'Cabana 33' is a 'Beach Chic' 4.5 bedroom with 3 full baths (all recently renovated) ranch halfway between town and the ocean. The back deck is new as of spring 2019 with trek wood and a 10 x 6 x 4.5ft deep heated saltwater plunge pool! The open, airy layout features a vaulted Living Room with skylights and fireplace, separate dining area, & kitchen with breakfast bar. AC throughout the house (each room has its own control). The sunroom is enclosed and has a futon (1/2 BR). Giant 800sq ft back deck with oversized BBQ, dining and lounge furniture & large outdoor shower. TV in living room & 1 bedroom. Wifi enabled.
Please note, we do NOT rent just weekends. We do NOT rent to anyone under 21 (and we require a copy of your driver's license to prove you are over 21).

We only rent a full 7 days. We do not rent just the weekend or long weekends. This is an Ocean Beach rental law. Thanks!

Awesome place

This house was a beautiful, with tons and tons of space, grill and pool in the back. It's a block and a half from the beach and a few blocks from town - perfect for a short or long stay. The owners were very very responsive and got back to us with every and all concerns.

Great family vacation

We had a great week with family and friends. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. My kids loved the toys and we all loved the pool. Great location midway with the beach and town both a quick walk away. The only negative the entire trip were the overwhelming amount of mosquitoes but that had nothing to to do with the house. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Family beach rental

We were very happy with the yard. There was enough room for everyone to sit in the pool or lounge in the sun. House bedrooms had plenty of beds and living space was big and roomy. We had plenty of bathrooms. Had a great week with just a walk to the beach or restaurants!

good for groups, great deck

Stayed here with a group of friends for a little over a week, and the house worked great for us. Location is perfect - short walk to both the beach and town. The back deck was our favorite part of the house - plenty of space for people to hang out in and around the pool and have someone on the grill. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had before and during the stay.

very spacious home, fully stocked with all the essentials, amazing back deck and pool. short walk to the beach or town. super responsive owner made sure our stay was perfect!
