Avoir un Grand Chelem vacances à notre front de canal 1/2 duplex sur souhaitable
7th Street, Key Colony Beach.
D'ABORD, notre impuretés en eau profonde peut
gérer jusqu'à un bateau de 50 pieds.
DEUXIÈME, nous sommes juste 3 blocs, 1-2 minutes
à pied, du Cabana Club, de la piscine chauffée et de la plage
(adhésion incluse).
TROISIEME, nous sommes à 20 pieds du trou 9 de Key Colony
terrain de golf,
Dernièrement, nous avons rénové l'ensemble de la propriété en décembre 2017. Nous avons l'un des meilleurs patios sur l'île. Amarrer votre bateau directement par notre porte arrière.

Exactly what we were looking for

The dock and being on the saltwater canal made this residence next level for us. We bought some cheap poles (30 & 35) at the bait shop, renting was 20 pp per day and fished day and night, my son is 9 and this is his passion. We met friends at the cabana and got to meet up with them to hang out in the evenings. A friend of mine said Marathon key was the best if you have children and I completely agree. We will definitely be back

Excellent Communication and Location

My family stayed at the property this past week and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home was very clean. The communication with the owner was second to none. He provided a list of restaurants and activities in the area, which was very helpful. I wasn’t able to locate the iron one day, and I sent him a message letting him know. Within hours, there was a brand new iron waiting for me on a table in the backyard! We loved having the Cabana Club and restaurants in walking distance. We were lucky and were able to see dolphins and manatees right from the dock. We took a city bus to Key West one day, which only cost $24 for our group of 8 (each way). Great location for this property and we’re happy we booked it.

Perfect escape as a family

Third time to Key Colony Beach. House was perfect for our family of 4. Easy check-in and check-out. Clean, functional, well appointed, exactly as described on listing. Owner very responsive. Our son loved fishing from the dock. We wil be back!

Great vacation!

We had a great vacation here! We enjoyed being on the canal and used the pier to launch kayaks and fish. The house was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. The Cabana club pool was also very enjoyable.

This was a great house with everything we needed including a boat dock. Great neighbors, great house, ...perfect location for brining or renting a boat. Wonderful communication with the owner! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The home was exactly as pictured and accommodated our boat with the larger dock space that you won’t find on any other canal. Definitely will be back!

Great!

Key Colony Beach is an excellent place to stay, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and this property also came with access to the cabana club, which has a large pool and bar. The property was very nice and clean and checking in/out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Nice Keys Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the KCB duplex. Everything was very accurate in the description and it was very clean. Nice location. Fishing from the dock was not very productive, but we had visits on two days by a pair of manatee that were very friendly. Evenings on the patio were nice as the sunset and the breeze was refreshing. Recent damage to the beach at the Cabana club made it impossible to enjoy the beach area. Nice furnishings and amenities at the duplex. Great location. Enjoyed Sparky's nightly happy hour and ate our fill of wings and shrimp! We took our yellow tail snapper catch from the Sea Dog Charters and had it prepared at Sparky's and they did a great job. Key Colony hotel was great for lunch one day. A day trip to Key West was only an hour and half drive and made for a nice excursion. Don't forget to go to Burdines for a Mahi sandwich and fried key lime pie! A nice relaxing trip.

Great property

My family and I had a great vacation. This house is not only very nice and very clean it has everything we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and not alot of traffic. Loved being able to enjoy my morning coffee on the patio overlooking the canal. We were able to see a shark, a manatee, lots of fish, and birds. We hope to be able to stay again soon.

We have a canal right out back that you can dock a boat on or fish on KCB's widest, deepest canal. Watch a spectacular sunrise every morning and enjoy afternoon shade.

Our Grand Slam canal front has one of the best set ups for families that bring their boat. Our rear yard faces the East so you have early morning sun and afternoon shade.We have a bait freezer and dockside electric. Our back patio is perfect for relaxing on KCB's most private canal.
Some families have rented all two of our properties for huge family reunions. We can sleep 4 at this property and up to 5 at our property.

Our property will be your home away from home for your vacation. The canal is full of marine life. Tarpon feed every morning and sometimes a manatee swims right up to our dock.
