The beds were heavenly! Everything you could think of was in this home. Quiet and away from Daytona. Coffee every morning on the deck catching the sunrise. We hated to leave!

We love this unit! This is our 4th summer in this unit and it is by far the best unit! Joyce thinks of everything! The remodel is beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, and all the extras throughout the unit are amazing! We will definitely be back for year 5!

Spring Break

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It had everything we needed, from extra bedding, beach toys and chairs to making supplies. We will definitely consider coming here again in the future :)

Favorite place to stay!

This is our third summer staying at Joyce’s place! We love it! The accuracy of the photos is spot on and it’s always clean when we arrive. The view is breathtaking! Joyce is always very responsive to any questions we have! Can’t wait to be back next summer!

A True Slice of Heaven!

We loved sitting on the balcony and feeling like we were on the beach—-it’s that close!! We had one issue with the AC, but Joyce responded quickly and had it fixed for us! It’s a perfect spot for a family vacation!

Amazing vacation spot!

What a wonderful stay! The view was incredible! We spent a lot of time on the large patio enjoying all Ormond has to offer! Check in process was super easy! Joyce was very responsive to texts and calls! The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have needed including lots of fun games for the family! We will definitely be back!

Family Spring Break

This condo is amazing! Very clean and a perfect home away from home. My husband and I took our 3 teen girls to Ormond for spring break and this place did not disappoint. There was plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect for a day trip to anywhere from St Augustine to Orlando. We spent our evenings relaxing on the balcony just watching the ocean. When we come back to Ormond, we will definitely book this place again.

Beach paradise

Ormond ocean club is my happy place !! Great location shops restaurants all in a 1-2 mile radius. And best of all the view of the beach you can walk from the pool to the beach! No drive beach ! 🏖🌅this unit very clean ,plenty of room , and the host is wonderful very prompt if you have questions or a problem . Will be back ! Ormond is a piece of heaven !

Beach week family

Spent the week with my husband, his 3 siblings and in-law. Ormond Ocean Club in September has been an annual trip for more than 40 years. Enjoyed the condo and the trip. Condo had a couple of small repair jobs needed but they were taken care of the same day. Joyce was a great property host.

Home away from home

My family ( part of them) as all 5 children of mine get their own unit here every summer, has stayed in this beautiful home every year for years. I have never had any problems with booking, checking in etc. The owner will respond promptly if you have any questions, and if any issues do arise, she will quickly take care of it. Beautiful home, beautiful beach! Can not wait until next year !( 2025)

Second time staying in this condo.

The condo is in a great location with a beautiful ocean view. It has everything you could need for your stay. The owner is very responsive. The beach and pool were never crowded despite it being midsummer. Both are within steps of the condo. The resort is very quiet. It is a family friendly resort but it’s definitely very low key. If you are looking for a more lively resort it might not be the place for you. Lots to do nearby in Daytona and Flagler Beach. Orlando and St Augustine are within driving distance as well. Highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a quiet vacation getaway.

Quick Getaway

We arrived and the condo was exactly as we expected. The only surprises were 1) the beach view and proximity were much better than anticipated 2) laundry facilities are not in the condo itself but still on property, just downstairs & easy to get to. The condo had two large televisions & several beach chairs and boogie boards as well as toiletries “just in case.” What was also impressive was the fact that when workers showed up unexpectedly to do some unexpected maintenance, after contacting the property owner she even messaged me back to be sure she had done all the she could to accommodate for the inconvenience. All in all, we had a great time in a place with a great view and a perfect location.

Disappointing

The floors were dirty when we arrived had to reclean. Also furniture and rug in living area were disgusting and uncomfortable. Very outdated and the mattresses in every room were horrible. No one slept well at all. With the amount of money I paid for the week the rental was very disappointing. Don’t recommend staying here and I will not ever rebook.

What a GEM! Our family enjoyed a week at Joyce's beautifully renovated unit! The ocean view on two levels is luxurious, the kitchen is SO well equipped and organized with labels, etc. We were able to make meals easily and enjoy dinners in. I was so very impressed with the items stocked in the closet for the beach and the linens were quite nice (I am ordering a blanket like the ones on the guest room beds!). This is a wonderful value for a week at the beach! We hope to be back next year :)
