Summer Place # 504: 2 BR / 2 BA à Fort Walton Beach, pour 8 personnes

Ce magnifique condo Summer Place Resort dispose de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. Situé à côté Aquatique Resort sur l'île Okaloosa à Fort Walton Beach, vous serez minutes du Crab Trap, quai de pêche, et de toutes les attractions de Destin. Cette chambre 2, 2 unité de bain est livré avec une vue directe sur l'océan de la chambre et les balcons du salon.

La chambre principale est complète avec un lit king de luxe, TV et salle de bains principale privé. La deuxième chambre comprend un lit Queen. On y trouve aussi une zone bonus de lits superposés. La cuisine est entièrement équipée ... juste apporter de la nourriture. Le cinquième étage avec balcon privé est accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale.

Pas trop haut, et pas trop bas, vous aurez une vue des plus recherchés après attraction dans le Sud-Est, la Côte d'Emeraude! Le sable de sucre blanc est comme aucun autre le long du golfe du Mexique, et vous pouvez en profiter tout en vous relaxant dans les chaises de plage inclus dans votre location.

Our bathroom door lock was broken (replaced promptly). The drying machine was and is still broken. We couldn't use the drying machine at all during our one week stay. Management had to re-arrange so we could get our laundries done, but it was quite inconvenient. Great communication with property manager, but this unit needs extra attention.

Great place for families

Just finished our spring break for our family and had a blast. There was more than enough room for our family of 5. The floors were a little dirty (our kids feet got blackish when walking barefoot inside) but nothing too bad. The kids used some boogie boards and toy shovels to play in the sand so that was a nice addition. Would definately boom again!

Perfect for the family!!!!!

What a gorgeous condo. We were impressed with this condo from the very beginning. We can't say enough wonderful things about the condo itself. This unit is well decorated and very spacious. Everything we could ever need for a great beach vacation. The condo was very clean. We felt right at home. The view is absolutely perfect from the balcony, enjoyed breakfast out there every morning. I would recommend this unit to my family and friends. We will be coming back in September to this unit.

This time the pool was cleaned one time in a while week. There was trash floating in it for days. And the night time office guy was SO RUDE! He was playing his Nintendo switch his entire shift and if you interrupted him for help he treated you like complete ****!

We Love Summer Place

We try to stay at Summer Place complex is small. This is properly one of the best units we have stayed at in a while. A few issues where the master bed is terrible along with all the pillows in the are flat. Not one blanket in unit. The kitchen leaves a lot to be desired cookware, bowls etc. I probably could have call management and gotten everything taken care of but didn't that is on me This really a great unit. I highly recommend. We will request this unit again,

We would really like to have one walk-in shower and a lazy boy type recliner chair added to this condo ! It is a real bonus to have a heated pool for aquafit exercises . The pool heater was broken for several days during our stay but the staff were very prompt in trying to repair it !

Our Go-To Vacation Spot, But Could Use Some TLC

Reviewer Comments: Always awesome to visit FWB and stay in Summer Place with direct views to the water and beach from balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, and MB. Price is reasonable. Access to/from beach is so nice if you need to go to condo for lunch, restroom, mtg, etc.The only complaints are that MB door lock has been broken for 7 years and never fixed, even though owner has been notified. Also, kitchen dishes, pots/ pans, glasses, etc. are always a crapshoot, but Legacy is good about providing missing items, if asked. Oh yeah, living room couch is old and SO uncomfortable! But all-in-all, these minor complaints are far outweighed by positives.Seems like more fees are being tacked on by Legacy?

All 41 Stewart’s had a FUN a time!Condo 504 needs some cookie sheets.Condo 204 needs a couple more chairs on the deck & maybe a table. Also need handicap bars in the showers.Staff addressed a couple little problems promptly & efficiently.We will be back next summer!
