A fabulous stay in a great apartment that had everything that we needed. The air conditioning was on when we arrived which was very welcoming in a hot Barcelona. Communication was excellent as we arrived outside of normal business hours and it was easy to collect the key. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful.

Great apartment in Barcelona

The apartment is in a good location, easy walk to metro, restaurants and supermarket. Collecting the keys was easy and the helpful hints from Frederic were invaluable. The apartment is very light and airy, beds comfortable and has everything you need.

Very nice couple who made every procedure easy and respected all the rules of the house. They enjoyed their stay and we helped them with all the information that required. Left the apartment clean and we hope they decide for our apartment if want to come to Barcelona again.

Appartement accueillant, bien équipé et bien placé.

Adresse à noter pour ceux qui désirent du confort, de l'espace, de l'équipement (wifi, cuisine équipée, place de parking....), du calme et un produit propre récemment rénové. On mettait 10 mn à pied pour aller à la Sagrada Familia et quelques minutes pour accéder au métro. Accueil des hôtes sympa. Bref, on ne peut que recommander.

Après un accueil agréable, nous découvrons un appartement propre, très fonctionnel identique à celui de l'annonce, situé prêt d'une station de métro (ligne bleu ou violet) ce qui nous à permis de passer un agréable séjour dans cette belle ville, la seule reproche que l'on pourrais faire c'est le manque de luminosité de l'appartement celui ci étant au premier étage coté cour donc vue sur les immeubles. Mais à BARCELONE il faut vivre dehors et ouvrir grand ses yeux pour admirer toutes les richesses de cette belle ville Philippe

TOUT SIMPLEMENT FORMIDABLE

Cet appartement, très joliment décoré, correspond exactement à notre attente: les photos sont le reflet de la réalité! Tout est très propre (comme neuf) et l'équipement très complet, jusqu'au sèche cheveux et les produits comme le savon pour le lave-vaisselle, sacs poubelles etc. sont fournis. Le balcon est très agréable pour boire un dernier verre après une journée bien remplie. La Wifi fonctionne aussi très bien. Le petit plus, épicerie au bas de l'immeuble et très bonne boulangerie à une centaine de mètres. L'accueil à l'agence est très chaleureux et les indications d'accès depuis l'aéroport et reprises sur le contrat sont très claires et bien utiles. Je recommande fortement cet appartement qui est situé dans un quartier calme et très proche de la Sagrade Familia (on y va à pied en 8 minutes, sans se presser).

Excellent séjour dans le Corcega 2

Avons séjourné cinq jours dans cet appartement spacieux, très propre, à la décoration raffinée et d'un grand confort. Avons apprécié la double fenêtre qui isole du bruit de la rue. La cuisine est vaste et fonctionnelle, bien équipée (il serait juste souhaitable d'y ajouter une cafetière électrique). Situé près de la station de métro, on peut relier facilement les différents quartiers de Barcelone et se rendre à pied à la Sagrada Familia et à l'hôpital Sant Pau. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et bien conseillés. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage dans le Corcega 2.

Appartement lumineux, idéalement situé dans Barcelone, d'une très grande propreté et très bien équipé. La décoration est moderne et jolie. Claudia est dévouée et toujours prête à répondre aux questions ! Elle est très organisée, surtout lorsque l'arrivée se fait à un moment où l'agence est fermée. Adresse à retenir.

Very nice apartment

I stayed in the apartment for a couple of days but and I would have loved to stay a few extra days. The apartment was lovely, completely remodeled and as soon as I stepped in it smelled so good and clean. There's subway station just one block away from the apartment, so it was very easy to get to the apartment. I was really surprised to find myself so confortable in the neighborhood as well as with the public trasport of Barcelona. And of course, the real plus was the office just round the corner, where Frederic and Claudia welcomed me warmly and provided all sorts of information and tips for my stay. Definitely, I would totally recommend this apartment and I will surely come back again and enjoy a little more the magnificent city of Barcelona!

Fantastic Spot—Quiet, Bright, Convenient

We had a great time at this spot. We made coffee every morning and took lots of walks to hot spots, especially at night. The air conditioning made hot Barcelona afternoons cool for us. We had excellent wifi access, and communication with Frédéric, the property manager, was simple and friendly (he's just a few meters away). He had great advice for us and even helped us book a train to Madrid. I would definitely stay here again for the price, the convenience, and the comfort.

Barcelona stay

Very comfortable, air-conditioned apartment in a terrific neighborhood. We loved Avenida Gaudi!! And the management was both efficient and outstanding. We totally recommend this place and would happily stay there again.

Very nice flat close to Sagrada Familia

Great property and Service. Very clean and great recommendations for food, drinks and public transport. 2 bedrooms with separate entries. Kitchen offers everything one needs including toaster, fridge freezer, microwave and more. Communication with the host and his assistant was perfectly working in english. Great Experience, would totally book again!

Ideal for short break

Well maintained with modern appliances and very comfortable accommodation. Metro stations with 5 minute walk. Good supermarket nearby and plenty of places to eat/bars in the area. Apartment was quiet and situated on first floor of the block and had lift access. Would definitely stay again.

Easy check in, clean and convenient location

This is a 2nd floor walk up (called 3rd floor in Ontario). It is very clean and is nice for two people. It has been updated and painted recently, but not completely renovated if that's what you are looking for. The location is very good, being a block and a half from a really nice shopping street with good restaurants and shops, and is just two or three blocks from another area with even more shops and places to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apt. without the crowds

Clean, modern and nicely furnished apt. Within a 15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and away from the crowds. Fully furnished. Easy access to public transportation. Owners very helpful. It was nice to be in a neighborhood, after seeing the lovely (but crowded) sights of Barcelona.

Fantastic accessible location

My sister and I stayed in this delightful apartment for a week in May, 2018. While not in the hubbub of the Gothic quarter or the born district, that turned into an advantage as the apartment is closely located to two metro stops in a nice,quiet and safe neighborhood. Frèdèric, the apartment mgr. is located right around the corner and is very responsive to any request. He also provided us with a list of terrific grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment has two nice sized bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two twins, a good sized living room with a pull out couch, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It was very clean and well maintained. The only issue we had was that the twin bedroom is located next to an interior courtyard where noise travels and it doesn't get much air circulation. It would be beneficial perhaps to install a ceiling fan in that room. If you are a light sleeper the other bedroom is probably preferable. Overall, we loved our stay in this apartment and would highly recommend it!
