Perfect location, the beach is like your backyard. This was our third time in Destin but first time staying at this location. I would definitely recommend and would return.My only feedback is to adjust checkout time to 10 or 11am. The 9 am checkout it too early and offering a fee for late checkout is just wrong.

Very nice unit. Love the Murphy bed! So much easier to manage than a pull out couch. Great location, easy to get to restaurants and attractions. Being on the 1st floor was a plus!

Favorite vacation spot

2nd time at this property. 1st time in this unit. I always recommend this property to friends and family looking for Gulf coast trip. Will be looking forward to coming back.

Great condo and location

Spent a long weekend in Destin. This time of year many places require that you stay a full week. I appreciate that this place does not require that as we live nearby and just wanted a quick getaway. Description was accurate and condo was very comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped. Only negative is that the WiFi was spotty but I’m sure that was a temporary glitch. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

The location was perfect, super close to the beach within steps. Great views from the balcony. The condo was clean. The only thing that needs improvement is the furniture. The coach and loveseat has seen better days. There’s some cracking in the tiles under the huge living room rug you can hear as your walking on it.

Quick GetAWay

Enjoyed the place. Loved the sliding doors where we could open fully and watch the gorgeous waves and feel the awesome breeze while relaxing in condo comfort. Beach gate super close to room. Such a wonderful quick getaway spot. Will come again.

GREAT Getaway ON the Beach!

It is SO nice to be on the beach, with beautiful views! The beach was nice and quiet (i.e. not as crowded as other locations). It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the water/listen to the waves. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. (Though if you stay longer than a few nights, you're likely to need more toilet paper.) I would definitely stay there again. If you like coffee, I'd suggest packing some filters with your coffee.

Great location. Property could use some attention.

This property is in our absolute favorite location in Destin. The property is directly on the beach and it is a very private beach area with no congestion. The unit itself is a good configuration having both a pull out sleeper sofa and the Murphy bed. The kitchen had lots of storage and was well stocked for cooking. That said, the unit could use some TLC. The screen door to the balcony was off its track most of our time there because the rollers are basically broken. The patio chairs are worn out and drooping. The internet speed was inconsistent and sometimes unusable. The couches and bed need to be replaced. They are all worn and tired - like they basic furniture to start with that have lived their life - time for a college dorm. Just some simple things that could use some attention. I’m always amazed at waterfront properties with such incredible potential that skimp on the little things. Like cheap toasters and coffee makers. I just don’t get it. But the cabana club location is incredible and we had a wonderful week with sunny weather. We will definitely come back to Cabana Club but possibly look for a more updated unit next time.

The location and the shower really saved this place. Living room furniture was very shabby , we sunk down to the floor when we sat on the couches. Beach access was fine, kitchen and bedroom was ok.

Beach getaway

Our second stay at the same condo. We love the beach, one of the nicest I’ve been on anywhere. Would like to return in the spring, but disappointed to see how much prices have jumped. The unit needs some minor repairs. The screen door to the patio was missing its inside handle and did not stay on the track , making it difficult to open. The Murphy bed had a broken latch making it very difficult to open. The iron did not work. The toilet seat off the bedroom bathroom was cracked. Unit was clean and well stocked kitchen. Very quiet. A good place to relax. Internet was great.

Private Beach!

Condo was pretty dated with old couches but bed was super comfy and Murphy bed in the living room was perfect for our family of four! Washing machine and dryer were tiny but got the job done! Ground floor unit right on the beach, a PRIVATE BEACH! I’d definitely stay again just for the beautiful private beach!! Condo was close to lots of amenities and located on a quiet stretch of land! Ice maker was a bit loud and master toilet and sink were easily clogged, but it was all worth it for that view!! Property management company was very easy to work with! I highly recommend for a family of 4 or 5!

Must Stay!!!

Super cute neighborhood and not over crowding. Lots of places to eat close by. Would recommend Kenny D's which is right down the road and Merlins pizza was excellent. Water was beautiful and room was great as well. Had everything we needed and the walk to the beach wasn't far at all. Will book again!! 😊

This place needs some maintenance and cleaning

Broken sliding glass door, they are using a stick as a lock. Toilet bowl was cracked and leaking, I was sent a bill saying we broke it. Took 2 days to get parking passes. Jacuzzi tub had mold in the jets which we had to bleach and clean. We will never book with them again.

The View Is A Bit of Heaven

Overall it was fairly clean. The view is heavenly. The kitchen is amazingly fully furnished. Loved the 2 separate bathrooms with adjoining shared bath and shower with plush towels. Comfy bed. Easy access to the beach. We had two days of rainy weather so it would’ve been nice to have a comfy sofa to sit on
 Maybe they will have that next time! 😉 We chose staying on the first floor of Cabana Club because the review did not mention Cabana Club had an elevator. We would stay still choose unit 102 again!
