- Location, Amenities, Convenience, All the things you're looking for in a perfect vacation get away! Enjoy every season at this well located, fully furnished condo in Cape Canaveral Florida . Walk to activities like hiking, kayaking, Kennedy Space Center, dolphin/manatee watching and the beach! 1bedroom that sleeps 4 adults only a 3 minute drive to Cherie Down "pubic beach" Park. Stay on the grounds or travel in any direction to create memories, relax, experience your best life.

The space: First floor condo with easy access to free parking (long term, handicap and quick load), closest condo to Laundry all on one side. Through the door there is a bedroom (with a king size bed) to the left with a en-suite bathroom. Continuing forward, you'll find the full kitchen featuring full sized equipment and lots of countertop space. Beyond that you'll find within the open floor plan a spacious living room (and a queen size sleeper sofa) all leading to the sliding door and the patio. From the patio you have easy access to additional "public parking" and a few steps to the left is the beach.

Short note: 1 bedroom, Two sleeping accommodations, King bed in bedroom with dedicated bathroom, Queen Sleeper sofa in living room.

Great location, clean, well-equipped kitchen. My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights before a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Great communication, easy check in/out. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and easy access to the beach!! Construction was a bit loud and woke us up early. Also, many dirty clothes were left behind, I assume from previous renters. Some on the balcony and some in plastic bags in the living room.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location. The condo was clean and was it was great being able to walk outside to the beach and being close enough to watch a rocket launch at night from a distance.

Tony was very responsive and clearly communicated information about the condo before our arrival. The condo was very clean and as pictured. The unit was well equipped and contained everything that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the pool area and easy walk to the beach. The central location made it an easy drive to places we wished to go.

Clean and location was perfect! We only stayed for one night since we were there to board a cruise. Just minutes from the port and everything you could possibly need. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Port Canaveral.

Our stay was excellent, everthing we needed was there, very clean, all the appliances and TV's have been kept up to date. We really hated to leave. Host was awesome, communcation was exceptional. Definitely going to be staying again , hopefully for longer!

Excellent Short Stay

We only stayed two nights but the unit was fantastic. Extremely well equipped/supplied, and very nice layout. Very clean. Would have been great for a longer stay. Host was excellent with communication and information.

The condo was clean and nicely furnished with all the needed appliances and accessories for an enjoyable stay. We could not see the ocean unless we walked to the beach. I am not sure how ocean view is defined in Florida.Also construction was in progress on our side of the building. The noise at times was very loud. The construction crew started 7:30 am to 8:30 am, not allowing us to sleep a little late. We checked out a few days early so we can get away from the noise.To be fair, we were told that construction was in progress, but on the other side of the building and the noise was minimal, jack hammering concrete is very loud and it vibrated through out the condo.

Great communication with owner

Before my trip, I had a ton of questions about things in the area and Tony went beyond to get me the information as well as things happening during my visit. Unfortunately, my flight got canceled and I was unable to stay at the property so I can’t provide comments. The owner, however, I’d rate 5 stars any day of the week. So responsive, very accommodating and will definitely looking into reserving this property solely based on that fact alone! Thanks Tony!

Cape Winds Adventure

The room we stayed in was really good. Brand new kitchen and appliances, two [2] spacious and clean bathrooms, including a master bath in the bedroom. Very homey touches throughout the house, including labels on every cabinet as to what they contain, a combination coffee machine and single cup option from Keurig, plus about 10-12 individual coffee pods provided for our use. The hot tub and pool were great options and the main reason we stayed again at Cape Winds after our first visit in 2019. Easy walk to the beach from the pool area and a beautiful and less crowded beach awaits you in Cape Canaveral versus more crowded beaches down by the Cocoa Beach Pier. Even the guests staying there were very friendly as I had several conversations with other guests or residents by the poot or in the hot tub. We could not have had a better experience. Tony and his family did a nice job upgrading the place and making it feel like home to me.

Condo was very clean and had enough space for 4 people. Easy beach access was great and even got to see a rocket launch. Tony was very communicative and helpful throughout the rental. For the price, I don't think this place can be beat.

Our goal is to provide a “safe environment” that people can enjoy while working jointly to ensure not only that guests have a great stay but our investment and property is treated as we would treat our property. To that end, we do focus on star ratings and past host reviews and only accept guest in the 4 to 5 start range. For guests with a new account and no reviews, we do not want to penalize you as we all start at the beginning.

That said: ***Unfortunately, due to fraudulent activity and in an effort to protect our property, neighbors, surrounding guest and your future ability to safely use short term rentals, we have begun to request current picture Id's (like a driver’s license) from people (every adult in your party) that have new accounts or accounts with no trips and/or reviews.

Once a profile begins to document trips and reviews then it becomes easier and safer for both sides, we appreciate your work and thank you for your understanding.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This is a great property with a hidden secrets vacation benefit! Its located both near the parking lot for easy access "to and from", has side street parking access for guests (feet from back sliding door), Is feet from laundry (where everyone else has to drag cloths around) AND out the back sliding doors (short walk through grass, edge of property, through property gate **you'll need the amenity key**) is the hot tub and pool. Continue forward (not unlocking property gate but continuing your walk) leads you directly to the path to the beach. All within a super short distance from this "on the beach" condo!
