Just 2 houses back from the boardwalk and sand, our location is ideal for travelers wanting a memorable vacation experience in Newport Beach. Here's what you'll find:

- Bedroom #2; Queen bed: ceiling fan
- Bedroom #3: Queen bed; ceiling fan; TV; en-suite bathroom
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
2 twin trifold floor mats w/ extra linens and pillows (best suited for children) are provided; rollaway twin beds can be rented, in lieu of floor mats, if desired. Make arrangements in advance to ensure availability and delivery in time for your arrival.

Easy walking distance to the Newport Pier area, complete with restaurants, shops, sight-seeing, recreation and more! Other nearby establishments within 2 short blocks: major grocery store, banks, eateries, coffee, and more shopping opportunities at the waterfront Lido Marina Village! Ditch the car keys and enjoy our town on foot & on beach cruiser, or simply relax with a good book on the ocean view patio.

Dogs are considered. # of pets, size and breed restrictions apply. Approval by Manager is required, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
