Profitez d'une maison moderne de Montreat. Cette maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec des meubles confortables, une cheminée en pierre et des commodités modernes telles que la climatisation centrale, Internet sans fil et la télévision par cùble. La maison a une grande terrasse et une table de billard et une table de hockey sur air dans le garage. DISPOSITION DE LA MAISON: Rez-de-chaussée: Cuisine, salle de séjour avec canapé-lit queen-size, coin repas, chambre principale avec lit king et salle de bain complÚte, demi-salle de bain. A l'étage: BR avec lit queen, BR avec lit queen et lits superposés, mezzanine avec fauteuil-lit double, salle de bain complÚte. En bas: BR avec deux jumeaux, salle de bain complÚte. Salle de jeux dans la zone de garage.

Les draps sont fournis et il y a du bois de chauffage pour les mois les plus froids. De nouveaux téléviseurs ont été ajoutés en septembre 2018 (le salon dispose d'un téléviseur intelligent de 50 pouces et la chambre principale est un téléviseur intelligent de 43 pouces.

En juin et juillet, la maison loue à la semaine. Sinon, il y a un séjour minimum de 3 nuits, sauf les jours fériés nécessitant une location de 4 nuits.

Beautiful home, has everything you could need. Close to Black Mountain and Montreat which we didn't even come for, but now we'll be coming back for! Best VRBO we've been to!

Incredible place

We loved the location of the house. It feels isolated even though it is in a neighborhood. The house is a short drive to Black Mountain. It was very clean and the layout was perfect for our group.

Last minute getaway

Well-appointed, clean and cozy! You would never know this home is pet friendly. Updated kitchen made our rainy weekend fun for whipping up some amazing meals. Great finds at the Farmers Market! Communication was prompt and helpful.

Beautiful house in a great location

This was a wonderful property for us. We wanted to be close to a variety of hiking trails, mountain streams, and the town of. Black Mountain. The house gave us plenty of room to gather as a group (7) and also lots of lovely spots to curl up quietly with a book. The house is very well stocked and welcoming.

Perfect In Every Way

Our stay at Mountain View was perfect! The house is well maintained, very comfortable, fully fitted with everything we needed in the kitchen, and the neighborhood/setting was so serene. Sipping our morning coffee on the deck with the view of the mountains and the sound of the birds was how we started each day. We all LOVED it and wished we could have stayed longer. Our family vacationed there for a week. We loved the town of Black Mountain and Montreat!! Wonderful shops and restaurants! The house is an easy 20 minutes drive to downtown Asheville. (We never had any traffic issues going places.) We did some hiking at Mount Mitchell and DuPont State Forest, and visited the Biltmore. Graybeard Rentals were very responsive to any questions we had and made the check in/check out process easy. Mountain View was perfect in everyway!

Absolutely perfect

This entire property was beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone. The bedding was very comfortable and so pretty. The kitchen was great: plenty of room and lots of cookware for family cooking. The deck was a real favotite with splendid views and nice comfortable chairs for just relaxing. Everything was very clean. I know there were other houses near us, but we were situated so that it seemed we were the only ones for miles. We had the most wonderful time and I truly hope we will be able to return sometime.

Perfect in every way!

We loved this perfect location in Montreat! The louse was lively and spotless, the kitchen was well equipped-even small appliances and the setting was priceless. Any questions were answered immediately in the first phone call. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Property!!! Could use minor updates.

We stayed at the property over MLK weekend and had a great time. The property has a wonderful view during winter, but may be partially occluded during the summer due to leaves on the trees. The house is also located near multiple hiking trails. Check-in was a breeze and the property manager constantly sent emails and reminders about our stay. The house itself is in fantastic shape and if we could give it a half star we’d give it a 4.5. The only drawbacks was the sleeping situation on the bottom floor and dog hair on the carpet (children would get up off the floor and have dog hair on their clothes). The two twin beds in the basement would be better set up if they had bunkbeds and a larger bed in that room. The sheets and comforters didn’t seem to properly fit. Two of the beds upstairs were firm and the pillows were flat. The kitchen was well-stocked and legibly marked. For the three meals we made, there wasn’t a kitchen item missing that we needed. I hate to be nit picky because it is a wonderful property in a great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if the bottom floor had a better bed configuration.

Amazing

We had a wonderful time at Mountain View. It was a perfect set up surrounded by beautiful mountains. The house was clean with all the amenities you could possibly need to enjoy some time at home with family. Beds were comfy, the pool table and air hockey games in the basement were so fun! We enjoyed visiting the shops at Black Mountain and the short drive to Asheville and the Biltmore. Highly recommend this property. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Nice mountain view, up the hill from Montreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A group of college students and I stayed at Mountain View during the College Conference at Montreat and we had a really great time at this location--Very clean, lots of space, comfortable and homey-feeling. We had anticipated it would be a little closer than it ended up being to the Assembly Inn, and we ended up having to drive to and from rather than walking, but I don't think students minded too much. The driveway was a little treacherous backing out of and there wasn't much parking space up above on the sides of the road. We had a visitor (she did not stay with us for the duration) to the house who was on crutches and the steps were difficult for her to maneuver, so I would not rate this house as being great on accessibility. The view, however, was excellent, and as I said, very comfortable sleeping and lounging spaces. We used the kitchen for cooking meals and were thankful that there were enough utensils, silverware, pots/pans, etc. With as many college students as we had, I'm also thankful for the amount of bathrooms in the house! Would definitely recommend this property to moderate-sized groups visiting Montreat or families looking for a "home away from home."

Weekend Getaway

We rented Mountain View for a long weekend. We have 4 college kids and a high schooler. The house was wonderful! The living room was large and had enough seating for all of us to comfortably watch movies. The kids and I had to work/school on Friday and we all spread out at the dining room table. I was relieved that we had great internet service for work and movies. The home was very clean and spacious, we couldn't have asked for anything better. The views were incredible and even though there were neighbors they weren't right on top of you. The drive to the house was easy, not the crazy mountain roads that give you a heart attack. The grocery store was 5 minutes away as well as downtown Black Mountain. The shops downtown were soooo cute, I wish I had saved more time to shop there. We ate a BBQ place downtown and the food was great! We went White Water Rafting at French Broad Adventures and just can't say enough good things about them. Also went to the Tobacco Market and Screen Door in Asheville shopping. This was our best vacation ever and we can't wait to do it again. We will definitely be renting this house again! Perfect house, perfect location, perfect vacation!!!
