Évadez-vous dans ce qui est connu de notre famille depuis 50 ans comme l'endroit le plus magique du monde !!!! El Cocal est une communauté fermée de maisons de plage nichée entre les belles montagnes et l'océan des Caraïbes sur la côte est de Porto Rico. Ici, votre esprit, votre corps et votre âme ne peuvent s'empêcher de se détendre et de ne faire qu'un avec la nature.
Villa Luna dispose de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain complètes. La première chambre a deux lits doubles, la deuxième chambre a un lit queen size, la troisième chambre un lit superposé avec des lits jumeaux en haut et plein en bas et un bouton et la chambre principale avec un lit king size et une salle de bain complète ... Cuisine complète, salon, home cinéma, tv, dvd, station ipod, jeux, films, salle à manger, 2 balcons avec vue sur l'océan et vue sur la montagne, véranda avec vue sur l'océan, hammacs et mobilier d'extérieur, douche extérieure, laveuse et sécheuse, tous les draps et serviettes fourni, parking, club house avec terrain de basket, chaises de plage, basket, etc. Près de la plongée en apnée, des restaurants, du golf, de la forêt tropicale, du vieux San Juan.

We had an amazing stay in Puerto Rico. This house was exactly as advertised, It was so nice to be able to walk to the beach and when we were done at the beach to hit the private pool. The house was definitely big enough for the 9 of us. We spent a lot of time around the huge kitchen table playing games. The ocean breeze kept us cool throughout the day. Would highly recommend!

This house is in a wonderful neighborhood with a beautiful ocean view, access to a great beach, and is located well for day trips. The pool is very warm, and the multitude of shutters allows a nice breeze through the house all the time. The only issue we had was a shortage of hot water, but Elizabeth was very responsive. Note the driveway is tricky for a low-clearance vehicle, so consider that when getting a rental car.

Super location away from the bustle of San Juan, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by. Great sea view, 2mins walk to private beach, with a protected swimming area. Very safe and peaceful.

Our stay was absolutely incredible! Elizabeth was an amazing host from start to finish. Her communication was outstanding, she was always quick to respond, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay.The property itself was even better than the photos. It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the views were simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning and enjoying the scenery from the house was one of the highlights of our trip.The location was also perfect, with several fantastic local restaurants just a short drive away. We enjoyed some of the best meals of our vacation without having to travel far.If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay in Puerto Rico with a host who truly cares about her guests, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Elizabeth’s property to anyone visiting the island!

Property just like pictured. Beautiful home with beautiful views. The beds were extremely comfortable! Beach is rocky so water shoes recommended but beautiful none the less. Pool was well maintained and owner was very kind and available as needed when issues arose. I would definitely stay again! Tons of amenities were provided with lots of activities and games. Location is great with super market and restaurants very close. We stayed with 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room. A/C worked great in all bedrooms and plenty of open windows for the ocean breeze in the remainder of the house.

This was a perfect home for our family! It was such a wonderful place to hang out and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kids spent hours in the pool (it was the perfect temperature!) and the beach was gorgeous and really easy to get to. The home is in a great location too- easy to drive to many destinations.

Such a lovely view of the ocean and the hills in the background. Very relaxing, had everything from beach towels, to beach chairs, a cooler and everything to have an enjoyable time at the beach. The pool was a nice and even had a blow up raft for the kids to play on.

Villa Luna is an amazing property, ample space, everything you could want an more! The views were amazing, we were a group of 9 ranging in ages from 10 to 78 the beach is so secluded there are times you have it all to yourself. Elizabeth has everything you could need, chairs for the beach, floats for the pool, well appointed kitchen- just everything! I don’t think we turned on one tv while we were there- with the views and the sound of the ocean why would you! There is a small orange Mexican resturant right before the turn that serves a berria pizza that is to die for and right up the road on the left is a small place that has outstanding food and drinks! We were away from the crowds of San Juan but a 30 min drive frome all the excursions we had planned- hands down the only place to stay if you want peacefulness and to die for views Villa Luna is it! Thank you and would love to stay with you again!

Overall great stay. Pool was fun. Beach short walk. Lots of necessities for house with pots/pans/condiments. Dish washer and laundry. Only issues were finding the place. Had a 3 generation family get together and all enjoyed themselves.

Our host Elizabeth was wonderful! She was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided great instructions, recommendations, and advice. The house itself could not have been more wonderful with the ocean out the front door and the cool green of the mountains in the back.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Yabucoa! The location was perfect-easy to navigate (driveway is a bit steep but workable), close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. and just about an hour from the airport. The pool was very relaxing, and the home had all of the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the sunrise view from the primary bedroom- absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful way to start each morning. Overall a great spot for anyone looking for convenience. comfort, and a lovely setting. Host was very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful Villa in a great location!

It was a wonderful visit and Elizabeth is an incredible host! The villa was just as pictured and was well appointed! The beach was so close and given the location, seemed very private and quiet! Shopping and other amenities were just a short 10 minute drive for the most part!! Loved our time there!!

EL Cocal is a very special place for me and my family. My grandparents bought a beach house when El Cocal was created 50 years ago. As a Kid my family used to spend weekends at the Beach House. This was and is my happy and safe place, lots of Great memories!!!!!
My family loved this place so much that my parents retired at the Beach house and I recently built two villas to keep coming every year with my husband and two beautiful boys. I want for them to experience what I experience as a child, tranquility, family time and quality of life.
If you are looking for your happy place this might be the one!!!
