Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! La clé de Paradise Beach House se trouve à 30 secondes à pied des «plus belles plages du monde». Il est également à distance de marche des restaurants et de la vie nocturne. Notre condo de plage confortable avec accès à la plage privée dispose également d'un barbecue en plein air. Notre maison est très propre et moderne. Il a subi une rénovation complète. Nous avons un mobilier moderne, une télévision à écran plat. Notre objectif est de faire plaisir à nos clients et de leur faire sentir les bienvenus année après année. Nous fournissons tout le confort de la maison pendant que vous profitez de vos vacances ....

Mise à jour de décembre 2014: nouveaux planchers, nouveaux comptoirs en granit, nouveaux meubles. L'unité de location la plus rapide (en raison de la meilleure valeur) vient de s'améliorer et les prix restent les mêmes. Cette unité est située sur la rue Appalachee. Il dispose d'un lit queen-size dans la chambre principale, d'un lit superposé double ou d'un lit simple superposé. Il dispose d'une télévision et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et de linge de maison. Il est situé à 1,5 miles de Walmart, Ripleys, Wonderworks et LaVela.

Pour votre commodité, une laveuse et une sécheuse ont été ajoutées à l'unité.

Après une journée de jeu au paradis, faites comme chez vous dans ce confortable condo pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes et doté d'une cuisine entièrement équipée. Profitez d'un barbecue dans la cour arrière avec vos amis et votre famille.

Anniversary get a way

Great getaway for our Anniversary! Very close to the beach access, and was in a very good area. We enjoyed all the comforts of home. It was so easy to book our stay, and the owner was very responsive to all our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Place

We just returned from a wonderful 5-night stay at this beautiful townhouse in Panama City Beach, Florida. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the unit was. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and we had everything we could possibly need to feel right at home—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable bedding and beach essentials.The location was perfect for our family, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops, yet tucked away.A heartfelt thank you to the property owner for allowing us to create such special memories here. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Hostess with the Mostest

This was the perfect spot for our spring girls trip. Rosa is an amazing host and was so quick to respond. The townhouse is located just minutes to the beach and all the great restaurants and shops. Definitely going to stay with her again.

Short vacation

Rosa is the best host! The house was clean. Beds are comfy. Location was ok. Quiet place with short access to just about everything one could need.

Too many limitations

The laundry room was locked. We couldn't turn the thermostat below 72°. The volume on the TV was locked and we could barely hear it. You're not allowed to cook fish in the apartment. There was no garbage can and had to use the neighbors outside. And the grill outside was disgusting

I am Your experience was not as pleasant as you expected it to be. I did get the thermostat fixed to where it would be lower than 72°. I was unaware that the volume on the television was locked. The garbage can on the outside belonged to us, I will address this with my next-door neighbor and unit B. The grill will be replaced to assure that it’s clean for future guests to cook

Quiet, clean, comfortable and close to beach! Would definitely stay there again!

This property could easily sleep 6-7 people. 1 bedroom has a queen bed while the other bedroom has 4 bunk beds with one being a full size bed on the bottom. Linens were fresh and good quality, and the towels were thick and plentiful. Coffee maker was easy to operate, and the appliances were newer and clean. The upstairs bath has a separate shower/sink separated by a tub/shower and toilet so 2 people could shower at the same time if needed. The water pressure was great, too with plenty of hot water. This beach house was definitely a great find for us and the owner was so pleasant to work with! She had great communication and answered any question I had within a very reasonable time. I traveled with my daughter and we felt very safe in the area! We would definitely go back here! And the beaches are beautiful in this area and more quiet than the beach to the west. We had a wonderful experience!

Nice rental in a quiet area very close to the beach and within minutes of everything

Rental was as described. Very nice and spacious enough for our family of 6. Everything was there that we needed for the week and it was a comfortable stay. Much better than going the hotel route. Quiet neighborhood and we were within a 2 minute walk to the beach, within 5 minutes of all of the major attractions and within 10 minutes of St. Andrews state park. St. Andrews state park was the highlight of our trip. We rented a boat on 2 separate days and went to Shell Island and went snorkeling. We saw quite an array of marine life that we weren't expecting to see. We found starfish, sand dollars, 4 different kinds of crabs, had dolphins swimming next to our boat on both excursions, stingrays and of course the kids enjoyed finding many unique shells. The water around St. Andrews state park and Shell Island was crystal clear and while snorkeling we had good visibility to probably 20 feet. We also saw alligators at Gator Lake within St. Andrews state park. Just be advised that its not like a zoo type site...there is no fence or enclosure and they are free to roam about. The ones we saw though were just hanging out in the water and could care less about visitors. All in all we had a great time and I would definitely recommend to anyone and would look to stay here again if it's available.

Perfect Home Away From Home

The details of this property were just as described. Checking in was super easy. The property was clean and just a few steps from the beach access. A privately fenced back yard made for the perfect bbq setting. The kitchen had all the needed utensils and lots of room to cook. The water pressure in this place was amazing! Everything about it felt like we were at home.

Great location and beautiful townhouse

This is a beautiful, clean, very spacious, great location townhouse! There is plenty of sleeping space. The beds and pillows are comfortable and soft. Lots of blankets are provided. There is two showers. One is a stand up shower. The other is a shower/tub combo. Towels/wash clothes/all bedding/toiletries/full kitchen/grill/washer/dryer is provided. Its like staying in your own home. TVs and ceiling fans in both rooms and in livingroom. The AC worked great and kept the house cool. The lock box is easy to work. Loved the private fenced in backyard. Enjoyed speaking with Rosa's neighbor. Very nice lady! Nice area, Felt safe.. Loved that it was a 1 min walk to the gorgeous Silver Sand beach in Panama City Beach. Its walking distance to restaurants and shopping. St. Andrew's State Park is a few min drive. Rosa was always available if I had any questions. Will def stay here again! Thank you!

Great location!

My family and I truly enjoyed our time at this property. Although you are not directly on the beach, the walk is about a minute or two. The beach access is also less crowded as it is not directly in the path of the the bigger hotels/condos and their highly populated areas.

Short distance walking to the Beach

We loved staying at this house !!! we were able to walk to the beach in no time, there was plenty of beds for our family of 6, the kitchen was fully equipped, clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The manager Rosa was nice and reachable easily. We definitely recommends this place

Great location. About a min walk to the beach. Very clean, and kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook with. What would make it perfect 🤔🤔if it had pool, kids always like the pool after beach, but other than that it was great.
