Great memories

We wanted to come back to this area where we use to stay when our children were young, and they still talk about it to there children. The Swan Keys area is perfect for us, so close to the beach, then also the pool, bike rides, and playground right here for us. This trailer was really very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would recommend this place to our friends.

Beautiful place, great location, and affordable

We are from Canada, and like to vacation in the Maryland/Delaware area in the summer. This location we chose this year was by far the best location yet. It was close to all the beaches, we were a 2 min drive to maryland . Ocean city board walk was close as well. The owners were quick to respond to any questions, and had a simple check-in process. In short it's a great place, and we had a great time.

Great spot for a family vacation

Our family really enjoyed this property. It has everything you need including 2 fairly good sized bedroom and a small third and two full baths including a soaker tub and an outside shower. We really enjoyed eating dinner on the back deck which overlooks the canal. My two children also loved the pool passes which gave us access to the community pool. The property is in a very quiet community away from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City yet you can easily drive to Ocean City, Bethany or Rehoboth Beach area if you would like. The property has a well equipped kitchen and the little extras such as board games and televisions in every bedroom which kept the children occupied when the weather was oppressively hot. Will come again!

Nice Home & Community

When we arrived we could not locate the property based on the address listed on the confirmation paperwork but the owner responded right away. We loved the location and the layout of the home as well as the waterfront and neighbors. The home was overall clean (all surfaces and kitchen and baths were disinfected). Area rugs throughout could use a deep cleaning as well a good dusting throughout. My only complaint is basic cable (no channels except local) when you come back to the home in the late evening it would be nice to watch something other than Judge Judy!

Great vacation home

Everything was what I expected from the pics on vrbo. There was one small complaint about the tub/shower combo that was on the small side but there was a stand up shower so it all worked out. The decor in the place made you feel like you was right at the beach. Loved the waterfront. Was able to put my boat in the water for the week of my stay. The boat ramps was not open to use but we found a local place. My family had an awesome time. I would rent again. Thankyou to the owners for the upkeep on an awesome place.

Great vacation!

The property was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the deck on the canal. We also enjoyed walking to the end of the road each evening to watch the sunset. Having the pool, playground and splash pad on the property was great. We don't like a lot of congestion that would have come with being in a condo on the beach so this property was what we needed. It was also centrally located to the places that we wanted to go (Asseteague Island, Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach, etc.). All of our questions to the property owner were answered immediately.

Nice but not worth the price for location comparitivelly to other properties

We were expecting more . No.sheets and towels as they do not offer this service. This property was not as clean as we had wished. Flies in the bathroom all week and odor coming from the vents in the floor. Washer and dryer old but worked well. Lots of kitchen gadgets. Master bedroom air vent does not work. Window treatments have see through space so place pillow against them unless you dont mind neighbors maybe being able to see in. Far away from downtown OC. WOULD SUGGEST ALL TO COMPARE OTHER PRICING IN THE AREA.

Good location. OK property.

Nice location on the canal and in selbyville. Close to Ocean City MD, stores and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. We did not get to try out the pool but it looked nice. Property is out dated. Doesn't seem that it was recent renovated as in the description. Queen size bed very comfortable. Futon in 3rd room may be OK for a child but not an adult. Did have a washer/dryer.

Great Fall Weekend

We so enjoyed our first visit to your place. It was very accomdating and the weather being so beautiful added to our visit. We so enjoyed the back deck, watching the fish jump and having time to sit and relax. The master suite was my favorite room. Appreciate the website being very true to what the place was like and was very clean. No added surprises when we arrived. Hope to visit soon again! Talking and dealing with the landlord was an added plus.

Relax in Fenwick

The house and area was very pleasant and maintened fairly well. We had seven people, 5 kids, which made it a little tight but everyone had a place to sleep and relax. The house was clean and has a nice beach/ocean theme throughout. The only negatives was the master shower did not drain well, the outside shower door was broke and make sure you have a cell phone because there was no regular phone. The community and especially the pool was nice. Very quiet even with all the homes. Close 2.5 miles to the ocean and all the fun of the beach and Ocean City. You could certainly ride your bikes. Food Lion is 1/2 mile away for all your grocery needs. Fenwick State Beach just north of the town was $8 a day for out of staters, get there around 10:00-11:00 plenty of parking. Plenty of places to eat. We really enjoyed the Crab Bag, on the right on Rt 1 going to Ocean City. Would certainly recomend this home to a friend and we may go back as well.

Reasonable rates

My family had fun. Comfortable beds, kitchen had all amenities except a dish washer. Parking could have been a little bigger and access to the back porch was hard to get to through the 3rd bedroom if you had someone staying in the room. Overall was a nice, clean place to stay, with beachy themes throughout. I would rent again.

We always enjoyed the more " laid back" feel of the Fenwick Island/ Delaware shores. It is more family oriented with so much entertainment, restaurants, shops and the list goes on. We feel that you will find it conveniently located and the slower paced charm.
