Condo rénové sur la magnifique plage de Pensacola!

Le nettoyage est inclus dans les frais de location. Location à la semaine uniquement pour les mois de juin et juillet du samedi au samedi. Unité F5 condo rénové et offre un cadre trÚs confortable pour des vacances. Cette unité au premier étage se trouve au milieu du complexe avec une vue sur la piscine et le club-house du balcon.
L'accÚs à la plage est à moins de 100 verges par la propriété Villa. Les plages de Pensacola sont exceptionnellement belle avec du sable blanc et de l'eau d'un bleu étincelant.
Le condo est équipé de tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Téléviseurs à écran plat sont situés dans le salon et les deux chambres. Lecteur DVD est dans le salon avec des jeux et de cartes, La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour votre plaisir de cuisiner. Les salles de bain ont été rénovées.
Télévision par cùble et Wifi sont disponibles dans le condo. Il ya une buanderie dans le complexe. Il ya un lagon adjacent à l'immeuble de la copropriété est en. Nourrir les canards est un passe-temps favori pour tous les ùges.
Il ya un service de tramway qui arrĂȘte Ă  la Villas et assure le transport des restaurants, des boutiques, et les bandes sur la plage. Ce service est disponible Ă  partir de mi-mai Ă  la fĂȘte du Travail. Chaque mardi soir il ya la musique fournie par une bande sur la plage. Cela commence en Avril et dure Ă  Octobre.

Nice, clean apartment, easy access to beach and to street. Felt like a safe neighborhood, lots of families around. Host provided SO many "extras"- plenty of household supplies like dish detergwnt and toilet paper..things that arent always provided, and plenty of kitchenware and towels. My kids loved the board games and the balcony.The beds were comfortable and roomy. The master bedroom was freezing at night, and the other bedroom was kind of warm, but with fans provided was doable. I did have to go get my travel blanket from the car to use on the king bed ( the other bedroom got too hot when we turned up the thermostat), so would suggest a throw blanket or two, but definitely not a deal breaker!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and this was a very nice, simple home to visit. The property and pool were clean and well maintained, Would definitely stay again.

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and provided all of the amenities that you would need. The beach is just a short walk away or you can sit on the patio overlooking the garden and the pool. We will be back!

This was a perfect spot for us! After grabbing some food, we had all we needed there. We appreciated the collection of games to keep us busy when it rained. When the sun was out, we were beach ready with lounge chairs, toys, and towels. Pat and Roger were responsive and helpful when we reached out too. Thank you for a great family get-away! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place to stay at the beach

We loved it so much in 2024 that we came back in 2025. Great location close to the pool and the beach and all that Pensacola Beach has to offer. Our family loved it and we will definitely be back next summer if we go to Pensacola Beach again! Thanks for sharing your awesome condo with us!

Great clean condo our stay was wonderful will definitely return. Close to the beach with any and everything you need.Condo is very supplied. Restaurants and shopping close. The Local was our favorite for late night snacks.

Quiet Condo

My daughter and I chose this place for our mother/daughter trip. A little bit older condo/area but it was perfect for us. The owners supply you with everything you need from kitchen, bathrooms, beach items, etc. The area is so peaceful even by the pool! The beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all. The only downfall were the laundry facilities on the property. The change machine wasn’t working and most washers and dryers were broken. This certainly isn’t the fault of the condo owners but of property management. That would be our only complaint. We will definitely return in the future! .

Great location for Air Show!

We chose this property for its proximity to the Blue Angels 2024 Airshow, and it was perfect! The unit was clean and just the right size for our small party of 3 -- 2 adults, 1 teen. The property's swimming pool was small, but we had ample space to enjoy it and other residents were nice, children well behaved. Too bad residents did not adhere to "No Towels on Deck Rails", kind of spoiled our pool side view. Next time we will try for a Gulf View. Overall, good price and good experience.

Great Location and facilities

My sister and I took her two grandkids for our annual beach week the last weekend in June. This year we chose Pensacola Beadh and had a great time in your condo. It’s clean and modern with absolutely everything we could have needed. We loved being by the pool and able to walk right over to the beach. If we can afford it, we will come back again! Family Vacation

Second time staying at this condo. Good communication with owners prior to visit. Condo clean and well stocked with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable! One flight of steps, covered parking. No washer and dryer in unit, there is a laundrymat on resort. Condo is just steps to the beach, love the location!

Nice stay

Very close to the pool and beach. The water was crystal clear. The condo was stocked with mostly everything we needed for our week long stay. Right next to the trolley stop. Great for kids!

Beautiful, Peaceful & Fun!

The condo came fully equipped with everything we could imagine. We were within a 2 minute walk to the beach and the pool. Directions and instructions were thought out and well detailed. It felt like we were at home away from home. Couldn’t ask for a better location & it was especially beneficial to have the kitchen stocked so that we could enjoy meals together and not have to dine out every night. The only tiny issue that we had was that we could only find only 1 beach chair. A nice couple leaving, left us 2 older chairs that were able to use at the beach and left behind at the condo, but other than that, it was sheer perfection! Thank you so much for creating a special memory for our family! We had an amazing week!

Beautiful beach stay

The condo was clean and comfortable, and we had a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The only problem we had was a flash flood that totaled our granddaughter's car. This trip has taught us to ask about weather scenarios when we book a vacation! We would stay again!

Short stay

We were only here for a short stay to perform in a Cheer competition. We loved the condo. Perfect location close to pool and beach, clean, near restaurants, and just the right size.

Pensacola Beach 2023

Condo was located in nice quiet area, very clean & owners were great about all the details on the condo. The only issue was the noise from people upstairs which is certainly not the owners fault & the no washer & dryer which we knew about ahead of time but kind of inconvenient when your at the beach, otherwise very good experience.

The beaches are beautiful and the Villas property is well maintained. We have family in the area and wanted to be closer to them.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We chose to purchase this condo because it was newly renovated and and decorated. We enjoy the view from the balcony and listening to the seagulls in the morning. We enjoy feeding the ducks with our granddaughter and our walks on one of the most beautiful beaches.
