My family really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was as expected or better. The pool and backyard was amazing and the pool heated up really well for days when it wasn’t too warm. We did have an issue with the AC during our stay but I reached out to the property manager in the evening on a Saturday, and he had someone sent out to fix it within 45 minutes. High recommend!

Immaculate and Tastefully Decorated 4-Bed Pool Villa in Orlando

We just had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic 4-bed pool villa in Florida over the last week, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the spacious, immaculate and tastefully decorated interiors. Each room was designed with attention to detail, in clean pristine white, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the games room. It was fully equipped with a pool table, darts board, foosball table, and an air hockey table. This provided endless entertainment for both adults and kids, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was great! We enjoyed our morning dip and coming back from the theme parks, we jumped back in the pool to relax! The villa also had a fully equipped kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could possibly need. This made preparing meals a breeze, and we appreciated the convenience of having everything at our fingertips. We made full use of the coffee machine to fuel our coffee addiction and the air fryer was a great addition! Additionally, there were plenty of towels provided, which was a nice touch and added to the overall comfort of our stay. The washer and dryer was very useful! Location-wise, the villa couldn't have been better. It was perfectly situated for easy access to the nearby theme parks. This made our daily excursions hassle-free and allowed us to make the most of our time in Florida. Lots of food joint nearby and supermarkets were just a 5 minut

Before arriving, communication was excellent and quick responses to several queries I had. The welcome info was amazing and full of useful tips.On arrival, the home was better than expected, very clean, tastefully decorated.WiFi was amazingly fast and reliable, all the cooking apparatus top quality, Ninja air fryer got used a lot, huge fridge freezer.Air conditioning was a lifesaver after coming back after a day out, absolutely no issues with that.Pool and outside area very good.Any issues we had were very quickly resolved so thumbs up to that!Area was lovely and quiet after hectic days at the parks, plus everything in acceptable reach plus excellent Publix supermarket minutes away.We wholeheartedly recommend this home and would have no hesitation in booking again

Vaca

We rented the house to attend grandsons baseball games in Lakeland and Auburndale. House was very clean. Everything we needed was provided. Even though we didn’t get much of a chance to use the pool we did enjoy it. Very well kept. The only problem we had was with the TV. Had to have property manager come over but only solved the problem temporarily. Shower door came off the track and was very prompt in fixing it. Overall very nice place

Family Stay 2020

This home was very clean and welcoming. Our communication with the owner prior to our stay was incredible. She answered all of our questions promptly. However our communication with the property manager was good, but could have been a lot better. The oven didn't work upon our arrival so we asked for a bbq, which they delivered but never told us they dropped it off at the side of the house so we ended up eating out 2 more nights than we wanted. Previous renters and/or the cleaning stay did not wash the fry pans and they were filthy. On our last day, you are requested to be out by 10:00a.m. but the door code changes before 8:00a.m. Had we not checked on that we would have been locked out of the house when we went for breakfast. Code should not change until 10:00 or you should be advised that it changes early. Pool was great, beds were comfortable, a la in all, a very good stay.

Mooi schoon onderhouden villa

Excellent base for a wonderful holiday.

A great property with everything we needed for a family break. Location was excellent, set away from the parks so we could relax in peace after a busy day, but close enough to make the most of them. Kids loved the pool, weather was fantastic, the booking process was easy and communications with the owner were very clear and response was quick. I would highly recommend this property and would love to go back.

Good, clean house.

The property was as described. Everything was good the only thing that was a big inconvenience was the pool was not heated on time and it took about 24 hours for it to heat . The proximity to the universal with traffic was 35 -40 minutes, to Animal Kingdom was about 20-25 minutes. Publix grocery store was about 5 minutes away. Over all everything in the house was clean and amenities were provided. The game room was lots of fun for the family. The pool was clean and the floor of the pool was not rough as someone mentioned before. Make sure you have the correct code to enter the house before arrival . Great stay.

Nice central location

House was lovely, comfortable and easy to be in. Everything you needed was there. We did however have some issues with the pool, when we arrived it was really dirty, we called the mgt co. on the Friday to get it cleaned but had to call again on the Tuesday as no one came. It wasn't much better after it had been cleaned and I emailed pictures to the Mgt Co on 11th as we couldn't use it - it was full of ants again. On this occasion it was cleaned and shocked the same day, but we hardly used the pool because of this. We were disappointed as we hadn't gone to Florida to 'do Disney' we had gone to sit and relax by the pool. We also paid to heat the pool and couldn't really get the full benefit.

Hi Ros, I am so sorry to hear that you had some issues with the swimming pool. Although we strive to provide the best possible & comfortable stay away from home, sometimes things get out of our hands. The soil was found saturated and due to all rain the ants kept coming, although it was treated twice. Regarding the Pool guy call, he went to the wrong house - Our apologies for that. Appointed property management was not aware of the situation until they were called again. Subsequently, Pool guy went and treated the pool. In spite of this, we do hope that this didn't have a negative impact on your overall stay, and I am glad to hear that you had a positive experience with the rest of the house. Kind regards, Raquel

We loved the house and the pool and games room

We all really enjoyed our stay, especially our kids...the proximity to everything including Disney and Legoland was perfect...the only thing that concerned us was the VERY rough texture of the pool cement inside the pool...the kids and adults all got cuts on our feet, hopefully we left everything in good shape..thanks Don
