Perfect Florence Apartment – We Keep Coming Back!This was our third stay at this wonderful apartment, and it truly feels like coming home every time. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Florence and within easy walking distance to everything we love about the city.The apartment is always spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for an extended stay. After spending many days here, it has become our favorite place to stay in Florence. It’s quiet when you need it to be, yet just steps from incredible food, history, and culture.Diego has been fantastic to work with and makes the entire experience seamless. Great location

Very close to favorite Irish pub(old stove) & restaurant (Il morello) & breakfast at Roosters.Ver clean and safe location. Very walkable to train station for side trips. We will stay again when in Florence.

This property is a wonderful location. It was very easy to walk anywhere we wanted to in Florence. It was very clean and neat. The host was very responsive to any questions. My only criticism is that it could’ve been a little bit brighter in the living room with maybe more lighting available.

Prime location and nice appartment

Location is right next to Uffizi gallery and in the heart of all activity but with privacy and still secluded away from tourist buzz. Diego was very responsive and helpful. Clean and well equipped appt. Love the city and I wont hesitate to stay again here next time.

Priceless Location and Ease

Beautiful apartment with historic details, located in a tucked-away piazza just steps to the Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio, with restaurants and shopping! All the comforts of home while enjoying Florence. Easy checkin and good communication. Have stayed here multiple times and always a pleasure.

Amazing location!

A wonderful, well-appointed apartment. Tricky to find in a tiny piazza, but the most AMAZING location! Our host only spoke Italian (so I could practice mine!) but was exceptionally friendly.

Comfortable apartment

Very well located and clean accommodation. However, a little cold. Even with the air conditioning turned up to maximum, it was cool. Otherwise, the accommodation is comfortable.

Great, I mean GREAT location

We spent New Year's Eve hear and had a great time. The apartment is very easy to access and the location could not be better. You are less than 2 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery, and located on one of the best squares in Florence. I highly recommend.

Ten wonderful days in Florence!!!!

We had a perfect stay in Diego's apt. The location is excellent; the apt. was clean, well-appointed and quiet, with comfortable beds. We walked everywhere, even saw the Pope! Diego was attentive, making sure we were comfortable, even reserving a cab for us on our day of departure. We can't wait to schedule another visit. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!

Perfect location

This was my second time staying at the flat, it’s so convenient to all sites. Even though it’s right next to Piazza Signora, it’s very quiet at night. We had some trouble with lightbulbs (oddly shaped ones that I couldn’t fix) and Diego responded very quickly and came to fix them the next day. I couldn’t recommend this more and hope to have a third stay in the future!

Address of property was wrong. Had communication difficulty with the host because his phone died. We waited in the rain and He sent his colleague who spoke no English. The Wi-Fi password was wrong. The location was excellent.

Great apt but cold showers

Pros: Good location and clean apt. The layout is great for families, the kids bedroom is farthest from the common areas and a nice size. Cons: Lack of hot water. We had a 2 night stay with 4 people. No one got through a shampoo before the water turned cold in the shower. When we reached out to the owner, he checked the water heater on his app and said it was set correctly. So there was no remedy to the problem. There was difficulty finding the door from the vrbo address. Host was not responsive to message through Vrbo app, but replied quickly when messaged through WhatsApp.

Très bonne location au coeur de Florence

Nous étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 adolescents) pour ce séjour à Florence. Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans ce très sympathique appartement voûté de briques, rénové avec finesse, où rien ne manque, ni pour la cuisine ni pour le rangement, pas même les parapluies pour les jours d'averse. Le seul reproche qu'on peut faire est que, à part la petite pièce à vivre avec cuisine, l'appartement est sombre. Mais cet inconvénient est compensé par une installation électrique très efficace. A proximité des artères les plus fréquentées, la petite place où il se situe est très calme. Les lieux historiques essentiels sont à deux pas et si vous êtes curieux des merveilles délaissées par les touristes pressés (Capella Brancacci,, Chapelle du palais Medici-Riccardi etc.) vous n'aurez pas non plus trop mal aux jambes pour vous y rendre. Une location à recommander.

Met mijn 2 kleinkinderen op stap

Ik zocht vorig jaar naar een verwenreisje voor ons drietjes en was meteen in de ban van het verblijf van Diego. Uitzonderlijke ligging in het mooie Firenze. Al vanaf het ogenblik dat we toekwamen was de ontvangst super. Een heel fijne thuis met alles erop en eraan. Heel gerieflijk.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this cozy apartment. Perfect location.

This apartment is in the heart of the old city, just a block from Ponte Vecchio. The two bedrooms and two baths accommodated our kids (2 adults and a baby) although the "living room" was too small to seat us all. My only criticisms: tiny couch, poor reading lights, and a very faulty washing machine. Every time I did a load of laundry, it wouldn't finish the cycle because of error messages. I ended up rinsing out the 3 items of clothing I washed and wringing them out. Fortunately there's a self-laundry not too far, but it got expensive. We stayed a month and we were very happy with the accommodations. One last item: we ended up waiting for over 40 minutes because no one was there to meet us. Not good after a 13 hour plain trip. Over communicate with the owner before you go. And try and have a working phone to call taxis and the owner in case problems arise.

Excellent location, excellent apartment

We found Chiasso to be a superb apartment in the best of locations in Firenze! It is exquisitely designed and possesses a very unique character! It is well equipped and Diego even secured an american style drip coffee pot for us. Plenty of hot water and the air conditioning was a blessing as the anticipated cool mid September was actually a heat wave. The only bone to pick was the linens could use some refreshing. We will return, soon!

Perfect apartment, perfect location

The apartment is a great balance of old world charm and modern facilities. Bathroom facilities are almost new. Yet, you look up to see the vaulted brick ceilings and you know the building has been there a long time. The location is perfect. Two blocks from the Ponte Vechio. Two blocks from the Uffizi. Yet you are on a small piazza connected by alleys. There you get very little noise from the outside. The best noise is the hourly chime of the bell tower next to the Uffizi. I loved hearing those bells. I highly recommend this apartment.

Terrific location and cool apartment!!

Overall, this apartment was located in an ideal part of town. In spite of the random helicopter fly-overs in the early morning, the place was very quiet, too. We are a family of four and this place suited us perfectly. The layout was terrific and the space was very clean. We wished there was a microwave, but otherwise it had what we needed. Thanks to Diego for being flexible and communicative throughout. Unfortunately we never had the chance to meet Diego and thank him in person (we met his associate, Alessandro, who seemed a little confused and not well-informed for check in).
