Seulement Lotissement clos Au Mexique Beach.

Ceci est un condo de bain 3 chambres 3 au premier étage dans la seule communauté fermée à Mexico Beach. La chambre principale est grande avec lit king size, TV à écran plat, un grand dressing et salle de bains avec double vasque, baignoire de jardin et douche debout seul. La 2Úme chambre a un lit queen avec walkin placard et un évier double avec baignoire. 3Úme chambre a un lit queen avec placard. 3e salle de bain dans le couloir. Nous avons une cuisine et buanderie entiÚrement approvisionné avec laveuse et sécheuse. La table pourra accueillir 6 et il ya 4 chaises de bar à la barre. Il y a une grande terrasse avec accÚs à la chambre principale et la salle de séjour, qui donne sur le canal, la piscine et le bain à remous. 3 grilles de Charcol sont directement à l'arriÚre de l'appareil.

From the moment we checked intothe property, we fell in love! The condo was beautifully decorated and just perfect for our family! The location near the pool was convenient and being on the first floor was a big plus! We would love to come back for our next family trip!

Love Mexico Beach

We have been staying at Fit for a Prince condo for many years prior. It is always clean & was just perfect for my family. Ideally located near the Shell Shack & Mexico Beach Store. A little walk to Mango Marleys for food. It's a short few minute walk to the beach & all my grandkids love the pool at the condo. We always enjoy are stay at Fit for a Prince & will be back.

Mexico Beach Condo

Condo was very nice, clean, and quiet. Perfect for 4 adults. We are building a house in the area and will be coming to Mexico Beach many times over the next year. We will definitely rent again.

Amazing property!

This condo was wonderful and met all of our expectations! Everything is brand new and spotless. Being located on the first floor was great and it was very close to the pool without being right on top of the pool. Waterside is very family friendly. The walk to the beach was very easy and short. The owner/host was easy to contact throughout the booking and rental process. We would definitely stay here again!!

Good location!

The Condo is on the 1st floor of a well maintained gated community, great for seniors and families with young children. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit ... clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Easy access to the beach across Hwy 98 ... if you have a lot of beach equipment, you can take your car to the end of the access road, unload, then return it to the parking lot. They have a great pool area which our grandson really enjoyed during our stay. The owner, Linda, was easy to work with and very accommodating ... our damage deposit was refunded in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this property to friends.

Perfect!

Everything was great

Had a wonderful time everything was wonderful plenty of room for the 5 of use. Loved the master suite the beds slept good really enjoyed the TV's in each room everyone was able to watch what they wanted. Just a short walk to beach and the pool was nice and is located just a few steps from the door. Will definitely stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable and convenient

For a family vacation or a large group, I highly recommend this condo. It is very spacious with an open floor plan and good furniture placement. If you're like me and don't like to feel crowded, you will be amazed at how many people fit comfortably in this condo. The unit is an easy walk across the road from the beach. If you're like me and carry tons of stuff to the beach, you can also load the car and drive down to the access stairs. Helpful hint: when you stay here and go looking for the trash/dumpster, it is hidden behind an unmarked manual/metal rollup door. I had to get really nosy to find it myself! This particular unit is right across from the swimming pool and charcoal grills. Everyone in the family absolutely loved this condo and we had a great vacation. I'm looking forward to visiting again next year!!!
