Il s’agit d’un studio situé à quelques pas de l’océan Atlantique, juste en face de la plage de sable blanc de Hollywood. Il est livré avec une cuisine complète, une salle de bain complète et un dressing séparé. Ce est un appartement rez de chaussée qui fait face à la cour. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine chauffée avec un grand espace barbecue qui est pratique pour vous de faire votre propre griller. Cet appareil est livré avec son propre espace de stationnement privé. L'emplacement est superbe. Il est niché au coeur de Hollywood Beach, à seulement 10 minutes au sud de Ft. Lauderdale Airport et à 20 minutes au nord de Miami Int. Aéroport. Il est situé entre Miami et Fort Lauderdale et permet un accès facile à South Beach. Il se trouve à proximité de superbes boutiques, du Waterfront Dining, d’un après-midi au circuit de course ou même d’une nuit au casino. Vous êtes également à quelques minutes d'une partie de golf et de pêche en haute mer. Le Margaritaville Hotel and Spa, récemment ouvert, se trouve à 5 minutes à pied.
Il est le Hard Rock Casino Ă  15 minutes oĂą vous avez de nombreux restaurants et bars et beaucoup de shopping. Il est Ă©galement Ă  5 minutes de 3 autres casinos.

What a perfect gem steps from the beach with everything right in walking distance!!! Absolutely a great stay my husband and I enjoyed ourselves! Gail was very helpful and attentive :) I would definitely book this again and it’s perfect for a couple .

unit was perfect for 2 people, a block from the beach, courtyard with heated pool was excellent.only 2 negatives...need a full size coffee maker and the beach chairs need to be upgraded.other than it has everything you need

I was out of the country at that time, my phone got hacked. I did respond but not all of my messages went thru to you. On arriving in the USA the next day there was a text stating that this booking was cancelled and a full refund was issued. So sorry.

Cozy, comfortable, the pool was just the right temperature and very clean! It had everything needed for our week long stay. Lots of towels both for bathroom and beach/pool. We had our own beach chairs, but we did see a couple of chairs coolers in the closet. Everything was to our liking, a wonderful stay!!

Everything was wonderful. The place was clean, our host was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Checking in was a breeze. The pool was exactly what we needed. The complex felt safe. The other people at the complex were very friendly. It was an extremely short walk to the beach maybe 2 minutes. Our host had beach towls, beach umbrella and a little cooler. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Checking out was also easy.

This condo was absolutely perfect! We had everything we needed. It was very clean and cozy and you can’t beat the location to everything. Very nice and well kept pool as well. The owner was magnificent and we will definitely rent again from her. This condo is a gem.

Great location close to alot of stuff, rented bikes and rode on Broadwalk alot to food and entertainment and golf and fishing and concerts. Nice pool and close to beach.

Another wonderful stay!

This was our second time renting this beautiful beach apartment. Everything was perfect. The location is absolutely the best, the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Minutes from the sand, quiet and secure. Gail is an incredible host, we will be back! Five Stars! Highly recommend!

Hollywood holiday

We have been to the area frequently. This stay was longer and we wanted more than 'a room' Being from Jersey, we are familiar with beach condos...this one was the usual. Loved the pool and the location.

Pool AND Beach!

This property is ideal. If you want nightlife, just walk down the broadwalk for bars, restaurants and live music. If you want quiet, spend your morning on the beach and the rest of the day by the pool.

While you cooking on the Grill you can cool off in the Swimming Pool.You will feel at Home as if you were in your own home.
