Cette maison de bord de lac confortable a tous vos besoins, désirs et désirs tous dans un cadre parfait. Cette maison offre une vue à couper le souffle, plus de 50ft. de la façade du lac. Il est équipé d'un quai pour l'accÚs au bateau. La location de bateaux est à proximité dans les ports de plaisance locaux. Il y a une place de stationnement reliée à la maison et de l'autre cÎté de la rue, il y a un parking cÎté rue pour plusieurs véhicules. Wi-Fi et cùble fournis sur un téléviseur intelligent de 65 pouces monté au-dessus d'une cheminée à gaz télécommandée. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse empilables pour votre commodité. Although the property advertises, it will sleep 8 to 10 it will only comfortably sleep eight at the most. Fold out couch was broken and on the enclosure porch were trundles but mattresses need to.be replaced. Kitchen is small and can accommodate no more than two people at one time bathroom was also very small. Barbecue was so greasy. I was afraid it would catch fire and needed cleaning. Although we contacted the owner, he could not get someone there to do that for us right away so my son-in-law ended up cleaning it so we could use it. Lastly, the dock was great if you had a boat if not, there was no real access for swimming at the property. We ended up going to a different lake to a public beach that was an hour away.

Location was perfect! Parking wasn’t ideal but as I expected from the owners description. House was very clean and spacious.

Great spot on Conesus Lake!

The home has many updates and was very clean. The sunset views are fantastic from the deck and dock. We had a lot of good luck fishing too! Hopefully we’ll be back next year.

Lake Conesus

We enjoyed the view of the lake from the upper deck and the patio. Nice and quiet. The house was well stocked with all of the necessities and Chris was a wonderful host. Location is great for visiting some of the state parks nearby. Thank you for a relaxing vacation!

Lakefront cottage

The owner was awesome to deal with all the way around. The property was right on the lake and was beautiful. The heated ceramic tiles were great in the winter, and it was a nice touch to have the gas fireplace already warming up the place for us a cold winter day.

Relaxing at the Lake

Wonderful cottage to entertain nd relax at the lake. Very clean and well stocked! Would have loved a second bathroom but we made due. Kitchen was awesome loved the updated appliances. Lots of outside seating areas and really loved the sunsets!

Wedding week at the cottage

Cottage is very nice. Very clean and nicely furnished. Quality linens were a huge plus!! Love the deck and dock and the covered sitting area outside. The property manager Chris was extremely helpful! The only thing I would add is a comprehensive list of what to expect at check out and the rules of the community, along with operating TVs etc. This property was perfect for what we needed it for. Very nice!!

just like being at home!

this house was adorable. it was clean and beautiful. we enjoyed our stay, but underestimated the size. we had 7 adults and there is 1 bathroom. the sliding door needs to be adjusted/fixed as it kept falling off the track. i think it’s better suited for smaller groups. overall, i give it 5 stars! we stretch out, napped, cooked amazing meals, played games & fished. it was very relaxing. thanks, Chris, for a great mjni-vacation!!

Beautiful house on Conesus Lake

Very clean, modern, comfortable house right on Conesus Lake. Had everything we needed and more. Lots of room, very comfortable furniture/bed; high quality linens/towels. Gorgeous outside deck and nice area near water with tables/chairs. Firepit got a lot of use and the dock for fishing. Very quiet and relaxing area. Would highly recommend this property for a family or small group.

Cozy Home on the Lake

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home. The house was very clean and cozy. There were 9 of us staying in the home (4 adults and 5 kids) and we still fit comfortably. The home has a nice deck, outdoor seating area, a fire pit, and a dock. We rented a boat and were able to easily dock. I would highly recommend this home.

Terrific Experience

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The location was perfect for enjoying a quiet getaway and the neighbors were super friendly and helpful in recommending local places to eat and even offering their pump for the floats we brought along. The home itself was perfect for hanging out and the kids had a great time. The house definitely has some nice upgrades, including the kitchen. There were some areas that clearly were still in the process of being updated, such as the deck in the back of the house but nothing that deterred from the experience. All in all we had a blast and hope to spend another visit to this property in the future.

Perfect week at the lake

We really enjoyed the property. It was lovely - perfect for us. The kitchen is fully loaded and the outside grill allowed us to cook outside a few times as well. The weather was nice during our stay but we did have a few pop up showers and the covered patio worked great to watch the rain roll across the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and brought our jetski . The dock and boat lift were very accommodating. We only saw one neighbor who was very friendly. It’s a very peaceful property, which provided a little serenity from our daily grind.

Beautiful lakefront ...

the place was very nice. Kitchen, although small was well appointed - great appliances and decor. Owner responds very quickly and to questions. Loved the outdoor space as well. My only issue with the whole process was that there is a damage deposit held, which I understand, but have never had it billed on my credit card - just held on it - and then have to wait up to a month to get the money refunded back to you - Everything else .. Great!!

Wonderful stay on the lake

We had a wonderful stay at the Conesus Lake House. The check-in was super easy and fast. The house is beautifully located right by the lake. Chris left a paddle boat out for us to use on the lake which we quite enjoyed. There was a grill which we were able to use and the outside seating was perfect for the late spring time. The house is very nicely decorated and everything is very clean and well maintained. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and would return in the future.

Great 4 Nights

The lake view of the house is wonderful. You have everything you need in the house like your home. We have very good 4 nights stay. Shopping, fishing, relaxing, everything you could enjoy with your vacation here.
