It’s okay.
The beach is great of course. Not extremely busy and very easy and close to get too. Condo had a storage unit with lots of great items for the beach, chairs, toys, umbrella etc. The kitchen had lots of useless items and not stuff thats practical for a week stay for cooking/ storage. Good bit of decor not needed that took up room for a small space. Soft spots in the floor. Water smelled awful. Condo more suitable for max of 4 people. We had to put sheets on the beds when we got there. More blankets, toilet paper would have been nice.Washer was moldy and smelled bad. Outlet covers, curtains, toilet paper holder all hanging off wall. Parking is a nightmare especially if you have a bigger car like us. Told us we would be getting a sand bucket vs bag for our welcome gift and we didn’t get a bucket.stairway is tight and awkward getting to room. We had a great time overall. The road the house on is very tight with lots of people walking, no sidewalks, and houses right on top of the road. This was our most expensive place we have stayed in Carolina beach and our least favorite. It was okay but wouldn’t book here again unfortunately.

Beach Getaway
Beautiful property with private beach access. Walking distance to many nearby restaurants and bars. Quiet neighbors, the balcony in the morning provides excellent reviews. Good communication from the owners. Overall we would stay again.

Great view and well stocked place
I really like a place that doesn't skimp on what they provide. I loved they included linens, basic spices and cleaning supplies, detergent, and even had a lovely bottle of wine and sunglasses! Generous beach supplies too - nice chairs, etc. Their communication was great whenever I had a question. Great view! The only cons were the stairs, moldy washing machine and broken dryer (we had to set the cycle about 10 times to dry one load), and some rickety furniture on the deck (the picnic table was lopsided and unstable). The neighbors above us thumped like elephants the entire week, started early too, but that may be luck of the draw. Great location. Would stay here again if it was just the two of us (our teens didn't love sharing a small bed).

Overall good time
Great view and location, plenty of parking for visitors. Cheaply updated, unsafe electrical panel, black mold in dryer. Had an issue with the fridge and owners responded immediately to fix issue.

Great location and views
The location is amazing and views are beautiful! Overall we would recommend La Casita- it was clean, beds were comfortable (except the sleeper sofa), and it had most things we needed to cook and enjoy the beach. There are a few things that probably need to be updated/addressed in the near future. For example, the washer was moldy and smelled, the handle on the storage closet was coming off, and a few of the sliding doors came off track easily which was a bit frustrating. In the end, we enjoyed our stay and the amazing views.
