Dana Point Short Term Rental Permit STR16-0545. Beautiful townhouse remodeled in March 2019. Close to the beach, nightlife, the city center, public transport, the airport, the beach, the harbor, hiking trails, museums and amusement parks... You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the comfy beds, the gourmet kitchen, the coziness, gorgeous decor, walking distance to restaurants, bars and nightlight, short walk to the beach and harbor.

Great location

The place was really nice and spacious for our family of four. There was a musty smell in the closet of the master bedroom that should maybe be looked into but overall it was a great place to stay.

Convenient access to dining

Property was clean and beds and furniture were comfortable. Everything we needed, almost. We bought a cork screw and left it for the next guests. Parking was difficult in the alley as spaces in front of garage were occupied and often unavailable on the streets. We were able to back into one of the narrow carports which met our needs in the end. Thanks.

Communication was bad

We missed out on 1 night of the stay because our communication with the owner was terrible. I tried days before arriving to get ahold of them with no response. We could not access the property on day 1 and had to stay at a hotel instead. We were also not told there was no A/C unit which made the stay miserably hot. There is a portable unit upstairs that sort of cooled the upstairs a degree or two, but the downstairs bedrooms where you sleep were unbearably hot. I would not recommend.

Wouldn’t stay again

Not clean. Dirty pans, I had to buy my own. Mismatched and worn out sheets and towels. None of us dared to sleep in the the sheets. No AC in the summer is ridiculous.

Weekend-cation

We love coming down to Dana Point and this location was ideal as it is close to everything- a short drive or walk to everywhere we needed to go. Overall we would have been truly enamored with this place but we had an issue with the cleanliness- dirty sheets, dirty floors and even an unclean coffee pot had us second guessing ourselves. With such high cleaning fees we expected more.

Nice house in a great little neighborhood. Close to everything we were going to!

The manager was easy to work with, the house was well stocked with toiletries, comfortable, and nice!
