"Sunset Hideaway" est un charmant 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains près de la plage maison située dans le quartier Beachview Country Club Estates. Cette maison dispose d'un plan d'étage divisé et est lumineuse et lumineuse et nouvellement décorée avec goût. Vous êtes accueillis à l'entrée par une grande salle avec des plafonds voûtés, des poutres apparentes et des portes coulissantes en verre coulissantes donnant sur la grande terrasse extérieure avec moustiquaire. Le pont est entouré de votre nouvelle piscine privée chauffée qui se trouve à côté de la rivière Sanibel. Cette maison offre une vue paisible et un environnement calme et un emplacement idéal à quelques minutes de l'accès à la plage sur Middle Golf Drive. L'exposition ouest vous permet de profiter du magnifique ciel de coucher de soleil depuis votre véranda et la terrasse de la piscine. Le Beachview Country Club Estates est situé dans le club de golf de Sanibel Island. Profitez du golf et du tennis au Beachview Tennis Club, du déjeuner et du dîner au Blue Coyote Supper Club ou des bombardements sur nos plages de renommée mondiale.

Les équipements de la maison comprennent: 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains - 1 lit king, 2 lits jumeaux et 1 canapé-lit gigogne (6 couchages), 3 téléviseurs à écran plat, lecteur DVD, WIFI gratuit et câble, piscine chauffée, grande véranda vue sur la rivière, laveuse et sécheuse, barbecue à gaz barbecue. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House had a great floor plan. Rooms were spacious and nicely furnished. The patio and pool were a great place to relax and swim. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but was conveniently located to beach, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen could be better furnished with cooking utensils, dishes, knives, etc. The tile floors were difficult to keep clean, but that may be true for most places in coastal FL. Overall a positive experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff we worked with(Brooke,Anne,Mark, & pool company owner? Tom) were all very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, & a pleasure to work with. The house was not very clean & outed. Bugs & small lizards accessed house through master BR window, & front door with poor seal. Mattress needs replacing. Pool filter & heater did not work properly until day 21 of month stay, when owner of pool company came out to service. Otherwise, the location was excellent & appliances were fine.
