Great place for families

Just finished our spring break for our family and had a blast. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. The floors were a little dirty (our kids feet got blackish when walking barefoot inside) but nothing too bad. The kids used some boogie boards and toy shovels to play in the sand so that was a nice addition. Would definately boom again!

Our bathroom door lock was broken (replaced promptly). The drying machine was and is still broken. We couldn't use the drying machine at all during our one week stay. Management had to re-arrange so we could get our laundries done, but it was quite inconvenient. Great communication with property manager, but this unit needs extra attention.

Perfect for the family!!!!!

What a gorgeous condo. We were impressed with this condo from the very beginning. We can't say enough wonderful things about the condo itself. This unit is well decorated and very spacious. Everything we could ever need for a great beach vacation. The condo was very clean. We felt right at home. The view is absolutely perfect from the balcony, enjoyed breakfast out there every morning. I would recommend this unit to my family and friends. We will be coming back in September to this unit.

Loved the condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! Beds a little hard. As far as the property...we have always liked summer place. This time the pool was cleaned one time in a while week. There was trash floating in it for days. And the night time office guy was SO RUDE! He was playing his Nintendo switch his entire shift and if you interrupted him for help he treated you like complete ****!

Thank you for the feedback, Brandon. We are delighted you enjoyed the condo. So sorry for the other issues. Unfortunately, Legacy Vacations does not control the complex as a whole. We have reached out to the appropriate entities to make sure this type of experience is not repeated. We hope you will take this as a one off situation and give us another try.

We Love Summer Place

We try to stay at Summer Place complex is small. This is properly one of the best units we have stayed at in a while. A few issues where the master bed is terrible along with all the pillows in the are flat. Not one blanket in unit. The kitchen leaves a lot to be desired cookware, bowls etc. I probably could have call management and gotten everything taken care of but didn't that is on me This really a great unit. I highly recommend. We will request this unit again,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at this condo very much. Hopefully the bathrooms will be updated before our next snowbird visit ! We would really like to have one walk-in shower and a lazy boy type recliner chair added to this condo ! It is a real bonus to have a heated pool for aquafit exercises . The pool heater was broken for several days during our stay but the staff were very prompt in trying to repair it !

Our Go-To Vacation Spot, But Could Use Some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always awesome to visit FWB and stay in Summer Place with direct views to the water and beach from balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, and MB. Price is reasonable. Access to/from beach is so nice if you need to go to condo for lunch, restroom, mtg, etc.The only complaints are that MB door lock has been broken for 7 years and never fixed, even though owner has been notified. Also, kitchen dishes, pots/ pans, glasses, etc. are always a crapshoot, but Legacy is good about providing missing items, if asked. Oh yeah, living room couch is old and SO uncomfortable! But all-in-all, these minor complaints are far outweighed by positives.Seems like more fees are being tacked on by Legacy?
