'Appartement spacieux et jeune dans un quartier populaire de la ville. Deux chambres doubles, salle de séjour avec canapé-lit confortable pour deux personnes, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle de bains. Nous avons l'air conditionné et chauffage. Bien situé et avec un large éventail de transports publics à proximité qui défile à travers la ville, autour et de l'aéroport. Il ya un parking payant à proximité du bâtiment.

Awesome spot. Walked a ton of steps but great city and nice apartment. The only issues is the steps up to the 4th floor with heavy luggage and no Wi-Fi but not that big of a deal. Pedro was super nice and helpful too.

Wonderful stay in Barcelona!

My partner and I could not have asked for a better stay in Barcelona! Pedro’s apartment was excellent for anyone looking to roam around Barcelona by foot. The location was simply amazing. Watch out for the stairs though, they’ll whip you into shape. Thank you to Pedro and his wife - they welcomed us and provided a lot of information. We will be back!

An amazing apartment!

Pedro was amazing from the moment we booked to checking out on the last day, the property was clean, had everything we needed and was an amazing price. The location was a 10 min walk to sangrada and 2 min walk to a metro station. As we went in summer the air con worked perfectly even with there being 7 females staying here for the week. We all loved our stay and would 100% book again!

Cozy and convenient apartment close to transit

We stayed for almost 2 weeks at the end of May. The apartment was clean and served as a great base for exploring Barcelona. It was nice to come back and make dinner in the kitchen, get our laundry done and relax looking out the balcony. We definitely got our steps in walking up the stairs to the 4th floor but it was well worth it. The owners were very helpful and friendly and we appreciated how cost effective this option was compared to a hotel. We would love to come back!

Lovely apartment in a really nice area of the city.

A spacious apartment, well equipped, comfortable and quiet. We received a very warm welcome from Pedro and Marie Carmen despite being later than expected. Close to Metro stations and bus stops for travelling to other parts of the city. We walked to El Clot several times and loved the friendly local atmosphere. Nice shops, bars and Catalan eateries within walking distance. A wonderful week in the city we love.

Great place in a convenient location

Pedro is a great guy and has a really nice place here. Very clean and comfortable. A couple of notes. There is no wi-fi (or wee-fee as they call it :) ) and not much of TV options but then again you're in Barcelona so you don't really miss it. There's a great supermarket right around the corner and a pharmacy too. Metro is right there also! Really nice location in a wonderful city!!
