Venez vivre des journées magiques à notre complexe Barra Villa, réputé pour son atmosphÚre sophistiquée et ludique. La station se compose de 8 beaux appartements et studios.

APPARTEMENT SANIBEL

spacieux appartement de 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée - lit bébé disponible - accÚs direct au jardin depuis la cuisine!

L'appartement "Sanibel" est meublé principalement en blanc.

Si vous vous sentez bien pour une nuit confortable Ă  la maison, vous pourrez regarder une Ă©mission de qualitĂ© supĂ©rieure Ă  la tĂ©lĂ©vision ou sur DVD tout en vous relaxant sur le canapĂ© ou dans l’un des fauteuils en osier.

Si vous ĂȘtes une famille avec deux enfants, l'appartement pourrait ĂȘtre particuliĂšrement attrayant puisqu'il dispose de deux chambres Ă  coucher. Un lit supplĂ©mentaire pour un bĂ©bĂ© ou un enfant en bas Ăąge peut ĂȘtre installĂ© dans l'une des chambres Ă  coucher. Bien entendu, l’appartement Sanibel est Ă©quipĂ© d’un berceau, de draps et de couvertures, d’une chaise haute pour bĂ©bĂ© et de serviettes pour bĂ©bĂ©.

Dans la cuisine, une famille trouve suffisamment d’espace pour dĂźner au bar. En guise de traitement spĂ©cial, vous trouverez une petite porte qui vous mĂšnera le long d’un escalier et qui mĂšne directement Ă  notre magnifique jardin Ă  l’arriĂšre. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e de nombreux plats et extras afin que vous ayez tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

La salle de bain a été entiÚrement rénovée en septembre 2016 et dispose d'une douche spacieuse. Bien sûr, assez de serviettes sont disponibles. Dans notre appartement Sanibel, les familles avec enfants ne seront pas les seules à se sentir chez elles. Aussi pour quatre adultes, cet appartement est idéal.

Family of 4 stayed, location was great for things to do (downtown , Edison/Ford estate, grocery) and visiting with relatives. Enjoyed the pool and kitchen was big enough to eat a few meals in to save on . Communication with host before and after was timely.

Amazing stay in a GREAT location!

We could not have been happier with our choice to stay here. The location was amazing, the apartment was clean and well stocked, Marcus was super attentive and helpful, and we were minutes away from several different beautiful beaches. We will definitely be back soon!

Best home away from home!

We really enjoyed the Sanibel Apartment, and couldn't have been more happy with our stay! Ms. Streng's friendliness and availability throughout our time was top notch, the apartment was in an excellent location, and the comfort of the apartment superseded other places we've stayed before! I would highly recommend staying here, and look forward to returning in the future.

A little get away

Small apartment perfect for our little family

The house is very sweet in a nice part of town. We found it to be very clean. The pool is also warm and clean and right out the back door. It was very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable. The house is a short driving distance to downtown Fort Myers which is really fun with lots of restaurants and little shops.

Ft Myers Vacation

We were in Ft Myers to visit our son who works for Florida Repertory Theatre in the downtown area. The house was perfectly located - 2 blocks from a Publix and a 20 minute walk from downtown. We stayed in Apartment Sanibel for 6 nights and it was great for our 4 person family. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all we needed for cooking several meals, and the pool was refreshing in the midday heat. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute and cozy in a great location

Nice comfortable apartment in a great location within walking distance of downtown. The pool was the perfect temperature and relaxing in the front porch was wonderful. There were only two of us so we had plenty of room to spread out. It would have been nice to have cable or satellite TV to keep up on the world news. The antenna provided a couple of channels with spotty at best reception. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the Sanibel apartment. It was very clean but well worn. The air conditioner in the second bedroom was broken when we arrived and was never fixed during our five day stay. We were unable to use the second bedroom due to this. The front room closet had a strong mildew smell. The place is decent for the price but needs some better up keep.

Great location and pool

This well-located apartment has a sunny pool with heating. The kitchen is small but adequate, though one of the stove burners is uneven and makes it hard to keep your skillet level while cooking. The bedrooms are spacey and the beds are good. The bathroom is nice with a good shower. The table is only a high top but works for a small group. The couch is comfortable. We couldn't figure out how to light the outdoor gas grill so instructions would be helpful. The pool was the highlight with comfortable chairs and loungers. We arrived after a cold spell but the kids didn't mind the cooler water until the sun and heater gradually brought up the temperature. The pool is deep enough with good stairs down for smaller kids. There is plenty of room around it and it is lighted at night. A very good rental.

Excellent accommodation!

This apartment is relaxing and roomy enough for the three of us aside from being under 1000 square feet. We genuinely enjoyed our time and the ammenities of the full kitchen, pool, grill, and washer and dryer (that we utilized multiple times with having a 6 year old). So nice to be able to wash our clothes and towels after a trip to the beach. The shower was always warm and never ran out of hot water even with other tenants in the building. We could not hear other tenants in their apartments either. Very sound proof. The only reason I didn’t give this five stars is because the bed in the main bedroom is a full size and could easily fit a queen size in my opinion( my husband is over six feet tall). As well, a 2-3 inch memory foam mattress topper over the mattress would help to improve the sleep. Our daughter had no complaints about her bed and stay. The linens were clean and soft and plenty of towels to go around. We will def try to book again when returning to fort Myers! Beautiful neighborhood and or far from the beaches. Thanks!

Spring break
