À quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc, cette location de vacances tropicale spacieuse est faite pour vous et votre famille avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour des vacances reposantes. Le plan d'étage comprend un grand salon confortable qui s'ouvre sur la salle à manger et la pièce Florida. Il y a deux lits king size et une reine confortable dans la troisième chambre.
Située à l'extrémité nord de Clearwater Beach (nommée n ° 1 des États-Unis et n ° 8 dans le monde par Expedia). À seulement une minute à pied de la plage immaculée du golfe où vous pourrez profiter de la brise tropicale, de la plage de sable fin et des couchers de soleil les plus célèbres du monde! Bien que vous soyez idéalement situé dans le quartier résidentiel de la plage nord, vous êtes à distance de marche du Pier 60, des restaurants, des bars et des boutiques. This was a great house for our little family! Our dog absolutely loved it there, especially with the dog friendly beach access so close. Easy street walking, hardly any traffic, and only 1 block directly across from the front door to get to the beach. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, and with the blinds closed it stayed fairly cool through the Florida heat wave. It was a nice perk to have the extra beach supplies provided out back. There's hoses close by to spray everything down, and an outside shower to clean off which we appreciated.Our family was staying further down the beach but the trolley was really easy to ride to go meet up with them and hang out. It's a cute, quiet, relatively private neighborhood away from all the chaos and crowds further down the beach. Mary Helen was great with communication and very helpful. If we come back to Clearwater we would definitely stay here again.

The house was very lovely and comfortable. It was a block from the beach, and there were plenty of amenities (beach umbrellas and chairs). The only disappointment was that the pool was closed due to the hurricane. The owner was very communicative and responsive.

The layout of the house was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The floor plan really was Ideal and having the laundry on the premises really made a difference. The kitchen had the right supplies . The host provided everything from sheets to towels to beach, chairs and beautiful sunsets!

Lovely! Short Walk to Beach

The property was so cute and just a couple blocks walk to the beach. It was far enough away from Pier 60 to be quiet and have lots of space to relax! I would love to stay here again! There was also a shower outside to wash off which was super convenient.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this super sweet bungalow to anyone wanting to visit the Clearwater area. Super quiet residential neighborhood with a very short walk to the beach. Family Vacation

We chose this property for our family vacation this year and I am sure glad we did. We have stayed in a few different rentals the last few years and this one was our favorite so far. The house was beautiful inside and clean. The perfect spot for my family to spread out and have a space. We were just minutes from a quiet spot on the beach. The laundry facilities were a plus. We had an amazing stay at the beachcomber. The location truly couldn’t be better - one block from the beach, close to downtown, a block away from the trolley that will take you to all the restaurants, etc. Maryhelen was so communicative and great and they had everything we needed for our family stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

My husband, adult son, non-shedding Aussie doodle and I loved our stay in this property in the N part of Clearwater Beach. Less than a few minutes walk from this clean, beautifully decorated home was the wide, beautiful part of N Clearwater Beach that is definitely pet-friendly. The owners have divided their home with entry into the laundry room into 2 sides for rental properties. We used the larger side with 3 BR for the 3 of us and our dog. They have 1 code for the common area, then utilize a personal code to enter into the very well-equipped kitchen on the side we rented. There are TV's in both the larger BR, and a large FR TV with Fubo. All the streaming apps I joined during our stay automatically ended with the date/time of our departure which was so very helpful. Although restaurants are a long walk away (especially with our dog in the heat!), Ubers are easy to attain for when we ventured out for suppertime. There is a large grocery store about 15 minutes away by car which had everything we needed for our stay. Although there was some seaweed initially on the beach, that cleared quickly and our daily times on the beach were outstanding. The sunsets are incredible, and we enjoyed our day trip down the coast to Pass-a-Grille beach dog park. You cannot go wrong staying in this beautiful part of the gulf coastline! For a relaxing, quiet residential part of N Clearwater Beach we loved our stay. Our hosts were gracious and quick to respond for any questions.

I'm originally from Mt. Vernon, Indiana, but came to Clearwater 53 years ago to live in this beautiful tropical paradise. After graduating high school in Indiana I went in search of palm trees. I headed to Florida, with two places circled on the map, Clearwater and Palm Beach, simply because the names sounded so pretty. Came first to Clearwater and ended up staying and never made it to Palm Beach. Clearwater Beach was amazing then just as it is now! I married a local 5th generation Florida guy and our children are now proud to be 6th generation Floridians. Our family loves the beach and the water, and make it a part of our lives.

We bought this home to make it available to my family and other families that want to visit Clearwater Beach as I did years ago. It's so much nicer experiencing a beach vacation in a home rather than a motel room.

Our home is ideally located on north beach in the quiet residential neighborhood of Clearwater Beach. Close enough to walk or bike ride to the restaurants, shopping, bars, etc., yet in the quieter part of the beach where it feels like home. The beach access is a short distance away - a one minute easy walk by foot. You still are close to shopping, dining, charter fishing and a myriad of activities. The best of both worlds- come see for yourself!
