La chambre principale a sur le costume de bain avec douche à l'italienne, New lit de mousse de mémoire reine de taille, beaucoup d'espace de rangement, une commode. Chambre d'hôtes, New lit de mousse à mémoire de la reine, walk-in et une commode. Deuxième salle de bain dispose d'un bain / douche. Nouvellement rénové cuisine avec toutes les commodités de la maison. Grand écran à Lenai et piscine chauffée Télévision par câble, Wi-Fi, laveuse et sécheuse fournis. Wonderful House

This was one of the best places we have rented in many years of travelling to Florida. The screened in lanai was a lovely place to sit and eat in and the heated pool was a definite plus. I really liked the well equipped kitchen and the comfort of the tv sitting area. We were close to Shamrock Park which is at the beginning of the Legacy Trail going to Sarasota, and which is a great bike ride. The house is close to several small state parks (one of which has a pair of nesting bald eagles) and also close enough to ride to Manasota Beach. Watching the sun go down over the beach is magical.

Perfect home in a great location for our vacation stay.

We are so happy with our recent two week stay and can't wait to go back. Joe and Carnie have thought of everything to make a comfortable, relaxing, easy going vacation home. The house has everything you could need and a great location. The home is well stocked for cooking and grilling, tons of dishes and kitchen gadgets. Nice gas grill and outdoor area. Great sitting areas indoors and out. The pool is fantastic, perfect warm temperature, plenty of pool towels. Beach chairs and umbrella for the beach.. All of the beaches are so close. It's just everything we love about the Venice area ! All in all, it was just a great rental experience !! Thank you so much Joe and Carnie !

Great home base for fun in Venice

We were very happy with the home, the pool, the beds were amazingly comfortable! Everything you could want or need in the kitchen except any plastic dishes for around the pool. Quick trip to Dollar Tree for some snack bowls! Lots of beach stuff for our use. Only drawback was the weak wifi. We could only have one device (computer or phone) on it at a time. It kept bumping us off even then and we had to sign on again. We just kept our phone off wifi and took turns checking work on our computers. Would return in a heartbeat if children were allowed. Need to change online listing up front to state this. But we had a great time anyway. Hope the ferry will be back in service soon for future guests! Thanks for a great time in your comfortable home!

Really!! Sorry you thought our home was only three star. We have working very hard to make our home as pleasant as possible. The ferry pass is out of our control. The decision was made by SVCA. (South Venice civic association ) We explained to you and sent you a copy of the new rules and you still acted like it was our fault over the phone. Good luck finding your paradise, but you won’t have a piece of ours again.

Wonderful two weeks in Venice

We really enjoyed our stay in South Venice. The house is so tastefully decorated, and is very well stocked. We did a lot of biking, enjoyed the pool, and of course spent some time at the beach. We saw several shows at the Venice Theater, and enjoyed a combination of eating at home or out at one of Venice’s great restaurants. The communication with Joe and Carney was always easy and responsive. We hope we can return next year.

Great house!

Easy check-in to this spacious, clean, well-equipped home. Very quiet neighborhood, lovely heated (88•!) pool, everything you could ever need in the kitchen for meal prep. Easy-peesy boat shuttle to private, rustic beach. Access to Venetian waterway for bike riding/jogging and Shamrock Park. Empty lot behind the house provided even more privacy, as well as a home for a gopher tortoise. Spent 6 weeks here and Would love to rent here again!

Quite, Private, Clean & Cozy

We booked 3 weeks to visit with my sister & her husband. The booking process was very easy. The property was as described. Very comfortable, clean and full stocked kitchen too. Did I mention it has a beautiful pool inside a Lanai. The neighborhood was extremely quite and we took several walks during our stay. One of the most attractive things for us was the property behind the home was not developed as yet and was totally wooded which contributed to the privacy. Just a great place to stay if you are visiting Florida.
