Appartement parfait pour un célibataire ou un couple.

Nouveaux objets pour 2014. Tout est flambant neuf et il ya une entrée privée sur un chemin de pierre concassée se terminant par un patio avec jardin.
PrĂšs des plages, centre-ville et le train de banlieue de Boston.

Marchez au centre-ville pour visiter les boutiques locales, de galeries d'art et restaurants connus pour leur fruits de mer frais. Si vous ĂȘtes sortis pour une promenade du matin veillez Ă  arrĂȘter par la boutique de cafĂ© pour un beignet coupĂ©es Ă  la main.

Nous avons un Buggy Plage prĂȘt pour que vous chargez et marcher jusqu'Ă  la plage. Il portera vos chaises, des serviettes et des frais!

Le train de banlieue à Salem et Boston est une trÚs courte distance de marche. Parfait pour une excursion d'une journée.

Bien que Rockport offre beaucoup à faire, de rester «chez soi» est également une option agréable. Vous pouvez confortablement cuisiner dans la cuisine entiÚrement équipée ou d'ajourner à la terrasse du jardin Lovey avec barbecue au gaz et ensemble bistro.

Rockport est une charmante ville de Nouvelle-Angleterre, surtout si vous ĂȘtes attirĂ©s par l'eau. Vous pouvez passer vos vacances ensemble ici ou nous utiliser comme un point de dĂ©part pour dĂ©couvrir la CĂŽte-Nord.

Charming Studio Apartment

This was my second stay with Jo-Ann and Conrad. I spent an awesome 12 nights at this charming apartment - thoroughly clean with all you'll need for an enjoyable getaway. Close to all fun things in Rockport. Quiet and private with two of the nicest hosts you could ask for!

Rockport Getaway

This is my third visit staying with Jo-Ann and Conrad. The Studio is perfect for a mini-vacation while enjoying the towns of Rockport/Gloucester. Everything is clean, well-organized, comfortable, and well-stocked for an enjoyable getaway. The location can't be beat, everything within walking distance of this peaceful retreat. Everything went smoothly for us from booking to checkout, good communication from owner. Small but perfectly formed, very well equipped. Great base for exploring area, easy walk into town & good train links to Boston. Quiet patio & pretty garden great for relaxing in. Perfect

This place was perfect! Me and my girl wanted to explore Massachusetts for the first time. Not only was this cozy little spot clean and nice, equipped with everything you need. It was walking distance to the beautiful town of rockport/the water, it was also walking distance to the train and convince stores as well. Easy communication with the owner, place was amazing and cozy and perfect for a couple, 5 stars.

Lovely Studio

We loved our10 day stay at Jo-Ann and Connie’s in-town Rockport Studio. The well appointed guest area is located in the lower level of their Rockport home and has its own entrance and patio with a lovely garden with table and chairs for morning coffee and your newspaper. The studio includes a new pristine efficiency kitchen and bathroom , a very comfortable queen bed, and a comfortable reading/ TV area and table etc. The dishes, towels, bedding, bath and kitchen supplies, storage and beach equipment are well appointed and complete! We didn’t need to bring a thing. They have thought of everything. The Studio’s atmosphere was quiet, private and homelike. We felt welcomed and relaxed during our stay and left refreshed and grateful. The location of the studio is excellent, and walkable to all of Rockport Village’s many attractions and beaches. The hosts have created a relaxed and welcoming respite for their guests and we look forward to our next visit. Jo-Ann and Connie are kind and thoughtful hosts responsive to your privacy, needs, questions and assure your stay is an enjoyable one. We highly recommend this in town gem! Nice for single or couple

Smaller than expected but manageable, very clean and well kept, and location was fantastic super close to the train station and all the shops in rock port. However the listing did not say that it was directly under the owners hours and the ceilings are very thin, we heard them walking and the tv so we can only assume they heard us the whole time, not the best privacy wise but overall a good stay

The studio was exactly as pictured. It is conveniently located to walk downtown. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom is on the smaller side, but manageable.

Cozy and Close

We just stayed at this lovely little apartment. It was super clean and a five minute walk into town and Front Beach. There was a small patio area we enjoyed on our down time. I wanted an option for 4.8 stars because my ONLY complaint was that we found the bed to be uncomfortable. The hosts were super responsive and just very nice people to interact with. Another note; we didn’t have to do anything prior to checking out. We contacted the host to be sure and she said just to leave everything! A small, but nice perk.

My husband and I booked this for a 3 night getaway. It was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. 10 min walk to Front beach and 15 min to the jetty at the end of Bear Skin Neck. Quiet neighborhood.

Everything you would want!

Th he location was perfect for us. A 9 minute walk to Main Street. We love to walk and it is a perfect location to everything. The property is like a small, one floor apartment. An outside patio was an added bonus. There is even a grill! When we came back at night there is a motion detector which is a great safety feature. We had also put the back door light light on for our return. This property also has large windows keeping the inside bright. And very easy to pull down blinds. I was also glad to see recycling containers. It is also a quiet area, which we like while on vacation. This property is great!

Delightful Rockport Hideaway

Wonderful hosts. Clean and simply decorated. Comfortable bedding. Full kitchen complete with full size stove and fridge. Walk-in shower. Convenient to so much Rockport has to offer. Our second stay and we hope to return!
