Cette unitĂ© va dormir 8 avec un roi dans le maĂźtre, 2 reines dans la 2Ăšme chambre et une reine dans la 3Ăšme chambre. 5 Stars!! Legacy Vacations is the best!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second time to rent through Legacy Vacations this year. Both times they have been amazing. Great price, fast response when I’ve had minor maintenance issues, and just overall excellent customer service. My only complaint was one night the hot tub was overrun with foul mouthed intoxicated individuals who made us feel very uncomfortable in this “family friendly” condo resort. We loved having the beach service included. Beds were so comfy! Elderly/disabled folks might have trouble getting in and out of the bath tubs, esp the master.

We have stayed a many condos over the years - this one was very cleaned, nicely decorated and had a great balcony set up. The beds were very comfortable. Legacy Vacations was very responsive to any questions we had. It was really nice that there was a Legacy desk on-site. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Not a huge property - but its the perfect size

The unit was as advertised.Cleaning was not perfect, there items left behind by the cleaners - such as a dirty was cloth in the sink, dirty dishes in the dishwasher.The unit it self is conveniently located - and i especially liked the beach service. The unit and location were perfect for our stay.one thing to note: There are no extras - no laundry soap, no beach equipment such as floats, no beach towels. Other than that - the unit supplies the minimums.

Condominium was neat and tidy as was the entire complex. Location is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The two beach chairs and umbrella was a plus.

Great View!

The condo was clean, we loved the beachfront view. The pool was nice and the property manager was very responsive. They even brought us oven mitts. We will be back to this condo, and we highly recommend!

Oceanfront Paradise: Stunning Views, Fully Equipped Condo, and Convenient Amenities

This condo offers an absolutely amazing stay with breathtaking ocean views from the balcony, kitchen/living room, and master bedroom. The pristine white sands and vibrant emerald green ocean create a picturesque setting, complemented by lifeguards on duty. You will need additional amenities like dish soap (dishwasher pods provided), laundry, pods, toilet paper (one roll per bathroom provided). The fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus. I wish glass top stove cleaner was provided. The inclusion of two umbrellas and four chairs is an awesome bonus. Conveniently located dining options are within walking distance, and for those who prefer to cook, nearby stores like Sam’s, Walmart, Publix, Dollar General, and Dollar Tree are just a 15-minute drive.

Our condo was very roomy and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay a perfect vacation!! We had large beds so it was set up perfectly for couples. That’s something hard to find as sometime it’s set for bunks for kids. We had 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that was included and that was a perfect addition for our stay. When we go back we will definitely stay at Summer Place and hopefully 301. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!

Great place to stay with family

Awesome views of the beach and very easy access. Unit very clean with everything we needed. Master had coastal view with deck access. 2 queen beds in kids room and another queen bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped. One of my favorites was having umbrellas and chairs ready for us each day.
