Bachelorette Weekend Stay

We had a great time at this property, it was perfect for my weekend bachelorette in Greenport! I wanted a place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms so nobody would have to share and this place was perfect! The pool was great as well. Would definitely stay here again!!

Amazing Relaxing Weekend

This property is great for a larger group. We had 8 people staying. The pool was great after a hot day at the wineries. The hosts were great andbvery accommodating. Will stay here again.

Communicative owners who live on the property available to help out with any needs we had. Big yard and outdoor space, nice clean pool, lots of greenery. Great for a large group as there were 6 bedrooms, many with their own bathrooms. Walkable to an excellent beach and close to downtown Greenport!

Great vacation property, lovely host

We stayed here over a long holiday weekend and had a wonderful time. The owner was friendly and gracious, available whenever needed and providing extra touches to make the stay special. The pool is spectacular, the location quiet and private yet close to the LI Sound, vineyard and short trip to town of Greenport. We enjoyed our time.

Perfect for a girls getaway

Our host was so kind and easy to communicate with. The house was bigger then expected with plenty of room. Great location! Large outdoor area also:)! Would absolutely recommend .

Greenport stay

We had a good sized get together of old high school friends. Spent 2 day fishing for stripe bass successfully. The house was well maintained with very good outdoor space, BBQ, inground pool and seating. Very comfortable and would do it again !

Our hosts made all of us feel so welcomed and comfortable. The home was clean, well appointed ( not fancy) and perfect for our family gathering for our son’s wedding. And our hosts even had a solution when one of our party arrived without his tuxedo jacket.

NOFO Escape was a great place for our family gathering! Six bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a well stocked kitchen with a large table to accommodate everyone, extensive outdoor seating & a beautiful pool. It feels as if you are staying in someone’s home, unlike the more sterile feeling in some VRBOs. This may not appeal to some, but we enjoyed the eclectic decor. Catherine & Constantine are friendly, helpful & responsive hosts.

Great wedding weekend in Greenport

We had 5 couples attending a wedding in Greenport. We found this listing and decided to stay here versus the wedding hotels. What a great long weekend. We made it a 5 night trip. Catherine and Constantine communicated with us as we planned the trip and we went to some great local vineyards, breweries and restaurants they had recommended. Thanks for your hospitality.

A hidden gem…

We had a great time in Greenport for a wedding and this property was PERFECT for our large group. We had 5 couples who each had their own bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of room for everyone to get ready. The house is spacious and the property AMAZING! The pool, patio and yard were great and we absolutely took advantage of it all. The house and furnishings are very dated, but clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this property!!

Very nice pool but other areas outdoors were cluttered and inside there were missing smoke alarms, very cluttered rooms and old furniture. I would much prefer a “contactless” check in process that I have experienced at many Vrbo/airb&b properties.

Cozy Home with Fantastic Pool

This property worked perfectly for our group of 12 for a bachelorette weekend. The setup of 6 rooms with en suite bathrooms is really ideal for a large group. As others have mentioned, the pool area and outside tables are beautiful and huge. The inside of the home is decorated with a lot of personal affects from the family. It feels like you are visiting a person's home rather than a traditional vacation rental. This did not bother us at all. Constantine met us right away to check in and was there to answer any questions that came up about the house. He is so welcoming and friendly. We did not feel our privacy was invaded at all, despite them living on the property. The location is also less than 5 minutes drive into the heart of town which was super convenient for the weekend plans. Highly recommend!

Everything we could have asked for!

Bachelorette trip for 12! Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. Our hosts were so helpful and respectful of our space. The house is spacious and beautiful and in a wonderful location to get to all the destination areas easily. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and accommodations

We had a wonderful time staying at Cathy and Constantine’s home. They were very accommodating and some of the sweetest people I have ever met. The house is a mile from the downtown area, so getting to and from the weekend events was a breeze. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower which was FANTASTIC. The property is spacious and private despite the owners living above the accommodations. They have a separate entrance so it truly is private for the family to enjoy. The pool was clean and refreshing. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Bachelorette!

This was the perfect rental property for any group! We had a large group and we were so impressed by the space and the number of beds and bathrooms! The pool is gorgeous and felt like a resort. It's a great location, about a 20-minute walk to the center of town, which was perfect, since Ubers are limited here.. I would absolutely recommend this home to any group, it was fantastic!

Highly recommend!

We stayed at this property as a group of 12 women for a bachelorette party; it was a great experience from start to finish! The house was a perfect size , every bedroom has its own bathroom and the pool is gorgeous. The house is conveniently located to town and winery. Cathy and Constantine (owners) were very accommodating , went out of their way to help us unpack the car and get settled in. I highly recommend this house as a rental for a nice relaxing getaway.

Great location! The owners gave us a taxi number which was easy and very helpful. The pool was beautiful and wr loved that everyone had their own bathroom! Typical rental furniture but that didn't matter at all.
