Réveillez-vous avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Michigan avec 2 terrasses gigantesques, où vous passerez sûrement une grande partie de votre temps. Sans doute la meilleure vue sur le lac autour! À quelques pas de l'immense plage de Sheridan (également la meilleure plage de la région!), à proximité du centre commercial Prime Outlet, du casino Blue chip, du parc Washington, du zoo, de la marina, du skate park, du jet-ski, de la randonnée dans les dunes, des chartes de pêche, de la cueillette de fruits dans les vergers voisins, d'une visite des vignobles locaux ou d'une micro-brasserie, et de nombreux bons restaurants.
Cette maison de plage de 3 chambres + lits superposés est située au sommet d'une dune de sable à Sheridan Beach - directement sur Lake Shore Dr (en face de l'arrêt d'accès à la plage # 7 ou # 9). Les deux ponts doublent l'espace de vie et offrent une vue unique sur le lac Michigan. Le pont principal offre des sièges enveloppants, une table de pique-nique, un ensemble de patio et des chaises longues. Le pont supérieur offre l'endroit idéal pour profiter du soleil avec des chaises longues supplémentaires. L'arrière-cour offre une grande table de pique-nique, un gril à gaz et un foyer. This is not a lake front property as advertised. The path to the beach that is located directly across from the house is quite cumbersome without carrying any beach gear, much less trying to drag a beach wagon and SUPs to the shore. It is not suitable for older adults, there is another access farther up the road but again, this property is advertised as being lakefront which it absolutely is not. If advertised as lake view, that would be appropriate as it does have beautiful views of the lake from every deck. But if you are paying the amount asked for this house expecting a lakefront home, you will not be getting what you expected. The hosts were wonderful and responsive to all our needs. My only complaint is the advertising of this property as being lakefront.

I’d gently clarify the lakefront point for future guests: every home along Lakeshore Drive requires walking the dune path to the shore, it’s the nature of these protected dune properties, and part of what keeps this beach arguably the finest in the Great Lakes. Our listing includes the detailed aerial photo marking the exact path, so guests know what to expect. And the homes across the street are only steps closer to that path (many without the lake views our decks enjoy on every level). Wonderful stay in Michigan City

This home was perfect for my family to get together and spend time with one another. There was plenty to do with the beach walking distance. The house was spacious and very well set up with everything we would need. The check in and check our process was easy. I would definitely book here again!

Great House, Location & Host

Unsalted was the perfect house, in a prime location for our family's trip to Michigan City. The views from two balconies were amazing, and the house was just steps from the sand. The host is very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. Wish we had more time to stay and enjoy Unsalted.

Ahhh....Rest & Relaxation

Perfect R&R for our little group of 6 people for a quick spring break. Our teen took up the top floor and loved having his own space to game/chat with friends online. Short-easy walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants around. We love 50-60 degrees weather & had great condition to just sit on the balcony and enjoy the awesome view. Plenty of amenities in kitchen, baths and bedrooms. Plenty of space to spread out for introverts like us! :) Hit my 10k steps/day in this 4-floor house full of stairs. Beware if you don't like stairs. L Francis is a great host.

Beautiful view!

The location and view were ideal but the stairs were pretty difficult and uneven. We knew going in that they were steep but the uneven steps were a little scary. Having bunk beds in every room would be great for maximum people but not ideal when the adults staying need to use them. We truly spent the money for the view and location to the beach. Do not expect lugsury accommodations. The owner was wonderful and answered any questions I had. I'm sure this is a great place for their large family to stay!

Great News! As of Jan 2023-newly constructed 4-level Luxury home and NO stairs to enter the property(now enter in through the back entrance/road) with plenty of parking! Beautiful panoramic views from every single level! Beach is right across the street. Hope to host you again, Emily!
