Ceci est un grand condo au 11��me étage à Phoenix V avec un balcon ouvert pour de nombreux sièges et vue sur le golfe! Nous venons de prendre toutes les tapis et les carreaux installés dans toutes les chambres !!!

Vos enfants sont maintenant en mesure de profiter d'un nouveau 1300 sq. Ft. Pirate des Caraïbes Inspiré Splash Pad en bas de la piscine. La zone se compose d'un Sloop Pirate et Proue avec Slant Jets et canon à eau, un diaporama Bateau échoué Wet, un palmier avec l'eau d'immersion bananes ainsi que un petit vaporisateur de fleur de tulipe. Vous pouvez voir des photos du parc aquatique placés à la fin du diaporama condo. Il est sûr de garder vos petits Bucketheads occupé tout au long de vos vacances.



Phoenix V est l'un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxantes sur la côte du Golfe. Il y a une raison plus les vacanciers restent dans cet appartement que tout autre à Orange Beach.



Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour rester pour vous et votre famille à Phoenix V. Il y a beaucoup d'activités, notamment une salle de musculation, terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, un bain à remous, des courts de tennis, de basket-ball et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour se détendre sous pendant que vous êtes bar-b-Quing.



Venez vous détendre sur le balcon d'angle spacieuse avec vue imprenable sur le golfe ou de dormir sur le grand lit king dans le maître. Un lit queen dans la 2ème chambre, 2 doubles dans la 3ème chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.



Pour les grands groupes nous avons SUPPLÉMENTAIRES 2 Br et 1 BR unités au PHOENIX V.

Overall, Great place to stay we enjoyed it. Kids loved splash pad. There is only one bank of elevators so if you are going on a really busy weekend (like a holiday weekend) expect to wait for elevators for a bit.

We had a great time and the unit was just like advertised. We did notice a door off the hinge in one of the bedrooms and notified the owner and they had maintenance come out and fix it the next morning. We would stay again!

Unit was clean, had everything we would need available to us, beds were comfortable. Pool, kiddie splash pad and proximity to the beach was spot on. Hairdryers could use to be replaced (one in master is broken and looks like it could soon be a burn/fire hazard. Unit not as recently renovated as you might think from photos. Floor tiles need to be replaced soon. Overall happy with our vacation.

The host was great to work with! Responded promptly to all our requests and made accommodations for us when requested because of outdoor pool closure. Would definitely recommend if you would like someone easy to work with who genuine cares about their guests!

Family feel for family vacation.

Great condo with all the amenities to enjoy staying in with a great location to spend the night out. Views from the condo was amazing, and the staff there was very helpful. The best part of the vacation was enjoying breakfast and coffee from the balcony to enjoy that view. Communication with the owner was seamless with quick responses. Will definitely be booking this place again.

Beds and pillows were so comfortable

Slept like a rock. Extended stay an extra day in less than 5 minutes with a quick phone call since we got lucky and they had that day available. Had everything we needed.

Condo could have been a little cleaner and we couldn’t get dishwasher to open. Mattress in the bedroom with a full bed should be replaced but we would still probably stay here again.

Phoenix V was close enough to OB and GS that we could drive to either easily. One night we enjoyed the fireworks at The Warf from our balcony.

Awesome first beach trip with toddler!

Everything about this trip was amazing! The condo was great- the view was perfect. Our only complaint was safety issues with the pirate splash pad (which was our daughter's favorite part!). The flooring was VERY slippery and our toddler busted multiple times. We also watched older kids slip many times, one hitting their head turning the corner to the slide. If you have kiddos using the splash pad, make sure they walk! It's very slippery- it would be great if the property would do something to the texture of the flooring to make it safer for kids. Trying to have them walk the entire time was pretty tough! Everything else was great!

Ceiling fans were covered with dust. Ceiling fan in room with queen bed was missing a screw on one of the blades so it was dangling. Mold on the shower liners. Mildew/mold in the showers. Dining room chairs were broken. Comforters smelled musty. Sliding door to balcony was extremely hard to open. Had to run dryer through 2 cycles to actually dry clothes. Could use a few more bath towels for a condo that sleeps 10.

We are sorry you were dissatisfied with your stay. The condo has been updated recently, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new master bedroom and living room furniture and more updates to come this fall. The cleaning issues were addressed and the dryer has been replaced

Reviewer Comments: Overall the conditions of our condoHas deteriorated in the past few years. Both bathrooms had stopped up drains in the sinks. The kitchen utensils (pans. Etc) are in bad shape. We had a leak in our bathroom but the maintenance manwasjohnny on the spot and fixed it. We have enjoyed staying in this condo but the condition is taking some of that away.
