Calme Old Florida style cottage a un look rétro avec des commodités modernes. Détendez-vous avec votre boisson du matin sur la grande terrasse exposée au sud et profitez de la brise soufflant doucement sur les herbes et les arbres indigènes de la grande cour arrière. Si vous amenez votre ami canin, il appréciera la place qu’il vous reste. 904 Largo est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes. Emportez un livre et un parapluie sur la plage, ou l'un de nos planches à voile pour profiter du surf. À votre retour, il y a une douche extérieure sur le pont et un hamac dans lequel vous pourrez passer le reste de la journée. Dînez dans le coin repas, au bar de la cuisine spacieuse ou sur le pont. La chambre principale a un lit queen et la deuxième chambre a un lit complet. Le bain avec baignoire et douche est à quelques pas dans le couloir. Une télévision grand écran ou une bibliothèque de livres est disponible pour les animations en soirée ou pour faire une agréable promenade dans le quartier résidentiel calme et convivial. Loved the location and the fact it was pet friendly. Our fur babies absolutely enjoyed as much as we did! Will definitely stay again.

Perfect little cottage!

Great place to stay for our girls blue angel week. Very clean and accomodating. Loved that it was dog friendly and convenient to dog beach East. We also enjoyed the baby beach at the end of the road! It was a great place to watch the Saturday blue angels show without the crowd. Will definitely stay here again!

Fun beach house

Only issue we had was property management sent someone over without ID or a phone call. We hope that was just a mix up. The property itself was fantastic.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this little retro cottage within short walk to a beach on the bay great for small children. Also within a walkable distance to the Gulf. Drive 5 mins east to a dog beach on the Gulf. There are also local restaurants that allow dogs. The cottage was super clean with everything you could need. The only caveat are the louvered doors to the bedrooms and bathroom lol.

The neighborhood was a lovely low traffic place to take them on an evening walk. Felt very secure leaving them outside during our daily excursions around Pensacola. We were happy, they were happy.

Reviewer Comments: Can't say enough about the management company--we locked ourselves out on the first night; one of the employees came out immediately to get us the extra set of keys--amazing customer service and we are very grateful. House was amazing--loved the fenced back yard for our two dogs. Very clean and nicely maintained--we hope to come back!

Nice Alternative to Jersey Shore-like Condos on Pensacola Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the style but surprised that the grounds were so unkempt and the deck ladder in need of repair. Also confused on why we had to pay a hefty cleanup fee but we were strictly ordered to wash dishes, take out trash or face a penalty.

The only complaint is that the yard is a bit too natural. When you drive up, it looks like a derelict property! The current picture is definitely NOT current.

Positive and Negative

I'll start with the negatives which were not too negative - the outdoor shower had only cold water so shouldn't be advertised as a shower but as a place to rinse feet; the backyard needs some landscape work - leveling (was flooded for 2 days) and perhaps a small patch of grass. Positives - loved the screened porch; house was comfortable and well equipped. The location was fun for walking neighborhoods. Overall, enjoyed the stay but next time will rent where I can see water from the house.

Labor Day weekend stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very quaint. It worked well for the 3 of us and the dog. It was a little too far from the beach- we had to drive to get there and it rained a lot which left the street flooded. Thankfully we drive a truck so that wasn't a problem. Paradise Beach Homes was very receptive when we called with questions. We will definitely use them again, just probably at a house closer to the beach or one with a pool.

Cute and Comfortable Little House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is small, but comfortable and convenient. The kitchen doesn't have a dish washer and isn't very well stocked for cooking, which was okay since we planned on eating most meals out. The doors aren't solid, which created awkward moments when using the restrooms. We enjoyed the back deck and fenced yard. One thing to note is that even though the property is dog friendly there are two couches they don't allow dogs on. Also, the exterior landscape could use some grooming. Bushes were overgrown and such.

Can't beat the location for the price

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros:Location is three blocks from an uncrowded beach. Yard was great for the dog. The covered back patio is lovely. Multiple ceiling fans help keep it cool. The storage shed has plenty of beach items if you or kids forgot something, including a kite and boogie board.Cons:Interior doors are slats, including the bathroom. Was fine for us a couple, but don't book unless you're comfortable with everyone hearing you poop 🤣. Dinner items are pretty bare bones/cheap (blinds fell down and almost hit our dog, dining table was very wobbly.Overall, there were challenges, but none that would prevent me from recommending to a friend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I selected this house because of the fenced yard for the dog which was great. There are items that can be done to improve the property immediately. There is no umbrella, it is required. the umbrella stand is not usable, old/rusted. No outside shower. love the vintage theme but some of the furniture is on its last leg. The mattresses were good. There was a plumbing incident which is why some ratings are low and I would not stay in this property for fear of another incident. This impacted an entire day of our vacation. We were placed in another home. Kudos to the management company. Thanks Russell!

The house had everything we needed and more. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes for meals. I especially appreciated the fenced in back yard for our dog and the screen porch.We had coffee every morning on the porch. All appliances were clean and in good working order. Nice neighborhood, met several of the neighbors during our daily walks with the dog. Close to the beach which is shallow and kid friendly (no dogs). The dog beach is about a 10 min drive and we went there several times. Love Pensacola Beach and loved this house, it was perfect for us. We will be back!

Beautiful Beach Neighborhood

We had the Best time!! Super close to everything!! Wonderful House in a Beautiful Neighborhood!! We traveled with our small dog & she loved the neighborhood & dog beach!!
