Skyward est une maison de vacances de trailside spacieuse qui est parfait pour les grands groupes ou plusieurs familles. Il propose une chambre et une salle de bains Ă  l'Ă©tage infĂ©rieur, deux chambres et une salle de bains Ă  l'Ă©tage principal et de trois chambres Ă  coucher et une salle de bains Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur. Le niveau principal offre aussi une cuisine ouverte, salle Ă  manger et salon avec de grandes fenĂȘtres donnant une vue spectaculaire de la colline et les bois environnants. Il ya aussi une cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz de briques. Sur le niveau infĂ©rieur est un deuxiĂšme salon avec une table de billard, un jeu de flĂ©chettes, un bar, un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et une autre cheminĂ©e de gaz. Il ya aussi un local Ă  skis et un sauna sur le niveau infĂ©rieur. Une grande enveloppe autour de pont entoure cette maison avec un bain Ă  remous extĂ©rieur. Le bain Ă  remous est toute l'annĂ©e. Les chiens sont admis dans cette maison de vacances et WIFI est disponible dans tout. Cette belle maison de vacances est situĂ© le long du sentier Alpen avec accĂšs Ă  Lift # 1. Une navette gratuite est Ă©galement proposĂ©e au cours de la saison de ski dans le village Powderhorn.

Incredible friends and family getaway!

This place is absolutely perfect in every way. We had 3 families with a total of 13 people. The hot tip, the sauna, the fireplace, the big deck, ski room and the best part
 a true ski in and ski out. This is our families new annual mini winter vacation, and we can’t wait till next year already!

What a great time the house was cozy and clean. My family and I had a great time the owners responded quickly, and anything that we needed to make our family vacation more relaxing they made it happen. Besides the hot tub being a little dirty everything was awesome.

Peaceful Getaway

Comfortable chalet surrounded by trees. Very well kept up with a nice size kitchen and large dining table. We enjoyed the fireplace in the chilly evenings. We would stay here again.

Skyward

We had a group of women hikers for two nights with perfect fall weather. The bpla folks were very kind and helpful with all of our needs. The cabin was fantastic for a large group such as ours for cooking, sleeping, watching the northern lights out over the mountain, and hot-tubbing after a long day of hiking!! Really in need of screens for All windows & doors. A dehumidifier would really help the lower level. Overall the best place we have stayed at in the UP !

Our family totally enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of seating. Loved the large dining table for meals and games. Very cozy seating arrangements. Well stocked towels, paper products. We did run short on dishwasher soap. Suggest some type of humidifier but otherwise very comfortable accommodations. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at Skyward. Would definitely recommend the property to large families especially with pets. Thank you very much for allowing the family pets

Family Reunion

The property was very well-equipped. If you imagined needing something it was in the kitchen or in a logical space in a closet. We could seat and entertain all of our extended family for a birthday party and reunion. We had a wonderful, memorable time here and hope to be back. Thank you!

Lots of room. Loved the bar area and hot tub!! Charlene was extremely helpful! The only thing missing was the pool table. It was in the pics but not there when we got there. Otherwise, everyone had a great time!!

Not the best.

No one reached out to me for my pin, all the phone numbers they give you to call, doesn’t work. I was left stranded with no wifi and not a single phone number that works. There’s no ac. So it was very hot. I most definitely wouldn’t go again.

Skyward Ski Trip

I am going to start with our negative comments, because the list is so short compared to the positive aspects. There is no pool table nor ping pong table in this unit, despite the property description and photos; this was annoyingly not mentioned. The grill was disgusting, caked with food and rust. The toilet seat on the second floor was loose. Upon checkout, we were told that the grill and toilet seat problems could have been addressed if we had called during our stay. The fireplace stopped working, which we did call about, and someone came out within an hour to check it, but it remained broken for the rest (most) of our stay. That was a huge disappointment. Despite these criticisms, we had a wonderful time at Skyward. This property is spacious, the perfect place to relax. There were only six of us, so we had an amazingly comfortable amount of space. There were two large sitting/living rooms, both with fireplaces, each able to accommodate 8 (or more!) people comfortably. The downstairs also had a bar with a second, full-sized refrigerator. The dining room could easily seat 10 (or more). There was a full bathroom on each floor. The six bedrooms could have easily slept 14 people. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil we could possibly have needed. The dishwasher worked great. There is a large hot tub and a sauna. There is a deck that wraps around the entire second floor. There is a separate, unattached deck platform which overlooks the ski hill, which was a very nice feature, and not expected. There is an outside fire pit with benches, also overlooking the ski run. The property was true ski-in/ski-out. My family had a wonderfully cozy and comfortable time at Skyward; it was like a happy nest when we were tired after skiing. Be aware that this is not a brand-new property; there are ways in which the decor or amenities seem dated. But we loved Skyward, would highly recommend it, and would happily stay here again.

No AC. Rooms on upper level were too hot.

The unit was clean and has lots of room for a big group. The biggest down side is that there was no AC. The upstairs rooms were super hot and couldn't sleep at night. Can't use hot tub in the summer time. The pictures show a pool table but there was none in the house. The propane gas for the grill ran out while we just starting to grill. Other than these it was a great stay.

Perfect location for exploring and proximity to town.

The home was well setup for our multigenerational family vacation. Bedrooms and bath on all floors made it very convenient for everyone. The description had a pool table listed which was not there but we found other activities to do. The hot tub was big success after long days of hiking and swimming. Good location.

Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware. The nights were cool while we were there but hard to take advantage since many windows were missing screens. We bought 3 or 4 fans which helped with air circulation in the house. Enjoyed the hot tub, although I was a bit suspicion of maintenance. Deck needs major upkeep. Little scary, especially since hot tub was about 4” lower on one side. Overall we really enjoy the place

Can’t wait to go back!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay!! We had 15 of us and had plenty of room! Hot tub was perfect after hitting the slopes all day! We were right on Big Powderhorn and had easy access to the lifts! We had so much fun! The management team was just a call away and super accommodating to all of our requests! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Great Ski-in/Ski-out Rental for Large Group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We scheduled a COVID ski vacation with a two other families and the ski-in/ski-out was crucial. The property easily accommodated 6 adults and 7 kids. It turned out we were there the last weekend Powderhorn was open so conditions on Alpen were pretty sad but that isn't the property's fault.The only negatives were that the property needs a lot more towels - both bath towels and towels for the hot tub. There just aren't enough for a property this size. The pool table and dart board were both also a bust. The pool table is unstable (seems like it is missing some screws) and the cues have broken tips - makes it unusable. The dart board only has 3 darts and has seen better days.Otherwise the property was very clean and worked great for our group.
