3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, maison de 2300 pieds carrés. Toute nouvelle cuisine avec comptoirs en granit et électroménagers en acier inoxydable. Les deux salles de bains ont été entiÚrement rénovées avec des comptoirs en granit. Tous les nouveaux planchers de tuiles dans toute la maison. Cette maison est une maison de la riviÚre. Piscine privée chauffée avec exposition sud. Quartier trÚs calme, idéal pour la marche et le vélo. La maison dispose d'une trÚs grande terrasse pour bronzer ou simplement regarder les bateaux passer.

Beautiful location!

We enjoyed our vacation and staying at this house. It was simply beautiful to relax by the water and have fun in the pool. Everything was very clean and the perfect space our group of two families with kids! We can't wait to come back.

The Tiki on the water is awesome we caught several fish and blue crabs. We loved just relaxing and watching all of the boats coming and going

Supreme setup

If you want to just find a place to relax and chill with family and friends, this property couldn’t be better equipped. Gorgeous peaceful channel/river views and breeze, pristine pool, amazing outdoor kitchen and great room set up.

Spectacular! Comfortable, clean and so well thought out for guests to enjoy. There are all of the comforts of home (good beds, fans, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, well stocked kitchen) and many extras (TVs, music speakers, good blinds in each room that made sleeping in easy, beach towels, beach equipment, an amazing Tiki hut with shade and a breeze). We swam in the pool daily, enjoyed fishing off of the dock, rented a boat, cooked outdoors under the lanai and had no issues with those pesty little No-Seeums. We will be back!

Tiki Dream

We had an amazing family vacation in Cape Coral. House is beautiful and right on the water. Enjoyed the view, and family atmosphere. We were there during a storm but still made the best of it. Look forward to visiting again.

Great place

Property location on the water was great. Great pool and games out back. Inside was great and clean. Only issue was at check in, we didn't get the code until 2 hours after our scheduled check in and couldn't get in touch with the property owners. Small glitch but over great place.

Relaxing family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time, the home is kept up well and has great amenities. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and fishing, using the beach items in the garage to go to Sanibel island, and cooking meals and playing games with each other. The location is gorgeous and will not disappoint you!

Perfect family vacation home!

This home had everything we needed to have the perfect vacation! The perfect place for our vacation stay

We had such an amazing time on this vacation and part of the reason it went so well is because of this house where we stayed. The pool was perfect, the view was really nice, the house is so nice inside and out, and the property manager was such a nice guy. Don’t hesitate on this one, if it’s available take advantage and snatch it up.

Beautiful!!

Beautiful home with lots to keep your family entertained on site. We had a 4 day swim meet in Fort Myers and needed a place where the family could relax since they wouldn’t be at the pool 10+ hours a day with my athlete. They liked all the amenities, the neighborhood, and the local food.

Awesome place to stay

Beautiful location and property. We spent most of our time either at the tiki hut watching the boats or around the pool and firepit. The pool was delightful. We took walks around the neighborhood. The house was really nice. Our bed was comfy but our friends who had the other king said the mattress wasn't the best. We would love to come back next year.

Fantastic stay

What a great property! The pool with ping-pong table on the side was the perfect combo. There were lots of extra tubes and pool toys to enjoy. The tiki hut on the water was the best place to enjoy a nice meal or relax. Michael was a wonderful host and we kept good communication throughout the trip. He recommended some great places to eat and immediately responded to any questions we had. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, and the new renovations were amazing!

This home has a beautiful Tiki Hut that sits off of the river on a 200 foot plus canal. It has a southern rear exposure for the most sun on the pool and is located on a triple lot .

We have an amazing dock system with Tiki Hut overlooking the river south facing on a large 200 ft canal.
