** Pas de dégâts de l'ouragan! Le niveau inférieur a été réparé et est comme neuf! Situé à quelques pas de la plage, le Studio Sea est un cottage de plage de quatre chambres récemment rénové en Floride. Deux des chambres sont au niveau principal. Une troisième grande chambre, une quatrième chambre et une salle de bain se trouvent au niveau inférieur avec une entrée séparée, ce qui la rend parfaite pour deux familles ou couples. Rafraîchissez-vous dans la nouvelle piscine. Admirez le golfe depuis la terrasse bien exposée ou installez-vous sur le porche avec votre famille et vos amis. Laissez le matin vous accueillir dans le salon ensoleillé qui comprend une cuisine ouverte, des espaces de repas et de vie.
Comme beaucoup de saint George Island, le Studio Sea accepte les animaux domestiques. Des plats de nourriture et d'eau sont fournis à votre ami à quatre pattes.

Pendant la journée, profitez de toutes les activités disponibles sur la rue George Island ou faire du shopping à Apalachicola. En 2013 Dr. Beach classé les plages de St. George Island comme troisième meilleur aux États-Unis. We loved everything about this house, host, and location! This is a perfect place to stay with two families and the location was ideal for walking back and forth to the beach! Perfect home for my dog and me!

This house was terrific one block across from public beach access with a boardwalk. Beds were comfy every thing was super clean. Enjoyed the pool and sundeck. Best of all got to bring my dog! Will be back

Great location

Short (1) block walk to the beach! Was nice to have plenty of room on the beach without the crowds. Good local donuts & pizza. We typically go to Destin or Gulf Shores so it was nice to have a vacation without the traffic & crowds! Grandkids enjoyed the pool as well.

Always enjoy Studio Sea

This was our third year at Studio Sea and we have already booked for a fourth. The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach yet off the busier main road. The private pool is perfect. The interior is spacious and the separate living areas with private entrances are perfect for a small family or couples desiring to stay at the same location but still have separate personal space. The decks offer wonderful views of the ocean. Kitchen and living area in the upstairs unit provide are spacious for family dinners and game nights!

Girls weekend

We take an annual girls trip to a new beach town each year and this year was no exception. This is a nice cottage type feel with a pool that were enjoyed all weekend as there was red tide.

Thank you for informing us about the need for a deep cleaning. I expected that it was needed but had a hard time working that in because the house was continually rented. It has been deep cleaned since you were there. I live in Indiana and only get to the house a couple of times a year. I was there two weeks ago and found it to be in good shape. Perfect location for an Island Getaway

Loved the cottage, pool, location and amenities of this home away from home. From the time we arrived the peaceful feel was amazing. Across the street one block is a boardwalk that is direct beach access. Great food and live music witnin a mile or so and the Island has so much to offer! Historical Apalachicola is 10 minutes away. Perfect! Thank you for sharing your beach home.

Perfect House/Perfect Host

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at Studio Sea. We love it so much, we’ve already booked again for next year. The property is well kept, nicely furnished and clean. It’s a very short walk to the beach. The host, David Mann, is just a moments call away and is super responsive and goes out of his way to make us feel welcome.

Cozy Beach Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Studio Sea very much. Nice little beach cottage that made us feel "at home" . We have no complaints. The owner is very easy to communicate with. The walk to the beach is easy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool! The only part we didn't like was that we had to check out 😥

I first visited St. George Island as a result of a search for a pet-friendly vacation destination with great fishing and beautiful beaches. My family fell in love with the island and we visited for many years before eventually purchasing Studio Sea. I now enjoy spending my winters at Studio Sea and being able to share it with others in the summers.
