Cette unité d'une chambre NON-FUMEUR est dans une station familiale. Peut accueillir six personnes, y compris des lits superposés dans le couloir. Lit king-size dans la chambre et canapé-lit queen-size. Deux trÚs grands placards dans la chambre. Bain tourbillon dans la salle de bain. Espaces de vie spacieux avec coin repas. Grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisson. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés.
L'unité est joliment décorée dans un décor de plage. Sortez sur le balcon avec table, chaises et grill qui dégage une atmosphÚre relaxante. Directement derriÚre cette unité se trouve l'une des quatre piscines du complexe. Cette unité est l'un des bùtiments les plus proches d'Horizon Sud du golfe du Mexique. Marchez à moins d'un pùté de maisons des belles plages de sable blanc et profitez du soleil et du plaisir.

Cute, clean and close to the beach!

Very nice and clean condo in the building closest to the beach, so it wasn’t a long walk. Will definitely stay here again.

Quiet setting and close to beach

We checked in on Sunday and very nice and quiet! Many pools to go to. Security was allNice and helpful. They are very strict about wristbands. The room was nice and was exactly how it was listed on VRBO SITE. It is a second floor unit so that was a little work with all the things especially with no elevator. We would stay again.

Awesome stay

The apartment was very nice, my favorite spot was the balcony and breeze. Mr Kerry the owner was completely awesome. Very responsive and very kind. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed a extra night❀ Would definitely stay again

nice family size condo

We enjoyed our stay here. Condo was clean, sea decorated and perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the beds are very comfortable. wish we could have stayed longer! It was also nice having access to several pools, and the beach was a short walk across the street.

Great location

Great location. Furniture could use a good cleaning. More Utensils and supplies in kitchen for people that fly and can't bring alot of things. Bathroom towels smelled sour had to re wash a few times to get smell out.

Wish the bedroom TV was in working order;!! Bath tub could been cleaned better the jets had mold. The beach Cart needs repair almost had to carry it back

Amazing stay for families

This is a must stay! The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a week-long stay other than the obvious necessities we brought. The kids enjoyed the cute bunk beds especially! There were even beach chairs, boogie boards and pool noodles. The location was better than expected in proximity to the beach! A quick 3-5 minute walk put us right on the sand. The community was great as well- quiet and family friendly. The pool outside the condo was clean and we always met someone new to chat with. There was a new security staff (3 weeks in) who were very helpful and engaged with us to let us know they were around if needed. Communication with the owner, Kerry, was wonderful and he was very quick to respond with any questions. We definitely plan to stay here again when visiting PCB!

The condo was not clean. Dirty sheets and dirty towels from previous renters in the floor. Nothing cleaned!

Ceiling fans dusty, underneath coffee table trash buildup, sofa cushion cases dirty, dryer took 3 cycles to dry clothes, bath tub very slow drainage when showered, carpet had a dingy smell, horrible bed pillows and padding, had to pay for 2 parking passes when the contract said they were free we showed the contract to manager on site but he wouldn't honor it - other guest said they had the same issue with the parking pass but their rentee reimbursed them.

Clean condo and Good Location!

This is the first time we've stayed off of the beach. We were down to play ball first, beach second. That being said the location of this condo is very convenient to the beach as well as front beach and 98 through the rear of the resort. Traffic for us was never a problem. The condo itself was nice and met our needs. It had plenty of amenities, towels, beach toys for kids (though we didn't use them), and an electric grill on the balcony which worked fine. A ceiling fan on the balcony would be a nice addition. The pool near our condo was smaller but less crowded and where we found ourselves hanging out the most. The large bedroom had plenty of floor space for everyone to keep their luggage separate. It could benefit from additional seating in the living room but space is limited for any more furniture. Overall a nice experience and would stay here again! The only "Cons" I can give are to the resort staff, as it's hard to find someone that is working in the resort office or tiki hut to get parking passes and arm bands (limited work hrs). Gates to the resort were never closed.

Great Beach getaway

My daughter and I had to come down to PCB for a softball tournament and we rented this condo for the week. It had everything we needed and it was within steps to the beach. I loved that it was one of the closest condos to the beach. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. I plan to rent this condo again for future trips to PCB.

Great Vacation from Home

Host provided very detailed instructions about the unit and property. Unit was very clean and comfortable. My wife enjoyed staying our 3 day vacation at this property and plan on adding this to our list of properties to stay at in the future.

Great location

Location was great, everything was as described and would definitely consider staying here again. The only thing I wish it had was smart TVs, both Tvs that were available were outdated and I couldn’t even find the remote for one of them. With the little one being used to watching tv before going to bed this made it really hard and resulted in him watching on my phone. One of the plus sides to this spot was being able to walk back and forth to the beach as it was such a short distance as was the pool not to mention the short drive to pier park and other places me and my family visited.
