Best part was owner was super responsive with questions. The lication was easy to get to. The neighborhood was pretty quite. What i wish could have been improved was cleanliness. The bowls were put away with food on them still. The floors has had a film on them Plus, adding some basics to the house like salt and pepper, some cleaning spray would be nice touches. I have never rented a place with so few things.

There is no excuse for the property managers not checking that the crockery was not properly cleaned when previous guest put it away but we have taken on board your comments and although unfortunately some items have been known to go missing we have addressed this for our future guests.

Great Stay!

Overall great place to stay. Less than 20 minutes from Disney and Universal Studios. Nice neighborhood and parks near by. House has plenty of space for everyone.

Brilliant accommodation & location.

Just driving home after an amazing experience, the owner & property management were amazing, check-in and out was straight forward, had all amenities needed for a long stay. However, although not the most modern decor is was good enough for what we needed. Boy’s loved the pool!

Kissimmee area

Clean house , nice chairs, could use some seats cushions a grill would have been great .Close to Disney ,Old Town great. Restaurants nearby safe area to walk my Cocoas ,if traffic scares you this an incredibly busy area Thanks Angela

Great Location

We stayed here to bring my daughter down to work for Disney. The property was in an excellent location with everything nearby. The owner was great as I was delayed for a day and Angela refunded me for the day I wasn’t there without asking. The house and pool were both very nice. The only thing I would say is the house could be refreshed a little bit. Other than that we had no issues and would stay again.

Lovely home

We enjoyed it. The pillows were humorously thin and the jacuzzi part of the tub didn't work, but I did not ask them to fix it so I wouldn't count down for that. It is a lovely home and the pool area was very relaxing. A nice neighborhood and a twenty five minute drive to Universal. I would definitely recommend this home for others.

4th Disney trip, 4th stay here!

We've made 4 trips to Disney World in the past two years and have stayed at this property for some or all of our trips each time. The house is super convenient to the parks, grocery stores, etc, Entry and exit from the neighborhood is quick. We got lucky this time that the weather held out so we could even take advantage of the pool! The A/C does make for extra white noise, but the house is comfy with plenty of areas to settle in. Our host, Angela, has been super helpful with anything we've needed. When we return, we'll look here first.

House needs updating

House needs to be updated and many things are in need of repair. House has a mouldy smell which needs to be adressed. Furniture is old and in need of cleaning along with the dirty carpets in each bedroom. Master bed way too small for 2 large adults and is not a queen. Will not stay there again.

Everything worked

The location was convenient, and for the most part everything worked in the house. The pool equipment on side leaks badly and swamps area next to the pool- hosting mosquitos. For a family of 6 to stay for almost 5 days, we were given 1 trash bag, one small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and one dishwasher tablet. I had to go shopping for trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, and laundry soap (to wash towels upon leaving from direction of owner). Aside from shopping unexpectedly for basics like toilet paper on our vacation, it was clean.

Great location/comfortable space

Had a great time. My first rental, so wasn't sure what to expect. Beds comfortable, showers very nice, outside area small, but efficient. My next trip I will bring more paper products, liquid soap and body wash. I cooked several nights and you must bring oils, spices, etc! Pots and pans were nice. Lots of plates, bowls and glassware, but would have thought more plastic for outside use. Needed for kitchen would be a large bowl for salad or popcorn! Lots of tv channels. Felt comfortable walking neighborhood, very little noise even though this house is at entrance area. Owner always responded quickly.

It was not a vibe

the pool was extremely green & cold. the owner would not let us heat the pool and had horrible communication with us. She would take hours to respond and never was able to fix our problems… the house was somewhat clean and it was a great neighborhood but the communication was not it. Please do better!

Any correspondence with this guest was via the VRBO App and is documented on the App there was no delay in responding and all guests have access to our management company during there stay for any assistance of which these guests did not use The pool was heated and set at 90 degrees for their stay At no time did they raise any issues with us or our management company that the pool was green Bizarre find our pool maintenance team found our kitchen pans in the pool when these guests checked out !!!

Disney and Central Florida Visit

We loved the house! Everything was clean. I noted the freshness of the bedding and you could smell the laundry or dryer sheets used, that was really nice! The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to bring our bikes and bike around and outside the community as well. The home was very close to Irlo Bronson and all of the shopping one needs from there, groceries and the like. The homeowner provided the security system code and this was nice to have on the first night, we got a restful sleep, after that we didn’t use it as much; again, it’s a lovely neighborhood and many residents are out walking around the sidewalks and there is a security man who patrols. We will certainly stay here again sometime. About 15-20 minutes from Magic Kingdom parking, no traffic jams and no I-4 to deal with, pending you use your GPS correctly. All appliances worked and the AC worked very well. The pool was nice and clean too. We loved our stay!

Needs some update and deep clean.

Needs HVAC cleaning. Ceiling is discolored around vents with black substance. Garage door locked - wasn’t able to use. Short hairs found in shower. Could use a coat of paint and carpets shampooed or replaced. Outside lights didn’t work, pool light didn’t work.

Not what picture looks like!

The place was not what it looked like in the photo. The rugs were disgusting, the back yard had no fence like it showed fence in the photo. You can see the neighbor's back yard and it was disgusting. Was suppose to have fence and there was no fence. The furniture was like sitting on the floor. The dust on artificial plants were at least an inch think. We did not stay as it was just to dirty.

Our villa is as described, the pictures clearly show that its not fully fenced and this was an issue for you with your dog We have had 5 star reviews from guests that stayed before and after you so that says it all for me

Florida Holiday

Our family has stayed in the Orlando area multiple times over the past 12 years. Our expectations at this point are quite low and we tend to make the best of any situation. This house however was the worst place we have stayed in by a large margin.The house was quite dated, the carpets left the house with a strong mildew smell that aggravyed our families allergies/asthma. We had to hang an air freshener in one of the kids rooms and bought a glad plug in for the master bedroom. There was very little cooking supplies with only 2 pots and 2 frying pans with nothing to cook anything in the oven with. We also had to buy facecloths as there was none in the house only bath towels and hand towels. The worst aspect however would have to be the overall cleanliness of the house with dust, dirt and black mold everywhere. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with the potential to react to dust/mildew.

I am surprised by the feedback as you stayed for 5 nights if our home is that awful and gave us 3 stars You checked in after guests from the USA left that same morning after a month's stay and they gave us a 5 star review and have booked again for a repeat stay Nothing was raised with myself or our management company on arrival or during your stay Our home is thoroughly cleaned after every guest and we are sent a video of the villa inspection before the next guests check in to ensure everything is clean and ready. We have many repeat guests that stay with us each year
