We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location was phenomenal—close to everything, yet tucked away from the main street, making the apartment incredibly quiet and peaceful.Massimo was an amazing host. His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he made everything easy and seamless. The apartment itself was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained.Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. Between the fantastic location, peaceful setting, beautiful apartment, and outstanding host, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Massimo’s place to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all around!

Only wished we could stay longer. Truly superb location that all could easily navigate to and from. Local restaurant was fantastic. The service and amenities for our stay were perfect. Communication and assistance lining up water taxis were above exceptional. Thank you, Massimo! Pic from rooftop bar close to house.

Massimo ‘s home is beautiful, comfortable for a family of seven and wonderfully located on a small square in Venice. We would definitely stay here again when in Venice!

Massimo was wonderful! His tips, suggestions and aid with general questions were super helpful. More importantly, he was incredibly responsive! The house is a decent size in a great location. Loved the square where it is located. This home was perfect for our girls trip.

Venice with family & friends

The home was nicely furnished and had everything that we needed. The location was quiet and easy to walk or ferry to our many adventures. Massimo was a great host and checked in with us upon our arrival and was available to provide suggestions for touring and restaurants.

The host, Massimo, was extremely accommodating and ensured that we had everything we needed for our stay in Venezia. He provided recommendations we requested for nearby restaurants, water taxi contacts, etc. All were excellent and secure. We felt safe at this location and in Venezia overall. Took evening walks too that were wonderful! We would love to visit again!

The property is luxurious, our host Massimo was fair, attentive, informative and made our stay all the more special with recommendations and the use of his own personal network in Venice. My family and I could not more highly recommend the property. True Five Star experience.

This is a must stay if you come to Venice. The location is perfect, tucked away but close to everything. You will be staying where the locals live. It was such a joy to see the little kids in the square playing, while the parents are sitting, relaxing and visiting. The apartment is the best apartment we have stayed in, beautiful, clean, maintained, wonderfully decorated, comfortable. The Host Massimo is 10 stars, he makes you feel at home, takes care of all your needs and is very honest.

Family Vacation in Venice

Our stay and experience was amazing . The house was perfect and the location was great. It’s right next to two bakery/cafes and a restaurant. So nice to wake up and enjoy a cafe and croissant. The rooms were great all with tvs and comfortable beds. Definitely a place I would recommend to others. Massimo the host was beyond helpful.From recommendations to just checking in to see if we needed anything . Couldn’t have asked for more from our stay!

Perfect stay for carnival

We took a detour after a work trip to visit Venice for Carnival. Massimo’s place was exactly what we needed. It was big enough to give everyone privacy but a great place to hang out together. It’s a great location and easy to walk everywhere but also really quiet for when we wanted to get away from the crowds. Massimo was extremely proactive and communicative and was quick to provide helpful information about transportation and places to visit. We loved the place and would absolutely visit again

Perfect Venetian Accommodations

This property was absolutely perfect! Set an a quiet Piazza within walking distance of everything. The owner was in contact daily with suggestions of where to go and what to do as well as information about the apartment. The air conditioning worked beautifully and there was plenty of space for our family of six. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to experience Venice!

A must place to stay in Venice.

Massimo was very accommodating and excellent host. Communication with him was very good. The location was ideal for a place to stay in Venice. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. Restaurant next door had good food and staff treated us well not only as customers but because we’re guests of Massimo. We would love to come back and stay in the same place and for sure recommend the place to friends and other guests.
