Situé sur Cottage Street, dans la ville de Old Grayton, notre maison est parfaite pour une ou deux familles. Avec ses 3 chambres et ses 2 salles de bains, vous adorerez son charmant décor haut de gamme. Une des chambres a un lit king. On a un lit queen size et la troisième chambre a un lit king. Notre maison dormira confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Ne pas fumer. Je vous remercie.

Location du dimanche au dimanche en saison estivale.

La promenade de la plage est à environ 25 mètres, ce qui facilite la descente des enfants dans l'océan. Lorsque vous avez besoin de changer de plage de sable, profitez de la piscine du quartier, située juste en face de notre maison. La piscine chauffée est partagée avec seulement 8 autres maisons sur Cottage Street.

Maison dispose de 4 télévisions à écran plat, 3 lecteurs de DVD, 1 lecteur blueray. L'âge minimum pour les locataires est de 25 ans.

Great vacation!

This was our first trip to Grayton Beach and Gulf Winds down was an amazing location to be close to everything. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout was comfortable and had plenty of useful thoughtful accents. I would definitely return.

Love this place!

We have been coming to 30A for 20 years and this is our favorite place to stay! Location is perfect and place is lovely! We will be back to stay at Gulf Winds Down! As far as hearing people above like in a previous review, don’t let that stop you. They are a sweet couple that live there year round and you occasionally hear them walking but that is it!

Great stay!

We loved staying at Gulf Winds Down! The location is perfect (just steps away from the beach and across the street from the pool) and the condo was very comfortable and well appointed. Just a couple of items of feedback (so they can be addressed before the next guests): The air conditioner was not working very well by the end of the week, and a couple of light bulbs burned out. Overall, though, we absolutely loved our stay -- we'd definitely come back!

The home was decorated beautifully and the front porch was an added bonus we used each night. Everything was clean and well maintained. So very glad this home popped up on my search. And Grayt Coat Rentals was wonderful to book through.

Quaint house/short walk to beach

Gulf Winds-Down was a nice, quaint house to stay in for our Grayton Beach vacation. The beach was a 2 minute, easy (no steps) walk to the white sand, blue water beach. The shared swimming pool was directly across the street. The pool area was very clean and well taken care of. The street was a quiet street. It was so relaxing to sit on the front porch, rocking in the two rocking chairs or swinging on the extra large swing. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great and very close to the beach. We had a very relaxing vacation and would definitely stay here again. Parking could be a bit tricky at times but we managed just fine. Side note: Be sure to bring a sharp kitchen knife as the ones in the rental were quite dull.

Gulf Winds Down

Location is perfect to the beach and downtown Grayton. The house was exactly as stated and comfortable. Parking is truly limited to one car in front of the unit. The secondary location for parking was often overflowing, which is something to keep in mind if you choose to bring 2 or more cars. The upstairs neighbors are sweet as can be and live there full time.

A Little Slice of Heaven

Looking for an escape from gray skies in the north, a group of girlfriends came to this property last weekend - and we were thrilled with the location and the rental itself. It was beautifully appointed with furnishings and everything we could imagine needing for our time together. The kitchen was ready for meals, happy hour, and morning coffee. And the porch swing and porch furnishings made us feel like we were home the minute we drove up to the door. It's steps from the beach and just blocks from the Red Bar. We loved the feel of the town and its easy comfort. We will definitely be back!

Serenity and fun at Grayton Beach

I loved my stay at Gulf Winds Down, Grayton Beach! It's so close to beautiful white sand beaches and the boardwalk makes it easy to get items to the beach. In addition to our beach time, we spent a fun day exploring the farmer's market, food trucks and great stores nearby. We walked to a fabulous restaurant, went to an art exhibit and cooked a fine meal in the well-appointed kitchen. We went to relax, but could have taken day trips and experienced more nightlife. In other words, there is something for everyone. The condo itself is lovely: beautiful beach decor, comfortable beds, upscale bathrooms and everything you need. And yes, I am a former flight attendant who has traveled the world and wants to come back to Gulf Winds Down often!

I rented a bike and a kayak and never used my car once I unloaded all that I had packed. The condo was a perfect spot for me too - was clean and has a wonderful porch swing and is located right across from the community pool and only 4 homes down from the boardwalk and inlet lake. I already booked my return !

One of the kitchen cabinet doors was coming off the hinge, shower curtains need replacing (mildew), some light bulbs were out that need replacing and the towels need refreshing. They were old, fraying and dingy.Positives: location to the beach, pool right across the street and easy short walk to restaurants and a few shops.

Do not pass this up!!

We stayed at this property for a family wedding we went to in Seaside. First of all, the house is so clean. So well taken care of. Has plenty of kitchen things. Beautiful furnishings. Now, the location was perfect. The well taken care of pool was right across from the house. The ocean/beach was right down the street - very close. The porch was where we spent most of our time if we were at the house. The property manager answered any questions I had very quickly. It's a three bedroom, two bath house that you should not pass up if that's what you are looking for. We will definitely be back because not only the location, but the house.

Family vacay for a week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved Gulf Winds!!! We usually rent somewhere in Grayton and this was unanimously decided our favorite! Great location, comfy rooms/decor, across the street from the pool, probably 50 steps to sand and the clearest water! This is a great quiet street that once you park you can bike, walk, paddleboard, or run anywhere you want. I'm an avid tennis player and Seaside/watercolor courts have a daily first come, first serve clinic and round robin on the weekend. You really will fall in love with this rental and location. Kinda hate to share the news its such a hidden gem.
