Ce charmant cottage (non-fumeur) de 3 chambres Ă  coucher et 2 salles de bain a une grande cour arriĂšre et une vĂ©randa arriĂšre pour un cafĂ© matinal ou une boisson de l’aprĂšs-midi. IdĂ©al pour les petites familles matures, 3 couples et / ou les personnes ayant des difficultĂ©s Ă  gravir plusieurs marches. AUCUN PARTY GROUPS / NO PETS! Nouvelle cuisine moderne entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Nouvelles terrasses extĂ©rieures et merveilleux espace de vie pour toute la famille. grillades en plein air et une table de crabe sont Ă  l'arriĂšre pour un bouillon de crabe de la famille! . La chambre principale a sa propre entrĂ©e privĂ©e Ă  la vĂ©randa afin de ne pas dĂ©ranger votre invitĂ© si vous vous levez tĂŽt pour ce beau lever de soleil sur l'Atlantique. Grand hamac sur la vĂ©randa avec son propre ventilateur pour vous garder au frais tout en vous relaxant! La douche extĂ©rieure est Ă©galement reliĂ©e Ă  la vĂ©randa de sorte que vous ne devez pas aller Ă  l'extĂ©rieur pour y arriver. En outre, il y a un banc sur le porche ombragĂ© pour se dĂ©tendre dans l'un. m. PremiĂšre maison hors route d'accĂšs Ă  la plage et la plage juste Ă  un stand de sauveteur, il est facile de se rendre sur le sable! Nous sommes en face de The Sea Ranch Resort.
Nous fournissons des chaises de plage et des jouets pour votre voyage à la plage. Linge de bain et serviettes de cuisine sont fournis. agrafes de cuisine sont fournis pour vous aider à démarrer. Il y a un combo laveuse / sécheuse superposées et une nouvelle corde à linge à l'arriÚre et un sur véranda pour tous ces costumes et des serviettes humides. VOUS DEVEZ FOURNIR VOS PROPRES FEUILLES ET SERVIETTES DE PLAGE !! Absolutely had a great time with my family in this awesome little home. Owners made everything so easy and had the house in great shape and had lots of household appliances and many staples already in place for us to use. Absolutely great location to the beaches and any and all activities. Would most likely to rent this home again anytime. Talked with owners and was very impressed with her as she helped with a few things about the house and other aspects around it. Very impressed with her assessment of things talked about. Alvin L. There are a lot of rules for a reason
the house was in very good & clean condition. Kitchen had everything we needed. Temperature in the house was so comfortable. It’s just a quick trip across the street to the beach, easy for going back and forth for snacks, drinks or bathroom breaks. We spent a lot of time on the shaded front porch drinking coffee and cocktails, reading and saying hello to the passers by. The back deck was so comfortable and relaxing and the backyard very well maintained. We always find it hard to walk around KDH but the great parking and easy access made the driving easier. Grocery stores super close!

Perfect Girls Getaway

This beautiful little cottage was warm and welcoming, the kitchen stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and the beds were comfortable allowing for a perfect nights rest after long days on the beach and shopping. The location was quiet with just a short walk to beach access. Communication with the owner was top-notch. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful and cozy place right by the beach!

This house is cozy and beautifully decorated. I really appreciated all the seating choices! The living room was comfortable and the screened in porch is a unique addition that I enjoyed reading my book and drinking my coffee in. The location is hard to beat since the beach is right there! The front porch was a great spot for coffee and to just enjoy the beach air! I also loved the back yard space with the outdoor private shower. The place had everything we needed in the kitchen as well which made eating in very easy!

Home away from home & 1 block from the beach

We opened the door into a comfortable beach house with: a modern equipped kitchen; a large screened-in back porch with seating and dining table; and a fenced-in back yard complete with grill, picnic table, hammock, clothes lines, and plenty of thick grass to walk around barefoot. The front porch is great for people watching and meeting locals who live in the neighborhood. Plus, it's located near shopping and restaurants. All-in-all, a great place to stay in Kill Devil Hills. Enjoy!

A beach cottage had been a dream of The Epps for years and finally when this low level bungalow became available, it seemed perfect especially with bad knees in the family! :) There were so many ironic things that pointed them towards Sandy Bottoms. It's quaintness and proximity to the beach made it clear that there would be lots of fun times at the beach to experience!

Location,location,location !!! Close walk to the beach,grocery store , Jolly Roger Restaurant and The Sea Ranch Resort . Also, the big back porch could accommodate rainy days in a hammock..
