Profitez du confort et de l'espace d'une maison unifamiliale, à distance de marche de la plage. Asseyez-vous dans la véranda surdimensionnée, nagez, flottez ou détendez-vous dans une maison proche de tout ce dont vous avez besoin en vacances. Cette maison est un deux chambres, deux salles de bain complètes, avec grand salon, salle à manger et salon.

La maison comprend une chambre principale king size avec salle de bain principale, une deuxième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux XL pouvant être regroupés pour former un deuxième lit king size. Cette chambre a sa propre cour extérieure.

Toute la cour est magnifiquement paysagée avec des plantes tropicales indigènes, des bains d'oiseaux et bien sûr une piscine privée personnalisée qui présente une forme de lagon, des sièges intégrés et, au besoin, une pompe à chaleur pour assurer la bonne température toute l'année.

The home was clean and well maintained. During our stay there were a few minor issues that were taken care of very quickly.The pool is lovely. And the master bedroom bed is very comfy. The house is located in Naples Park and is very close Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park which is beautiful.I would recommend the property

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times and it’s always a lovely stay. The pool was refreshing and the house was clean. The owners leave plenty of tp, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher soap, etc. available. We will be back to stay again!!!

The property is clean, inviting and warm feeling. The decor is sleek and minimalist. All appliances worked perfectly. Other than your personal belongings, everything was there that you need. The pool was clean and warm. The lawn furniture was clean and comfortable and not worn out. The beds were a little firm yet comfortable. Communication with the owner was simple and effortless. All questions answered. We will be back. This property is on our favorites list.

This was the perfect location for our family of 4. Close to the beach and restaurants- and close to grocery stores. We felt right at home with the cozy bedrooms and kitchen. The pool was incredible. Would highly recommend staying here for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation spot.

Enjoyed our stay, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need to cook with. Bedrooms were comfortable loved the outdoor area and the pool. Great location. There was a grill provided, but very little propane so we didn’t use it. Everything was stocked that you would need to go to the beach.

Always a great stay here

We’ve stayed here for several years and it’s always a great stay. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoy using the private pool and the free bikes to ride to Vanderbilt Beach.

This property is set for ease of use. Beach chairs, bike, cooler, everything you need to have a wonderful vacation is at your finger tips. Walk to stores, restaurants, and more. Recieved wonderful reviews and happy to say our guests have enjoyed this property.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The closeness to Vanderbilt beach is great with 2 access points-Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access with parking available in both areas. There are sidewalks and great views of the canal streets, about 15-20 minute walk, or the bikes will get you there in 10-15 minutes. If your prefer parking at the beach, a spot in the garage is only $10(Vanderbilt beach). The people are friendly and laid back and the neighborhood is very quiet. For a family this setting far outweighs any hotel situation. Everything you need is there and set up for a stress free vacation.
