our stay both comfortable and seamless. The apartment was comfortable and clean and centrally located to walk to the main sites. He answered our questions with minimal delay. Our taxi driver to the train station never showed up, so he personally took us to the station to catch our train in time. Thank you, Emanuele for making our trip to Florence that much more enjoyable!

We met Emanuel at the apartment and he was lovely to work with. Not only did he go over everything with us, but he took time to show us on the map where things were relative to the apartment. Points of interest, fresh markets and suggestions for dining. The apartment was clean, pleasant and had plenty of space. It had working air conditioning, which was lovely since the temperatures were in the high 90’s. The terrace was nice to sit on in the evening. Having a laundry machine was also a nice feature. Definitely worth climbing all the stairs.

This apartment was perfect. The view was amazing. And the location was great for walkable access to everything. There is a a pretty big walk up. But Emanuel met us there and helped get our bags up. That was hugely appreciated. They gave us a map with a bunch of recommendations. We loved it !

The apartment was very nice and clean. The area was a good location, very walkable and safe. We were traveling with older family. There are a lot of steps. This was communicated in the description, it was just too much for our guests. It’s a great space and area if you are younger. I would definitely recommend this property.

Pros of this home are the excellent walkable location, layout with 3 bedrooms, and the terrace with amazing views. Host was great with pointing out excellent cafes and restaurants in area. Cons were non working washer during our stay, none of the usual rental supplies (no toilet paper, napkins, coffee pods, etc and host did not bring them when asked). Also the shower upstairs did not function well but everyone could use main floor shower.

Great location, centrally located among key sights and experiences. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Spectacular roof terrace with dreamy sunset views of the Duomo and Bell Tower. Emanuele was a terrific host, providing a walking map with locations for his list of recommended eateries, shops, markets, and historical sights. Overall, a five-star experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was nice way to many steps that I didn’t see on the listing and we had water running down walls from the upstairs shower they came fixed it then it happened again we just stopped using it Emanuel had me worried at first because lack of communication but the day we were checking in he was pretty spot on and carried our two large luggage’s up for us
