The apartment is very good, for October the weather is perfect without air conditioning. Recommendation, take the time to review the rules before finalizing the reservation.The rent change was debited on the same day as the reservation and the notes said two weeks later.The apartment is located around 35 minutes from the touristic center.Chiara and her sister are very kind.

We really enjoy this property. Stephania and Chiara were very good to communicate. The check in was very easy and Stephania explained very clearly.The location was perfect very easy to travel by bus or Tramway to go to the center.

We highly recommend this apartment! Spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. It offers easy access to the city center by a single bus or tram. For guests traveling by car, the proximity to the highway entrance is a great advantage, especially if you plan to explore Tuscany by car. Highly recommended!

Stafania and Chiara were very welcoming and so kind. Photos are exactly as the listing suggests. I loved staying in their charming home. While we did not cook during our stay, the kitchen was well stocked. Hot shower and comfortable beds. Make sure to request air conditioning during warmer months and note that the bedroom with twin beds is bright in the morning. We enjoyed staying away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, but it is very easy to walk and catch the tram. Thank you again!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The apartment is so charming and had all necessities for us. Although it is a little way from the city center, there is a bus or taxi options. We actually enjoyed being more in the residential part. Chiara was so responsive and helpful. She accommodated us beautifully. Thank you for a great stay!

The perfect Florence stay

Everything about our experience at this property was 5 stars. The location is a quiet respite from the crowds and easily accessible by bus. The hosts are communicative, helpful and charming. The apartment is well appointed, very clean and is a beautiful layout. We highly recommend!

AMAZING!!

Can’t say enough good things about this apartment, the host, and the area! The apartment was so spacious and beautifully decorated, it was quiet and safe, and a quick walk to the bus station into the downtown area. The host was incredibly kind and thorough when walking us through the apartment for the first time, and answered quickly when questions came up.Thanks for an amazing stay, we will be back!

A very comfortable apartment for a larger group

The apartment is very comfortable and well laid out. We are a family of six and we had plenty of room there. There are many local shops around and public transport links to the city. However, it is a bit further than 11 minutes walk to the city centre.

We loved the apartment, very spacious and immaculate. Further from local attractions than we thought. As we came from a long travel it would have been appreciated to have a cold drink of biscuit waiting . That has been our pleasure in the past. Thanks for having us stay

Great experience!

Chiara was fantastic and treated us so kindly. She offered information about the area and was flexible on the meeting time. The apartment was clean and fully stocked. We wish there was a clothes dryer but realize that isn't common in this area/accommodation.
