Cette superbe condo entièrement rénové sur le côté nord de l'océan ville est à quelques pas de l'océan Atlantique. L'unité se trouve sur la plage avec une piscine pleine grandeur de taille privée au complexe. Regarder le lever du soleil sur l'océan ou le coucher de soleil sur la baie avec les deux vues de face et de la baie océan! L'unité peut accueillir confortablement 6 adultes et est livré avec d'excellents équipements tels que:

Great condo and location!

The condo worked perfectly for our family of 5. It’s large, clean and comfortable. We slept well, loved eating at the table and cooking at home, and enjoyed the view! It’s kid friendly with board games and 2 tvs. Our favorite part was going to the beach then pool and right upstairs to eat! We walked to the grocery store, restaurants and ice-cream. We also adventured on the bus. It’s the perfect location!

Wow! Our stay at this condo went above and beyond anything we expected. The condo is gorgeous, completely renovated and extremely clean. The view of the ocean is spectacular! And, the convenience to the beach is what put it over the top for us. It was so easy for our family to be able to be on the beach within minutes, making it extremely easy for our young kiddos. Host Chris is so responsive and helpful. He really made us feel at ease going into the trip. Our family is hooked and we can not wait to return for our next vacation. Great getaway spot for the family, both size, location and amenities at the perfect price!

Perfect location, just as we prefer on the northern end of town, especially during our 4th of July stay. Great views on both sides of the condo, of fireworks on both the ocean side and the bay side. Making the weekly stay even better. Will definitely be coming back and hoping to the same exact place.

Lovely Condo in North Ocean City

This was our first time renting in High Point North and we will return. The condo was lovely and spacious, the view of the ocean spectacular, the balcony roomy, the beach access easy, and the weather perfect!

We are two beach lovers who could not pass up this piece of sand! We have lived in Maryland our whole lives and grew up vacationing in Ocean City. We love the beach, our animals, good food, and good friends!

This property was Emily's Grandparents and we decided to purchase it in late 2014 when they decided to sell it. We knew going into it that it was going to be a whole house renovation. So we started in November of 2014 and finished in April 2015. Whether you have coffee on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrise over the ocean, or a cocktail in the den to watch the sunset over the bay, you will understand why we could not pass this opportunity!
