New patio furniture to enjoy the view.

2 pools to choose from.

Beautiful club house with fitness center.

Recent Updates: 4 new appliances, new lighting fixtures, all new faucets, tray ceiling with can lights in kitchen and newly installed lights over the bar, fully repainted, new patio furniture.

Minorca Inlet is a beautiful property in a very quiet part of New Smyrna Beach. Lots of amenities onsite. Condo is spacious, clean with comfy beds and full size washer/dryer for longer stays. Conveniently located in building closest to private beach access. The balcony is huge and overlooks the beach and dune park. Enjoyed dining outside and enjoying coffee in the morning. Incredible gorgeous views! Host Terry was gracious, very informative and always responded promptly. Beach is beautiful and perfect for walking, bicycling or just relaxing. Highly recommend this place!

An absolute beautiful and well kept property, the owner is very friendly and easy to reach, the condo has a beautiful view, a large balcony (my favorite feature), large rooms, plenty of space, giving us a very comfortable stay, makes up want to keep coming back!

Incredible location and views of New Smyrna Inlet! Closest property to the Inlet and overlooking Smyrna Dunes Park which has a great elevated boardwalk loop that is maybe a mile in total with very cool canopies and picnic locations along the way. Terry the host was responsive and friendly. You won’t find many better places for surfing, fishing and experiencing the beauty of Florida.

Loved every minute!

We loved that this property was not "in the thick of things". It had a lovely view, and the whole atmosphere of the community was friendly and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed ourselves! This is our third fabulous stay in this building, and we liked this floor plan the best so far. Why? The open main living area offers a wider ocean view, with the bedrooms on the back (west) side. Prior units split the ocean view between the master BR and living area -- that made for a great master bedroom, but a narrower view from the living room. We preferred this. Also enjoyed the balcony.

My sister, neice, daughter and I stayed for just under a week and everything was wonderful. So close to the beach, the nature boardwalk and pool. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
