Cet appartement d'une chambre fait partie d'un complexe de location de vacances de dix unités calme, offrant de beaux appartements modernes et côtiers dans une propriété de style complexe avec MOINS D'UNE MARCHE D'UNE MINUTE à la plage! Tournez à droite - la célèbre jetée de Cocoa Beach; Tournez à gauche - fusées et bateaux de croisière!

Marchez jusqu'à d'excellents restaurants, shopping, mini-golf / accrobranche / tyrolienne! Accès direct à la plage à travers une rue de quartier endormie. Chaque appartement à l'intérieur a été récemment rénové pour avoir une sensation côtière moderne, mais confortable, et l'extérieur a été mis à jour avec une nouvelle terrasse / pergola extérieure, un patio et un bel aménagement paysager et un éclairage.

Cet appartement d'une chambre comprend une entrée sans clé, un lit queen-size, une salle de bains avec douche (l'accès se fait par la chambre) et un canapé futon peu encombrant qui se transforme en lit double. L'espace est petit, mais a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter de vos vacances. Comptoirs en quartz, œuvres d'art originales, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, belles tuiles et meubles confortables. Nous fournissons uniquement des draps de haute qualité (bambou ou très grand nombre de fils de coton) et équipons l'appartement de téléviseurs à écran plat, de petits appareils tels que des mélangeurs / cafetière / grille-pain, etc., et un matelas de la série de luxe Stearns & Foster.

Nous fournissons tout ce que vous trouverez dans un hôtel traditionnel (fer / planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux, cafetière, linge de maison), et bien plus encore - verres / assiettes, ustensiles de qualité, ustensiles de cuisine, articles de bar, mixeur, grille-pain, etc. Il vous suffit d'apporter un maillot de bain pour profiter de vos vacances à la plage. Pas besoin de s'arrêter au magasin à un dollar pour les articles de plage qui seront jetés, car nous fournissons également: serviettes de plage de qualité, sac de plage, chariot ou chariot, chaises, jouets, glacières personnelles et parapluies!

Il y a aussi une douche extérieure, un espace commun extérieur avec une pergola, un coin chat et des barbecues, ainsi qu'une buanderie sur place. Du café, du shampoing, du savon et du papier de démarrage sont fournis. Nous avons essayé de penser à tout ce que vous souhaiteriez dans une location de vacances, afin que vous puissiez vraiment profiter de votre séjour.

Was a perfect little place for my mom and I t get away. Away from the crowds, but steps away from the beach. We really enjoyed our time, and the location was close to everything including food, boat rentals, shops, movies, Space Center, Zoo. Highly recommend and great price!

Perfect couple of days

We didn't stay for long, but this little apartment had just what we needed for the time we were there. Proximity to the beach was perfect, even though we didn't have time for a day at the beach. We did utilize it to watch the rocket launch - a first for our little family :) Would absolutely stay again.

It’s a really nice area and the common areas are super cute well lit, and very cozy. The only thing that sucked about my stay was the weather lol but 10/10 recommend this property and plan on coming back during a better time of year

The pictures online showed us what to expect, but it’s even more beautiful when you see the property in person. Very well kept! Clean. Great price. We met the manager face to face the day after check in. She treated us to a bottle of wine on the house to celebrate our marriage. Also, she upgraded our room at no extra charge! Very nice & thoughtful owners. We will stay here again. Such a short walk to the beach & you can’t beat the storage room full of beach chairs, umbrellas. Wagons, toys, etc. saved us money since we could borrow theirs (in excellent condition). Highly recommended to all!!!

Amazing long weekend at the beach!

This was a trip 2 1/2 years late. We had this planned in March of 2020 and Covid hit so we had to cancel this college spring break trip for my daughter. You graciously refunded our entire trip cost due to the crazy circumstances! We told ourselves that we would still take the trip someday! This weekend was amazing! (even tho Ian tried to mess things up again!) Your property is wonderful and was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the Cocoa Beach area! Would highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
