Villa de luxe sur la cÎte ouest, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, avec l'adhésion au Beach Club

Situé à 1,6 km au nord de Holetown, en face de l'hÎtel Royal Pavilion, sur la célÚbre cÎte ouest et à proximité de plages magnifiques (200 m) et à proximité d'un large choix de boutiques, bars et restaurants raffinés. 5 Porters Court est un luxe 2 chambres avec salle de bains villa avec véranda enveloppante, spacieux salon ouvert, cuisine équipée bien équipée et parking privé adjacent à la villa. La charmante villa est construite dans la conception de maison de style traditionnel avec de hauts plafonds de pin décapé. Le salon dispose de deux portes françaises s'ouvrant sur une véranda panoramique (avec barbecue à gaz) pour les dßners à l'extérieur et la détente. La villa est entiÚrement climatisée.

Porters Court est un développement exclusif fermé de 8 villas de luxe avec une piscine commune et un patio avec chaises longues et parasols. Les villas sont situées dans de beaux jardins tropicaux bien entretenus. N ° 5 a un excellent emplacement juste à cÎté de la piscine.

La villa est dotée de l'appartenance exclusive au Fairmont Royal Pavilion Beach Club, à cinq minutes à pied de la propriété. Vous aurez ainsi accÚs gratuitement à des chaises longues et des parasols, et pourrez utiliser le bar de la plage et les installations de sports nautiques à vos frais. Le célÚbre restaurant Lonestar est également à environ 5 minutes à pied tout comme deux grands bars de plage.

Notre gouvernante visitera trois jours par semaine. Nous fournissons Ă  tous les clients une trousse de bienvenue comprenant du thĂ©, du cafĂ©, du jus d'orange, du lait, des Ɠufs, du pain, du beurre, des fruits, de la biĂšre et du vin afin que vous puissiez vous dĂ©tendre immĂ©diatement. Notre gestionnaire immobilier sur l'Ăźle est toujours disponible pour vous aider. Nous pouvons Ă©galement organiser des transferts aĂ©roport et organiser une location de voiture.

Tracy was amazing, so helpful with restaurants and excursions, even down to the taxi driver. The villa is beautiful, reality is even better than the photos. Membership to the Fairmont is a huge bonus. Location is great, handy for Holetown and with the buses being so accessible, it’s very easy to travel up and down the coast. All round an amazing place to stay.

This property is a 10 out of 10 without a doubt!From the minute you arrive, the property is so inviting, well taken care of and immediately feels like a home away from home.The host has thought of everything from complementary groceries, a welcoming rum punch, access to the beach club across the street, an excellent guest book filled with all the details of the home and surrounding area, and all the necessities of living so you don’t have to worry about a thing.It was close to everything you need the beach, town, buses, and great restaurants.Our stay at the house truly made our trip amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable luxury in Barbados!

From making our first enquiry to today as we leave, everything has been amazing.Tracy has been a brilliant host and the accommodation was just perfect with every amenity you could wish for. It was spotlessly clean, thanks to the lovely Veronica, and a beautiful oasis of peace and tranquility with easy access to the stunning beach at the Royal Fairmont and a little further to all the facilities and restaurants at Holetown.I would recommend a car if you want to go further afield. Absolutely perfect!

First time to the island and the owner and property manager made us feel entirely at home! From the welcome goodies (so appreciated after a long day of travel), to Veronica (such a sweet heart!), to the periodic check-ins and suggestions.... our stay was fantastic! Great location, privacy and access to restaurants and beaches. You cannot go wrong! We will definitely be back. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Fabulous Holiday Villa

My friends and I have been coming to Barbados for many years and have spent each of our holidays in a self catering villa. 5 Porters Court is right up there as one of the best places we have stayed. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and some lovely bars/restaurants. It is also very convenient for transport to both Holetown and Speightstown.The villa itself is very tastefully presented and extremely comfortable and welcoming. We don't always like to go out in the evening and love to cook so it was a delight to find the kitchen so well equipped. The villa was also spotlessly clean. Perfect Palm Cottage

We feel most fortunate to have been able to spend a week in peaceful surroundings and superb accommodation in number 5 Porters Court. Such a perfectly equipped property, everything so cleverly thought of. Newly modernised showers, the most comfortable bedding and spotlessly clean. Access to Fairmont Beach Club a bonus, a great location, what more could you wish for!

Hidden Gem

This property is as advertised. Great for family of 4 and ideally located just a few mins from the Fairmont Beach Club. The check in process was seamless and the instructions were so easy to follow that we let our 11 year daughter took us through it. Both Kelly the property manager and Veronica the housekeeper were extremely pleasant and always available. They really made us feel like we were home away from home. Tracy the owner was also exceptional with communicating with us and making sure that everything met our needs. We utilized the kitchen and the grill a few times when we did not want to go out for dinner or lunch. We also took a short bus trip into Holetown to Massy, the supermarket to get some food supplies. Riding on the public bus was a great experience for my kids. I would really recommend staying at this location. It has everything that you could need and ask for. Oh, the pool was a nice touch for lazy days when you do not want to make a trip off property.

A great stay at Porters Court.

We just loved our stay at Porters Court. Tracy gave us lots of helpful information before we arrived and everything we could possibly need was there - beautifully cool and comfortable patio, very short walk to the beach, easy access to local buses (great fun), a pool and, as an extra bonus, lovely Veronica who came three times a week to clean, change the towels and generally look after everything.

The experience was first rate from start to finish! The host was highly attentive to our needs, the villa including the surrounding property was charming and very well appointed with everything you’d need, housekeeping (Veronica) was meticulous (and friendly) and the location was a very short walk away from the beach where access is allowed to the Fairmont Royal Pavilion beach club. Access to shopping/groceries is 5 minute taxi ride away and a handful of restaurants are within walking distance. All in all, we highly recommend 5 Porters Court as a base where you can simply relax or explore all that Barbados has to offer. Highly recommended!

Lovely Villa

The villa is exactly as described - in very good condition with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. The membership of the beach club is great and we used it most days as the pool is a little small and sometimes busy with the guests from other villas. We would certainly visit again.

A dream villa.

Villa Number 5 at Porters Court was the most perfect little villa one could possibly wish for.Immaculately clean and beautifully furnished.On arrival we were welcomed with a wonderful array of food and drinks to help us through our initial two days. Our housekeeper was the kindest, warmest and most helpful and fun lady and we always looked forward to seeing her 3 times a week. Our host kept in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I could go on and on but suffice to say we had the most wonderful time staying at #5 and would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for a first class holiday home.Aileen and David Weston.

Palm Cottage 5 at Porters Court is perfectly located for access to the beach, shopping and dinning.

Porters Court is a well maintained block of cottages directly across from the beach. Palm Cottage 5 provides access to the Fairmont’s Beach Club for your beach chairs, food and drink. You don’t need to go anywhere but it is also in a perfect starting point to explore Barbados. A perfect experience!

A great holiday in paradise


Well what can I say another fabulous stay in No 5 Porters court, our two weeks here have flown by. This is our second stay at Tracy’s beautiful villa and will definitely not be the last .. it’s just as lovely, as we remember so clean and homely with everything you could ever need . The property manager Kerry and Veronica the housekeeper make your stay even more enjoyable .. all in all a great holiday in a fabulous villa

PERFECT STAY

The photos don`t do the property justice. We had a lovely relaxing stay in a great cottage style property. The pool was right outside the patio area and Tracey provided everything that was needed during our hols, from beach towels to the lovely Veronica who kept the place in tip top condition. There was only two of us but the cottage would comfortably accommodate four. Thanks Tracey, will be back

Exceptional property

Our family of three stayed in 5, Porters Court and had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is outstanding with a peaceful immaculate pool area to relax in and cool off. Porters Court is in a great location with easy access to the beach within 2 mins with the added bonus of beach passes allowing use of the bar and sun lounges. A short walk down the beach is the Lone Star, Jumas and Ju Ju’s. Veronica the housekeeper visits 3 times a week leaving the villa beautifully clean. After a long flight the welcome pack is a nice touch. It is easy to communicate with Tracy the owner and Kerry the manager we would not hesitate to use this villa again in the future.

Amazing all round - very highly recommended

I booked the property after looking extensively online at a lot of other similar properties. It surpassed my every expectation and more. I had 10 lovely nights here and it was comfortable, well located and nothing was of any fuss from the property management and owner; amazing service all round and I would recommend this as a perfect and peaceful setting for anyone looking for a comfortable and easy villa on the West Coast. Perfect location

We loved the villa the location was perfect so close to the beach. Beach club was an added bonus being able to have chairs for the day. Check in was really easy Kerry the property manager was great and so was the house keeper Veronica. Tracy was very easy to deal with and helpful from the beginning. Her place is spotless and has lots of everything you need in the kitchen. We would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much for having us.

We fell in love with Porters Court because of the charm of the villa which is built in the traditional chattel house style with wooden floors and high pickled wood ceilings. We also enjoy being very close to the Lonestar restaurant and JuJu's beach bar, two of our favourite places for sunset drinks on the beach!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The location is perfect and just across the road from the Fairmont Royal Pavilion where we enjoy the beach club. It is very easy to get around as the bus stops are just outside the gate and
BD$ 3.50 will take you anywhere on the island.
