Ce condo au troisiĂšme Ă©tage entiĂšrement mis Ă  jour a les meilleures vues de la communautĂ©. DĂ©couvrez le phare de Morris Island depuis le balcon et Wild Dunes depuis la porte d'entrĂ©e. À quelques pas de la plage, de la jetĂ©e de pĂȘche privĂ©e, du parc du comtĂ© de Isle of Palms et de la piscine.

La cuisine comprend des armoires et des comptoirs améliorés, ainsi que de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un réfrigérateur de style porte française.

La petite chambre, typique des cabines de mer, a été ouverte au reste du condo avec des portes vitrées françaises. Aucun sentiment à l'étroit ici! L'ajout d'un dressing / espace de travail avec armoires supérieures dans le couloir rend cet espace trÚs fonctionnel.

Le condo peut accueillir 4 avec un lit queen dans la chambre et un lit queen dans le salon.

Les cabines de mer sont l'endroit idéal pour une escapade en famille ou des vacances romantiques.

Easy to find location with a stunning view of the Ocean! The outside property is clean and well kept. You also see a lot of the freights/cruise ships coming into port. The condo it's self was not so great. Smells of mold which you can see black mold by the ceiling lights. The carpet is extremely dirty. Multiple lights didn't work (bedroom side light, porch, bedroom main light). Dishes that were put away were disgustingly dirty. Bathtub was not draining so not sure how that could have been cleaned. I personally cleared an insane hair clog to get it to work. The gate/pier code didn't work and it was found to be "expired" and it was frustrating that a new code wasn't sent when this occurred. There is also no security of a lock at night for the front door. Even hotels give this option. And we found out that the gate is not individual codes so how often is the door code really changed and who has access? Makes it feel uneasy staying at night not knowing if someone could come in.

Property was great for our family. The room was fresh, clean and homey! We loved that the beach was so close! We also enjoyed the convenance of multiple restaurants being just behind the building. Would love to come back to IOP soon!

Beach Getaway

Upon arrival was very pleased with the cleanliness of the unit and how well equipped it was. The views of the beach and the ocean were spectacular from the unit. You couldn't get much closer to the beach than from this unit. Would definitely stay there again. If you have problems with stairs, this 3rd floor unit might not be the best for you as there is no elevator.

Gorgeous View

This rental has the most breathtaking views! You see the ocean from the balcony and they ocean and sunrise on the entry side. It was the perfect setup! We will definitely be back!

Crystal gets 5 stars alone as she was the most attentive, helpful, going above and beyond for anything we asked of her! Excellent view of beach and ocean. Just enough space for 4 of us!

We really didn't expect a brand new condo, but the finishes left some room for improvement. Great location with plenty of dining options and very close to the ocean. Had a wonderful stay in a great place.

Weekend getaway

Nice, quite, clean property. Had everything we needed for our long weekend stay. Lovely view of the ocean from the third floor. If stairs are an issue, this may not be the property for you.

Isle of Palms Getaway

We loved the location and view from the 3rd floor balcony. Check in and communication was awesome! Hurricane Debby had just gone through and communication was excellent. The unit itself needed a little TLC, the remotes on the televisions didn’t work real well, but we didn’t visit to watch tv. A recommendation would be to add hooks to hang towels on the balcony. We used the high chairs on the balcony but didn’t use the low chairs. It was our first time visiting and we had a wonderful time! We will definitely come back!

Love the location. The size for 2 was perfect. Bedroom was small but it was fine. After all its just a place to sleep. Check in process was just show up, no need to go somewhere else to get check in packet. Had issues with the tvs but was addressed quickly by maintenence Will go back

Our Beach stay

This was our first trip to Isle of Palms and we loved it! Being so close to the beach was great and we enjoyed the pool! The building is in need of some updates. We couldn’t get the kitchen island lights to work and the volume wouldn’t adjust on the living room tv, and bedroom tv did not work at all. Luckily we had our iPad to watch.

Cute little condo but needs many little repairs. The freezer was a disaster and stayed iced over the whole time, to the point that sometimes we couldn't get the door open.

Very nice

The location was great. I think next time I would reconsider getting a first or second floor unit, climbing and lugging up to the third floor all the bags and groceries were a little tough without an elevator.

Location and view of the ocean was wonderful. Property management very responsive. Building is very tired and the interior of the unit was adequate. The sofa is so old and worn making it too uncomfortable to watch TV.

Ocean views

We enjoyed the wonderful views of the ocean from our balcony. We could watch the sunset over the ocean from the balcony and see the moon rise through our bedroom window. The beach was easy to access and a very short walk. Very relaxing!!!!

Great stay even if the weather was cold!

My wife and I stayed at this same property last year. Not much has changed - which is mainly good. Property could do with some minor touch up and maybe a TV we could Chromecast to, but that won't stop us from returning! Awesome views of the sunrise and sunset! (Didn't need to contact property manager)

Very Pleasant Stay

We are not strangers to the area, and get down here at least once a year. We usually stay at Folly Beach, so first time at Isle of Palms. These condos are a little worn around the edges, but very functional. We had a 3rd floor condo in the Northeast wing, so the view of the beach was nice. But, the bedroom was weird, very small. The double bed took up the entire length of the room and you had to access each side from different doors. If you were straightening the bed covers, you had to do one side, then go out the door and go in the other door to do the other side. VRBO won't let me say which condo it was, so make sure you check the pictures carefully if this is an issue. Otherwise, it was fine for two people. Kitchen was well equipped, except no wine opener. Good view of the beach and ocean and very close to the beach and pier access points. Good parking. Also a good location, close to the IOP causeway. If you cycle, bring bikes to ride the beach from mid low tide to mid high tide. Really compact so most bikes other than skinny-tire road bikes will work. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We really enjoyed Sea Cabins. It was exactly as described. The furnishings are very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. It is quiet, clean, and it has a great view. We will be back!
