Bienvenue à Paradise Penthouse, l'un des condos les plus désirables au fantastique Vista Cay Resort. Ce condo de luxe offre tout ce que vous voulez dans une location de vacances, et vous pouvez tout simplement pas battre la vue de la belle club-house et le bleu du lac Cay. Le condo est juste à côté du club-house, qui a tout ce que vous voulez dans un complexe comprenant une salle de sport, un spa, une piscine, un café Internet et plus encore.

Le salon Penthouse Paradise dispose de sièges confortables en cuir et une TVHD de 32 pouces, idéal pour la nuit de détente ou de film. Préparer des repas et des collations dans la cuisine entièrement meublée, et manger ensemble dans la salle à manger, avec des sièges pour six personnes.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit confortable et une salle de bain privée attenante, avec une grande douche de plain-pied. La suite principale dispose également de sa propre télévision à écran plat de 20 pouces. La deuxième chambre est de calme et de détente avec un lit queen et salle de bain attenante, et la troisième chambre est parfait pour les enfants avec deux lits jumeaux et une télévision à écran plat de 20 pouces. Un canapé-lit dans le salon peut accueillir des personnes supplémentaires, faisant Penthouse Paradise en mesure d'accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes très confortablement.

Vista Cay Resort est juste à côté de l'Orange County Convention Center, et à moins de 10 minutes de tous les grands parcs à thème, y compris SeaWorld, Universal Studios et Walt Disney World.

Lovely condo!

Great location for getting to the parks, shopping and restaurants. Nice pool and fitness center. Check in process was so easy!!!! Highly recommend!

Plenty of room

We were traveling in town with our kids for a volleyball tournament at the OCCC. It was a very convenient location to everything we needed. The condo had plenty of room for us to comfortable and the amenities were awesome. Very family friendly.

Great Vacation

Out family of four enjoyed our get away to Orlando. We found the condo to be spacious and had all the items we needed for a great stay. The location to the pool, walking trail and basketball court was perfect for us. The only down fall is the loud/squeaky dryer. We just made sure to run it while we were out of the condo

Last minute trip with family. Kids ages 9 and 14. Clean condo, right next to clubhouse/pool. We did find ants in one bedroom and reported to owner. Would recommend to friends.

Great Place to Stay!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with a shady balcony that was a pleasure to sit on at any time a day. I highly recommend this apartment and did not find it had the flaws that previous reviews had indicated. I used the internet repeatedly for work, and I found no problem at all with access. (Use the apartment internet with the password supplied on the sheet posted in the kitchen. Using this, the internet was perfect.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve just got back from a 2 weeks stay in this apartment at vista cay from the uk with my wife and 2 year old son. The apartment was perfect, clean, spacious, great location, TVs with plenty of channels in each bedroom, balcony is fantastic had the sun all afternoon and great views out towards the lake and over the clubhouse. Location is brilliant 5 mins to universal, 10 mins to Disney, 2 mins drive to international drive and all the restaurants. The clubhouse is handy as it’s right next door and the pool is great. Nice and easy getting in the apartment the first day no need to go to reception just head upto the room with an access code provided on an email prior to arrival and essentials provided so no need to rush to the supermarket. Would recommend this apartment to anyone and will defanitey be back when next visiting Orlando.

memorial day memories

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of six and always stay in multi room units. This one was certainly of adequate size and accommodated us well. The amenities were as to be expected. Lacking was the following:kitchen utensils were junk and there was NO SPATULA and not one mixing bowl? I may sound picky but those are standard cooking items. Also the fry pan was so badly warped that it stood dangerously rocking on the stove. On our short trip, i did not find this important enough to call management but thought I'd mention. Also, please paint the unit, the walls have garbage and scuffs all over, it makes it feel dirty even though is not really.

Limited items to work with

We have been renting condos in FL for over 30 years during the winter. This is the worse equipped one we have been to. The kitchen had limited items to cook with: no pan to cook roast or brownies in, no bowl to make salad in, only one beater on mixer worked, had to buy new frying pan as the one provided had all the Teflon worn off (not healthy). We purchased many things at the Dollar Store. Not a great place if you want to cook meals. The HVAC system is very loud. The washing machine stopped working week one and we ended up washing clothes by hand as it was too hard to go to another facility for medical reasons with one in our group. The new machine came at day 19 of our 21 day stay. On arrival, the code we were given did not work as we stood outside in the wind tunnel on the coldest day in Florida trying to get in. The pros: Close to pool; however, also close to the noise of the pool at 11:00 p.m. We were in contact with the rental agency that manages the condo daily about the washer. I talked with a woman from Texas and emailed her the rest of the time. They responded quickly and did compensate us for our inconvenience and give us fresh towels halfway through stay (at my request.) Beds were comfortable. If you are coming for convention and don't want to cook, this is a great condo.
