Entièrement rénové cet appartement idéal pour un weekend au soleil est situé au coeur de Principe Real, à 2 minutes à pied de la charmante Praca das Flores du Jardin Botanique et à 5 minutes à pied du Chiado, près de la vue la plus connue de Lisbonne.

Situé au dernier étage, cet appartement de plus de 60m2 offre deux vues incroyables sur Lisbonne de la grande terrasse du salon et du balcon de la chambre à coucher.

Le soleil remplit l'appartement grâce aux grandes baies vitrées du salon. La cuisine américaine donne sur le salon et vous permet de cuisiner avant de déjeuner/dîner sur la terrasse.

L'appartement est aussi entièrement 'connecté': Wifi et écrans plats avec le câble (100 chaînes de TV) dans le salon et dans la chambre.

MERCI DE NOTER QU'IL Y A 60€ de FRAIS DE MENAGE EN SUS DU REGLEMENT à Abritel/VRBO/ Expedia, à laisser sur place avant votre départ .

Really nice apartment in a good location to get to know the city. (Our first time in Lisbon) The power went out but Therese was responsive. Not much of a damper on our spirits.

Perfect location

This property was the perfect location - outside the typical tourist areas but still very cute and so much to do! Therese was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely come back and stay here again!!

The property was beautiful! The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed drinking wine on the terrace and seeing the amazing views. Being able to see the rooftops and the water while under the stars was incredible . The location was quiet but within walking distance around the city. The neighborhood parks with music and food delights were wonderful. There were small grocery stores nearby for snacks, and coffee shops for a good start to the day. We had a wonderful experience staying in this delightful apartment in this quaint neighborhood.

The apartment is perfect for 2 people. It is located high up in Lisbon and on the 3rd floor of the building, so you must have "good" legs. Thérèse is a good host.

Look no further!

When looking for a place to stay in Lisbon, look no further! You will find a wonderful apartment, a fantanstic rooftop terrace, incredible views and you will be perfectly located near all points of interests. We had a perfect time and plan to come back!

Great stay in Lisboa

My wife and I stayed for 5 days in Lisbon. The condo was perfect for the trip. From the new Aldi (a 5min walk) to the public square with drinks, food and coffee this was a perfect location for our trip. The property is clean and well kept. Therese was a great host and always willing to help with any questions. We'd definitely come back to this location on our next trip to Lisbon.

A beautiful, quiet and well-maintained one-bedroom apartment overlooking the rooftops of Lisbon. The host could not have been more welcoming, offering many good tips for enjoying a long weekend in Lisbon. It’s an excellent neighborhood, central and lively with many choices for great food and a bit removed from the most crowded tourist areas. All in all, impeccable.

Bright, light and comfortable

I enjoyed our stay in this apartment, great views and a lovely large balcony where we sat each evening. It is within walking distance to many sights and tourist attractions. Even though it is uphill to get home, the metro is close by as well as the bus and trams. The host was helpful and left many tips for local activities. I hope to be back one day.

Fabulous apartment

We really enjoyed our stay at Therese’s fabulous apartment. We got used to the steep stairs but the reward of the stylish and large apartment made up for it. We had everything we needed - comfy furniture and b d, well equipped kichen including a washing machine and a lovely bathroom. Therese was very fast in responding to any questions we had and we loved the area with local restaurants and proximity to downtown.
