Emplacement - Park Place est situé au centre de Montreat, juste en face de la magnifique Robert Lake Park et des courts de tennis de Montreat. Nous sommes à distance de marche de tout à Montreat, à 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Black Mountain et à 20 minutes en voiture du centre-ville d'Asheville et de Biltmore.

Caractéristiques - EntiÚrement rénovée en 2013 et continuellement mise à jour, cette maison climatisée comprend de magnifiques espaces extérieurs, une cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit, du parquet, un foyer au gaz, des zones de couchage confortables et est située dans l'emplacement idéal de Montreat.

Étage principal - L'Ă©tage principal comprend une grande terrasse extĂ©rieure, une combinaison cuisine / salon / salle Ă  manger ainsi qu'un salon spacieux, tous donnant sur Robert Lake Park, le centre de jeunesse Bill Wilde et des courts de tennis.

Dernier étage - A l'étage, la salle de bains principale est équipée d'un bain à remous et d'un coin salon séparé. 3 autres chambres partagent 2 salles de bain complÚtes avec 2 chambres avec lavabos intégrés pour atténuer la «ruée vers le brossage des dents».

Profitez de la vue sur la montagne et des sons de Flat Creek à proximité depuis le spacieux porche grillagé supérieur de 300 pieds carrés ou le pont ouvert inférieur.

Situé à distance de marche de toutes les attractions de Montreat et à l'intérieur du centre de conférence, Park Place est à moins de 5 minutes à pied du lac Susan, à 5 minutes en voiture de Black Mountain et à 20 minutes en voiture d'Asheville.

Always lovely

This house is perfect for a mountain getaway. The high speed internet is great for remote work. The proximity to tennis, the playground, and the creek is perfect for recreation. The screened porch is ideal for relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked. We are repeat guests and always love it!

Lovely stay with family in Montreat

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this spacious cabin. The kitchen and bathrooms are all updated and the house as a whole is tastefully decorated. We enjoyed exploring the local area and would definitely go back again.

Wonderful Christmas week at Park Place.

We had a great week in this comfortable and attractively furnished Montreat house. We especially enjoyed having the fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked, and we were able to easily host our nearby family for Christmas dinner. While we were there in winter, we could imagine how enjoyable the porches would be other seasons.

Great Stay!

Wow, what a wonderful and comfortable home in an ideal location! The kitchen has been recently renovated and is fully equipped with everything you need. We especially enjoyed sitting on the huge deck, enjoying the outdoors and listening to the creek across the street. Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay! The property was perfect for us. Lots of places for our family to spread out and relax. Hiking, tennis, and playground right outside the front door. State Park trails within minutes of the property. We look forward returning again.

Great Family Time in Old Stomping Grounds

Our family had a great time in this well-equipped, beautifully decorated house in Montreat, where my wife spent many summers as a child and our children attended youth conferences as teens. Great location near Lake Susan and other attractions, including the playground across the street. Highly recommend this place!

A 4th generation Montreater, I wanted to give our children the opportunity to experience summers and off-season weekends in this beautiful place. We live less than 3 hours away and come up often to stay in our nearby family home. In order to have more flexibility, my husband and I purchased Park Place in 2013, completely renovated it, and gave it a new life. We consider Montreat to be our second home. We hope you will love this place as much as we do!

Montreat is the perfect vacation spot for families and adult groups alike. So much to do here. Park Place is ideally located in the Valley of Montreat, directly across from Robert Lake Park, close to all attractions, activities, and hiking trails, and a 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to all of the attractions in Montreat. Park your car in one of our 3-4 off-road parking spaces and let it sit while you enjoy the convenience of walking to Lake Susan, the Conference Center, Currie Craft Center, The Huckleberry Cafe, Children's Day Camps (Clubs), the tennis courts, and all of the great hiking trails in the area. Want to just relax during your stay? Enjoy a book, sit and rock, take a nap, or play a board game on our 300sf screened porch with the sounds of flat creek and mountain views. We are also located 20-30 minutes from Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore house, and only 5 minutes from Black mountain with all of it's quaint restaurants and shopping.
